House holiday rentals in Havana

The house is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had a nice fridge with a good filter water system and they also have another really good fridge that if you are celebrating any event is perfect for those drinks. The kitchen in general is pretty good and BIG. The common areas are very nice, all with a/c wich is really needed in Cuba.The backyard and pool were always very clean because they have a person who clean every day. All a/c around the house worked very good and the generator covered everything in the house when the power went out; one of the day the generator had a little issue but I called Eduardo and he came to fix it himself in 30 mins, and only took him to fix like 5-10 mins..I loved that.The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are good too. I would definitely come back and recommended it because all my family and me loved the house and we had a really nice family time there with no issues.the house is surrounded by embassies wich it make it safe

Es una casa increíblemente espectacular. Grande cómoda y casa habitación con su baño y total privacidad. Ideal para compartir entre amigos y pasar un buen rato en el gran patio que tiene con piscina. Limpieza y comodidad de 10!

This home is located in a quiet humble neighborhood of a beautiful city, that has survived so much. Patric has done an exceptional job in bringing out and restoring the natural beauty of the home and adding modern amenities to make his guests feel at home. The pool area is beautiful, inviting and perfect for any gathering. The house staff is helpful and willing to help in anyway possible. Something not in Patric’ s control or his staff is the weather and countries power grid issues. We did experience 2-3 power outages a day each lasting 2-4 hours. The main generator is being fixed but staff did bring a smaller one to help with lighting and to try and keep 1-2 AC’s running for a more comfortable temperature. This is a reminder to those visiting that this is not the owners fault it’s the reality of the countries day to day struggle. The on site staff did their best to accommodate us. Word of advice travel with a portable chargeable fan and hand held flashlight. Highly recommend

It was a wonderful, memorable stay. We will be sharing this listing with many more people. Visiting Cuba can be tricky with travel arrangements, cell service, etc. Lexa was a kind and responsive host who cared for our needs. We wouldn't think about booking any other space.

10 out of 10!! The best spot in Havana. Amazing experience, starting from the host, the housekeepers and the chefs. Do yourself a favor and book this place and Chef Rosio. You will be amazed at the meals that they can prepare. Thank you to everyone for the amazing experience.

Pasamos solo dos días.. nos sentimos muy cómodos!! ideal para tres ,cuatro personas. la zona Miramar es la mas tranquila de La Habana. el departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. la pileta es lo mejor te puede pasar con los calores de Cuba. Tania y Pelayo son muy amables.. atentos a nuestras necesidades. Recomiendo 100 % este departamento. Saludos cordiales.

We had a wonderful time staying in this home. Everything was perfect. Plenty of room for us to enjoy and relax in after long days walking around the city.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel en famille (à 5) dans ce logement idéalement situé en plein cœur de la vieille Havane. L’emplacement est parfait: dans une ruelle calme d’un quartier vivant, avec une vue magnifique depuis le balcon et surtout une terrasse rooftop incroyable! À deux pas, de très bons restaurants viennent compléter le tout. Les chambres sont toutes climatisées, propres, avec leur propre salle de bain et les lits sont confortables. Le logement est fidèle aux photos, sans mauvaise surprise. Un immense merci à Leonor, notre co-hôte, pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et son aide précieuse tout au long du séjour. Le petit-déjeuner proposé en supplément est agréable, et le taux de change tout à fait correct, bien plus sécurisé qu’en ville. Un grand merci pour tout! Je recommande chaudement ce logement.

La casa de Yordy es hermosa, el Barrio cerca de todo y siempre pendientes de todos lo detalles . Me quedaría seguro otra vez . Es el Mejor lugar para recorrer la Habana o estar temporadas largas .

Bendiciones en todas las dimensiones para todo el que pueda verse leyendo. La estadía en Casa Verde en Habana es precisamente el balance perfecto de sentirse en privado y en Familia a la vez. Le recomiendo que considere quedarse entre seres muy lindos y especiales que verán que cada detalle esté a su mejor decisión de aprovechar. Apartamento es amplio, fresco, buena cocina completa, agua caliente, aire en el cuarto, baño preparado, y todo muy limpio y acogedor. Está a pasos de estaciones de guagua, y queda muy bien ubicado cerca de mercados y lugares para comer y comprar. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme si así en tal momento fuese posible. Great host!! probably the best host in Cuba!! He offered to pick up us at the bus Station and help us get to his home at midnight!!! Super stay indeed!!

Filippo is nice and helpful and exchange the CUP with us with the ratio 1 : 125 with US dollar. The place is exactly in the old Havana and it is really easy to walk to places of interest.

Habitación muy acogedora, con una linda terraza en un típico barrio habanero. Se acoge perfectamente a todo lo anunciado en la publicación, la anfitriona atenta a ayudar en todo momento. El apartamento esta impecable incluso para persona que vayan a estar varios días. Cerca de la Plaza de la Revolución, un lugar ideal para quedarte en la Hanana, si deseas esa zona en particular. Restaurantes cerca: Alta Casa, La Rosa Negra, Gustozzo, entro otros.

Let me first start off by saying CUBA is such a great place to visit. I visited Cuba with my boyfriend for a week. It was our first time visiting in Cuba and probably won't be our last. Manolo's Casa is beautiful. SPACIOUS AND WARM. He's such a great host making himself available anytime we needed him. What made our stay extra special was our neighbor. His aunt, Dania is so special. She cooked for us our very first day there. She arranged a taxi service for us as well. She truly felt like a family member. OH! What also makes this such a great find is that it's close to EVERYTHING!! The only part that was a bit odd was Manolo asking us for our passport I.D. #'s He insisted that he needed our identification numbers because the Cuba Government requested it. We ended up giving it to him, but I still feel funny about it. Other than that....it was one of our greatest decisions. It truly felt like home. I highly recommend this place. If you're going to Cuba this is the home for you!! They're lovely people. I guarantee that you'll feel the same way.

The hosts were so kind to us! We loved all of our rooms and the courtyard connecting all of the rooms was perfect for early morning coffee or a late night snack. Also, the place was a short walk to the university for anyone looking for a place close to the university. Truly the best Cuban experience.

The location is excellent. Half a block from el prado and a few blocks from the malecón. Close to all of my favorite eating establishments. Alfonso was very accommodating. The unit and the building are not pretty, but it’s functional, safe and comfortable. There’s no elevator but on the first floor above the street entrance.

I very much enjoyed my stayed at the location. The house made my stay in Havana memorable. Frank, the host was incredible, proactive very present and always ready to help with anything. I highly recommend and I will definitely come back when I visit Havana again in September. I won’t conclude this review without giving a shoutout to the cleaning lady.

The place is BEAUTIFUL. The location is GREAT. Communication was great. I went to the restaraunt next door everyday. I went on the roof everyday to enjoy the view and at night I was back . I will stay there again for sure. Thankyou for making my trip the best it could be.
