Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Centre Ville, Aix-en-Provence

fabulous place. oasis. refreshing cold pool. great views. got to use the bikes (the hill home is a killer be warned!) and eat al fresco most nights. great park for walking/running just 5 min away.

Where to even start! Cyril is an AMAZING host and such an extremely kind and joyous person to talk to! We had great communication with check in/out, as well as he gave us recommendations as to what to do nearby when our original plans fell through! The kitchen was fully stocked with fresh juice, jams, and butter, as well as breakfast delivered to us each morning! This has been my favorite airbnb stay of all time, and really made for such a local feel to our trip. I can’t wait to come back the next time I’m in AIX; my fiancé and I had such a great time and can’t recommend Cyril’s place enough!

The beautiful room with outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining room had everything it needed for relaxing days. A fragrant, tasteful bedroom with good Bed and beautiful linen, a wonderful covered and well-kept dining area with outdoor kitchen, functionally furnished. A large pool, always available and larger than in the pictures, wonderful in hot temperatures after an excursion - and even illuminated at night. A central location to explore Provence and the Camargue, on an absolutely private and large estate with the landlady Marie Agnes and her discreet family. In a quiet, friendly and pleasant way, Marie Agnes read our every wish from our eyes and gave good tips for the area. Beautiful bird and frog concert in the evening. Thank you, dear Marie Agnes, we will be happy to come back!😊

High-quality accommodation in a peaceful environment. Anne and her husband are very friendly and considerate, we had very pleasant conversations.

This house was beautiful. Our family group (4 kids and 4 adults) had a great time in the house. There was plenty of room, lots of places to sit and have privacy but also several choices to all sit as a family for meals or talking. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to get to. The rooms were very nice and the pool was wonderful. The kitchen was also very nice for preparing meals with everyone we needed. We would 100% stay here again and recommend Elisa and Gerard as hosts.

A charming and strategic place in order to visist the sighseings of Provence

We had a lovely stay at our hosts. Close to the city center of Aix en Provence, in a very quiet neighborhood. The apartment is true to the photos and very clean! Parking space is a real plus! Communication with Elodie is very easy and responsive, clear instructions! Perfect in short! Thank you:)

We had a wonderful time staying at Laurent’s place! The rooms were large and the place was very comfortable. The deck was the truly outstanding! It is very well located in Aix for everything you would want to see and do. We would rate it very highly.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Aix- this apartment was a perfect home base for our family! The beds were comfortable, the patio had a beautiful view over the rooftops and was a perfect place for sitting at sunset for a glass of wine, and it was clean and tidy! Wonderful restaurants were just around the corner and we walked to all the sights of the village very easily!

This apartment was very pretty and had an excellent central location.

The apt was very clean and well-appointed, it had most everything I needed. I was a bit nervous getting into the garage, but the directions and photos were clear. The location is great, it’s walking distance to the old town and all the restaurants, shops, museum, etc…the only negative was no fault of Philippe’s, but Mother Nature’s; the weather was horrible and it rained (even hailed) the whole time, so unfortunately, I wasn’t able to utilize that beautiful patio🙁 or enjoy Aix as much as I hoped for. But next time, I would stay there again.

The apartment was beautiful and close to the center. The car was parked in a very close parking garage. I recommend this apartment! The balcony was a plus, we always enjoyed breakfast there.

Great location, steps to Old Town. Very tastefully decorated. Large patio was great to enjoy a morning coffee on. Beds were very comfortable.

Thanks to Laurence for her welcome, her very well-equipped accommodation (commechez soi), spacious with private and quiet garden. Beautiful birdsong and no disturbing barking. we enjoyed the calm, the Sainte Victoire mountain as well as the hike of the 2 dams (Bimont and Zola). Perfect

Our stay at Anthony's went really well. We were greeted at the time indicated for our arrival very warmly. The apartment itself is very well equipped, comfortable, well located, quiet and the bedding impeccable (we slept very well). We recommend this property

We loved our stay at Anne's place. First off - Anne met us at there and was so kind and helpful with local recommendations and things to do. She also had a lovely bottle of wine for us and cool water in the fridge. Anne's place is perfect. Comfortable and cozy with everything you need for a wonderful stay. We slept great in the comfortable bed and enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the terrace and wine in the evenings. We cooked several meals in the kitchen which had everything we needed. And the location is wonderful. You are right around the corner from the market, yet you can't really hear it. We grabbed fresh fruit almost every morning. And then we were in walking distance from amazing shopping and dining. We definitely recommend Anne's place for your next trip to Aix. The perfect spot for a perfect vacation. We had a great stay. The quiet and shaded terrace is really a plus. No need to eat at the restaurant, there are plenty of shops to buy good food and excellent desserts right next door. The small downside; I had not noticed on the description that the room was just separated by a curtain from the common area.

The apartment matches the photos. It is located in a sort of golf resort where there are also restaurants, bars and a small supermarket where you can also buy croissants in the morning. The resort's location is very convenient for visiting the enchanting places of Provence. For those with many suitcases, it is advisable to park the car at the reception and unload the luggage before putting the car in the garage. This also applies when you leave. Overall, a great place, also recommended for those with small children

We were greeted by Nadia, who was very accommodating despite our late arrival. The apartment is decorated with taste. We enjoyed the terrace. The bedding is comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped and very well located close to the city center and the bus station. We didn't miss a thing. We had a very good week and we recommend this accommodation for visiting Aix and the surroundings (many buses available at the bus station located 5 min walk). The neighborhood is very quiet with a Carrefour market at the foot of the building.
