It is difficult to describe about the property of Jânio.. I just have to thank you for the incredible weekend, space has met all expectations !!! (Personally it is more beautiful than in Photos rs) For the suites, they are large and structured with quality mattresses, air-conditioning and automated windows. Chalé Manacás has a very beautiful view of the dam with a guava tree and an avocado foot that give all the charm. It is a very quiet place to rest on the net, enjoy nature, without any noise. The accommodation is functional, but you need to bring everything you are consuming, including water, as there is no filter. It has vests available for bathing in the dam, kayak and boats. The householders Joca and Geraldo are very friendly and willing to leave us always at will, they are very good people, who help whatever you need. There is no cell phone signal, but it has wifi that is excellent. I recommend the retreat for those looking for simplicity and reconnecting.

Very good accommodation, a condominium of houses within a gated community. Perfect for two couples with children, close to the beach with direct access to it inside the condominium itself. Space for 1 car but you can stop another car on the street with no exit from the condo, very safe place. Lush nature, we plan to come back one day. The very good site, for those who like sunshine is a great place, the accommodations are good and many mattresses, if it fits more people, only the picisna that was cleaned only two x that we spent 4 days of the carnival, the garbage we had to go down and take in the night place because of the cacchorros that appears, but the rest very good and for sure I will go back. Celeste is an excellent person before going to take all the doubts and very prastatative away from me!!!!

The house is beautiful (even better than in the photos), clean, very well distributed, with large green area and super well cared for. Pool/ping pong table is great, we use it every day! We were in a group of 12 people, one of the elderly and four children between the ages of 2 and 9 years. Everyone loved the house! It is located about a 5 minute drive from the main street of Monte Verde. Rui, the host, and Keila, the manager, respond super fast and are cordial and very polite. We hired Dora as a diarist for the four days we stayed in the house. She was also always very polite and helpful. You can rent it without fear!

Me and my family love to spend the Carnival in Socorro. The place is easy to find and the view is wonderful! The house was clean, organized and Wender answered us promptly every time we requested. Thank you very much!

We had a wonderful stay—Christine and her team were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location is quite remote, so the road leading there is a bit rough, but it’s all part of the charm. Overall, we’re very grateful to have found this place. Just a heads-up for future guests: make sure to bring your own bedsheets, as they’re not provided. This was a struggle for us as we were international guests

Antonio was very helpful at all times, there were people who were very prepared and willing to help during our stay. The place is surprising for its cleanliness, organization and conservation. New environments, everything impeccable. The location is excellent, it is possible to arrive by car app and even the hitch to the nearby public. There is a stretch of land, however, that is also very well preserved. I recommend it and we'll be back more often, for sure.

The house was just as it was in the pictures, or even better in person. All very beautiful, organized, backyard (huge) very well cared for. The check in was easy, Edison allowed us flexibility, supported us with receiving a provider of our family event before check-in and after checkout for delivery and pick-up of equipment. Spectacular location: it looked like cottage, but it was in the middle of the city in a very residential and quiet street, but close to markets and several other shops. I recommend it!

It has no cooking utensils, which was warned and we brought a basics, which allowed us to have coffee in the apartment and make small meals. The location is not central, the best locomotion is by car, but it is easy to access the points of interest. At the Resort you have a very varied food offer: pastel, pizza, açaí, etc., as well as restaurants with buffet or executive dishes. Space and recreation options for kids, theatrical performances... It was a very nice stay. Would recommend!!!!

It was a pleasure to stay at Caspar's house. Very well-equipped house, with everything we needed (clean bed linen, well-equipped kitchen, beach things, etc.). Caspar was very helpful, he gave us great tips before our stay. The house is even more beautiful in person. We got a little rain, but on the day we couldn't go to the beach, we managed to have a lot of fun in the house, since the atmosphere is very pleasant. The house is 5 minutes from the beach (through the tunnel access). The beach chairs and umbrellas available at the house are excellent and helped a lot. I recommend the house to friends, for sure. Quiet environment with a wonderful beach for children and very close to the Riviera beach. I highly recommend it!!

Extraordinary Space! All new very clean and organized. A unique experience because the place is perfect, with an amazing view, very close to the beach, with various entertainment and commerce options all very close and the mini market within the condominium provides a lot of convenience. We loved the stay!!! I went with my family and we felt at home, the apartment was wonderful, everything was perfect and new! The super cozy gourmet area, with the pool, made all the difference. Eduardo is a great host and super attentive! The caretaker was very nice, he helped us very well. The building is very good, has a heated pool, game room, sauna and ice machine, is close to the beach, about 5 min walk. We will definitely be back soon!!
