Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

It looks as expected. I love the design and color choices of the room. It is good enough to enjoy the stay. Everything is working. Good room to have a place to sleep and relax. Owner is friendly and understanding. Suggestion: It would have been better if there were more kitchen and room tools/essentials.

An amazing peaceful oasis that is extremely well set up & maintained. This listing is the perfect place to be your base to visit Apo Island & to explore everything this part of Negros has to offer. Beautiful views & great relaxation as well. Highly recommended.

Host and caretaker were amazingly amicable and approachable. The property is more than what you will expect. The solitude of the place is truly worthwhile along with the pristine beach. This is also a perfect place if you are chasing sunset spot.

My family and I had the most incredible and wonderful stay with Peter and Rowena! Their house, garden, and location and most importantly their wonderful hospitality and friendship made us have the most amazing time ever! The house and garden and location is magic, right next to the most amazing snorkeling with a reef right in front of their house. The house is so beautiful with all the rooms and facilities you need and the garden and pool is incredible with views over the ocean and jungle that is a dream come true. Peter and Rowena are the most amazing hosts you can imagine. We had such an incredible time with them. We had so many wonderful conversations about life, received incredible advice and ideas about all the incredible things you can see and visit in Panglao. Great place to stay especially if you are a large family. there are 3 bedrooms which can accommodate at least 8 people. great outdoor wrap around deck gives great views of everything. Hosts were overly helpful

Gloria is an amazing host. The place was exactly as described even better once you get here. Very clean great Ac. The pool was very clean and nice. I really liked her dogs too very friendly. Of all the units we've stayed in at Mactan Newtown this is the best that we are satisfied and no complain at all. This will be the place we will be staying for our next visit in Cebu! I highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Sunsets and Skyline Staycation Cebu’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and just as described. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was very convenient. We really enjoyed our time here it felt like a home away from home. The city view is awesome during the day and especially during nightitime. Highly recommended for people who are WFH because the place already has a working station set up. The interior was also a refreshing sight. It is already equipped with Netflix, Max, Prime Video and Disney+. They also have a coffee making machine where you can make your own coffee. The coffee is already available together with creamer and sugar. Another thing that is nice about the place is that it has a lot of sockets. You will not get bored even if you stay all day in their place coz there are card games and books in the unit. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Highly recommended! Will definitely book your place again.

Out host Gemma is very responsive and accomodating. The place was great with clean accomdation with enough utensils for our cooking needs. The amout we paid for 3 nights stay (there was 4 of us) was not bad. I highly recommed this place or will stay again in the near future. Best location if your planning to join the CCM(cebu city marathon)

Easy 5 star. Had a comfortable stay and appreciated the snacks and water upon arrival. Everything functioned as expected, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Patrick checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we got everything we needed.
