My family and I spent four nights here. It was a great location, close to many restaurants and the mall. The unit was ideal for our family of four, the beds were comfortable, the filtered water was a real bonus. We enjoyed the swimming pool and it was great to relax in the living room in the evening. The bus terminal is just five minutes walk away and you can pick up the TOPS Bus shuttle service for a roundtrip of 200 php. I would be happy to stay here again.

The room was great, and the host was helpful when I messaged her. Overall, a great experience.

Let's start with my one and only con: There is something with the building's plumbing that causes there to be a pungent smell in the home when left with no air circulation. This created some rather unpleasant welcomings into the home, but luckily the smell quickly goes away with the aircon turned on. I don't think this is Kevin's fault, but would like to just leave a warning. Aside from that one thing, the place was perfect. Gated community with 24/7 security, malls and restaurants within easy (walkable) access, the condominium staff were very accommodating, and pool access to unwind. Kevin himself was extremely proactive and gave us extremely clear instructions on check in/out procedures, handling trash, and various features of the home. He even gaves us tons of suggestions for places to visit/eat, tips on saving money for transportation, and was ready to answer any questions we needed. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

I stayed at this Airbnb for 2 nights and it went good!

The place have a view to die for. Literally, you are so high up you can see the land layout and other venues. You can see TOPs and Temple of Leah from the balcony. Amenities was the best part of the stay as we didnt need to bring extra stuff. 3 bathrooms was also a plus, having 10 ppl in the group, we didnt need to fight for the restrooms, lol. The place is awesome and a good price for a piece of mind.

We had a comfortable stay, had a good sleep and the feeling that the place was just like home given the setup of the unit. Thank you and look forward going back to Cebu.

This is my fourth or fifth time staying here, and I keep coming back because the place has a great vibe and feels just like home. It’s always very clean and consistently well-maintained every time I visit. The host is also incredibly kind and responsive. This will definitely be my go-to place whenever I’m in Cebu City—hands down the best place to stay.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and were even allowed to check in early for a minimal fee, which was a great bonus. Everything about our stay was excellent. The location is very convenient and close to everything we needed. We’ll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Cebu. It’s especially ideal for families with kids who love swimming, as pool access was included in our stay.

Whilst the house sits in a unfinished sub division, we were not disturbed. The house is small for me, I'm a big guy, 6ft and 215lbs, it's ideal for a family of four. Good location, as long as you have a car. Short drives to lot's of attractions and activities for the kids. Great facilities that we used every day, lovely big shared pool, well equipped gym and small playpark that the kids loved. Excellent washer/tumble dryer which meant we didn't come home with suitcases of dirty clothes, a bonus!!

The place truly feels like home! It was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell the host puts a lot of care into keeping it clean and welcoming. Highly recommended!

We had a really good stay! The host were very helpful and always responsive. The house is so cozy and really recommended for big group. We enjoyed the pool and all the amenities. We will definitely be back to bohol and stay again at JMC6. Kudos to Ate Jovelyn for assisting us during our stay 😊

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

It was a fun and comfortable stay. What stood out is the friendliness and responsiveness of Mae Ann. The place of course was clean and all the possible needed things were provided. Stay at Mae Ann's place and have the feel of staying in the comforts of your home.

This place is highly recommended, especially when traveling with a large group. It can accommodate up to 15 people and is fully equipped to support that number comfortably. The property is very clean, spacious, and private, with a pool just a one-minute walk from the clubhouse. If you’ve had your fill of the sea, you can take a refreshing dip there until 10 PM. The staff and owner are very responsive and hands-on from check-in to check-out. Since the property is located within a private subdivision, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You’ll need a private vehicle for transportation and utility runs. If you don’t have one, you can easily contact a local cab for convenience. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable stay.
