Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Central Station area, Milan

Jacopo is a great host, super responsive and on top of everything. Home is small, but detached from the main building, which is something we were looking for. Nice neighborhood, next to One of Milan’s best parks and great access to public transportation.

Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Chiara war sehr gut. Die Lage ist super und die Wohnung sehr gemütlich. Leider hatten die Nachbarn einen Musikevent und die erste Nacht war nicht so erholsam🥴 Ansonsten ist es jedoch sehr ruhig. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder in diese Wohnung!! Danke für alles Chiara💖

Mariagrazia was a great host, she was so responsive and flexible when our plans changed. She was helpful in providing local recommendations, a map of the area, and answered all of our random questions with grace. The flat was the perfect size for 8 of us, and well appointed, we didn’t want for anything. The location was perfect for walking to the sites we wanted to see. If you’re looking for a beautiful Italian experience, a clean place to rest, and a walkable location, look no further.

My father and O were traveling together and we rented this Airbnb to avoid the cost of two hotel rooms. I LOVED the beautiful glass room kitchen!! Was such a peaceful place to have a morning coffee. They were very accommodating about our arrival time which was extra wonderful! The furniture is a bit old and simple (folding chairs around the kitchen table, stained chair in the living room) but for the price it was an excellent option for us and we really enjoyed it! Location is wonderful tram runs regularly (though seemingly on a schedule of its own) and we could walk to duomo in 25 min. I ran In the park each morning and the water pressure is lovely. Look it’s not a hotel, it’s perfect for traveling with two people who want their own space. Only one bed would be usable for a couple honestly so 3 people in beds is realistic. Has an elevator Excellent AC Over all we loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone coming to Milan!

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinem Balkon und gut erreichbar mit der Metro. Leider etwas hellhörig, aber dafür gab es Ohropax :)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Die Lage ist perfekt – viele Hotspots, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel befinden sich direkt in der Nähe. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es durch den ruhigen Innenhof angenehm still – fast so, als wäre man der Innenstadt entflohen. Das Haus war super sauber und gepflegt, und der Kontakt mit dem Ginevra verlief absolut reibungslos. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen! :)

Absolutely loved our stay at Roberta’s Airbnb in Brera—again! This was our second time staying here, and somehow we love it even more each time. Roberta is a truly wonderful host: warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even allowing us to check in early and check out late, which made a big difference for our travel plans. The apartment itself is spotless, stylish, and cozy—exactly what you want when staying in Milan. It’s beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout, and located in the heart of Brera, one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. Highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Milan.

Lived in Milan a few different times and this is a great place and great location. Well decorated, spacious, and in a clean safe area. Great, if you’re looking for a more vibey place in a big city where there’s a lot of modern airbnbs. The plants all over the place and patio really give you some calmness in a busy city! Location is perfect too if you’re just visiting Milan for a little bit. Everything is within walking distance. Would recommend! Thanks!

Es war alles wie Beschrieben. Gut gelegen zwischen zwei U-Bahnstationen. Eine tolle Gelateria befindet sich gleich um die Ecke. 😊 Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Excellent séjour. Vanilla est une hôte exceptionnelle, réactive, très agréable. Son appartement est fidèle à sa description, très bien équipé, fonctionnel, spacieux, rempli de petites attentions. Le linge est généreux et sent divinement bon. L’accès est extrêmement aisé avec cette boîte à clés et des parkings sécurisés alentours. Nous avons tout fait à pied mais le tram passe devant ! Vanilla a laissé d’excellentes suggestions de restaurants dans l’appartement dont nous avons fait usage. Nous y avons passé 3 nuits et extrêmement bien dormi. A noter : très belle résidence Art déco !! Je reviendrai à Milan et j’espère revenir dans cet appartement ! Merci Vanilla pour votre accueil

It’s such a wonderful place! Evgueni is super attentive and thoughtful. He welcomed us personally and introducing everything that we need to know. Prime location with lots of restaurants and cafés around. walking distance to the train station. Don’t hesitate to book this place if you visit Milan ! Grazie Evgueni!

Das Appartement liegt perfekt im Zentrum von Mailand, 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Dom und inmitten toller Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es war während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr heiß in der Stadt und wir waren froh in dem gut klimatisierten Appartement Pausen einlegen zu können. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche, das ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig in Ordnung, für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es vermutlich etwa zu eng. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Elena gave us clear instructions to her place so it was not difficult to find. The apartment was clean and the air-conditioning was very much appreciated in the hot summer weather. The view from the apartment balcony was fantastic. The area is very lively in the evenings. We enjoyed our stay.

Me and my friends had a great time in Milan staying here. Marco had great communication and checking in and checking out was a smooth process. The place was clean, tidy and had a nice view from the balcony. The streets were quiet (mainly cause we were there over a weekend). There’s some really nice cafes nearby and easy 4 or so minute walk to the metro. Highly recommend this place! Thanks Marco :)

This place in Milan is perfect for an overnight stay near the train station, and also a great base for a longer stay to explore the city. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating of our late check in. The place was well set up, clean and tidy.

We had a fantastic stay at Dragan’s apartment in Milan! The location is extremely convenient—just a few minutes’ walk from both the train and metro stations, making it super easy to explore the entire city. The apartment itself was in pristine condition, spotless and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although our time in Milan was short, we truly wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!
