Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Central Station area, Milan

Luca's place is perfectly situated with excellent walkability to metro, tram, and train stations, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. The neighborhood has plenty to see and do right in the surrounding area, so I never be short of activities or dining options.Luca was a fantastic host - friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay.

El apartamento fue perfecto. Dormitorio muy grande, todo limpio. El comedor también muy espacioso, con una tele gigante. Todo equipado con aire acondicionado. El baño estaba en buenas condiciones, había gel de ducha y champú para la noche que estuvimos. Para llegar las instrucciones fueron muy claras y el tema de recoger la llave de una caja me ha gustado mucho, asi no tuve que esperar a nadie. La zona es muy tranquila y hay tranvía, metro y bus cerca.

Chiara è stata una host eccezionale, sempre pronta a rispondere con consigli utili e precisi! Disponibile a tenerci il bagaglio sia prima del check in che dopo il check out. L'alloggio è stato perfetto per il nostro soggiorno a Milano, vicino ai mezzi pubblici, ai Navigli e a 20 minuti a piedi dal duomo!

We hebben fijne dagen gehad. De studio is erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Binnen 10 minuten ben je bij een metro station, zo hebben wij Milaan kunnen ontdekken! Mirella is een fijne host en er lagen veel tips in de studio voor leuke restaurantjes.

I had an excellent stay at Alessandro’s apartment! It was very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit—from kitchen essentials to fresh linens such as staying at your home .The space was well-maintained and exactly as described. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, clean, and fully equipped place to stay!

Nádia é uma pessoa muito simpática, nos recebeu gentilmente com um bom vinho, água mineral, frutas, biscoitos, café, etc. Seu apartamento estava muito bem suprido com itens importantes para nossa estadia de 9 dias. Nadia esteve sempre pronta para responder nossas dúvidas e nos enviou uma lista de dicas para passeios em Milão e cidades ao redor. O apartamento é lindo, bem cuidado, bem mobiliado, cama, colchão e travesseiros são ótimos, as roupas de cama e de banho muito confortáveis. Local seguro, silencioso e uma sacada com plantas e canto de pássaros, tudo muito agradável e aconchegante. Nadia foi muito flexível com check-in e check-out. Recomendo o apartamento da Nadia e certamente ficaremos lá novamente numa próxima oportunidade. Muito obrigada Nadia, você nos proporcionou uma estadia maravilhosa.

Όλα ήταν άψογα! περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα, η πρόσβαση στο διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ εύκολη με τις οδηγίες του Ματέο, ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα, οι χώροι καθαροί και τακτοποιημένοι, όμορφη γειτονιά, πολλές συγκοινωνίες γύρω από το σπίτι!!! ευχαριστούμε Ματέο

Ciao Daniela, what a dream it was to stay at your place! I already can't wait to come back. The room was fabulously decorated, more spacious than the pictures. super clean and well-though out space. Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Marco à l’occasion d’un EVJF et nous avons été enchantées : appartement accueillant, chic et design ! Accueil plus que chaleureux de Marco qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions au mieux. Sans oublier sa disponibilité, ses recommandations précieuses et son sens inégalable du service (chauffeur aéroport, chef à domicile, réservations de restaurant et spa, etc.). Nous n’avons aucune fausse note à relever tant Marco nous a offert plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus inoubliable. Nous reviendrons à n’en pas douter ! MERCI !

It was a great place to stay. Everything was excellent. They provided many small appetizers as well. Lastly, host was super friendly and helpful.

Logement qui correspond parfaitement à la description, avec des hôtes très accueillants et bienveillants. La propreté est irréprochable, la literie confortable et le logement dispose d'un parking privé. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Our stay at Cinzia’s place was great, Nesso is a quaint village that is much better than the touristic hussle of Como or Bellagio. It has breathtaking views, great restaurants and very friendly people. Cinzia’s place has everything you could want and more, if we were not in Italy we could cook anything in the full kitchen. Cinzia herself is also an amazing host, very friendly and with great advice. Would love to stay there again soon!

Deze plek is zeker een aanrader. Het huis is zeer smaakvol, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De host Denise en haar man zijn supervriendelijk. We kregen een zeer warm welkom en we hebben veel tips van ze gekregen voor activiteiten in de omgeving. De tuin is ook heerlijk. We hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de tafeltennistafel. Kortom: een toplocatie.

Het huis van Matteo is voortreffelijk! Een heerlijk zwembad, grote badkamer met bubbelbad en een badkamer met inloopdouche beneden. De keuken is volledig uitgerust! Buiten kun je heerlijk zitten. Toen wij er zaten hadden we twee stormen. De eerste storm zorgde ervoor dat een vloerkoeling niet meer werkte. Meteen werd er geregeld dat wij mobiele airco’s kregen! Wat een super service. Dit was buiten de macht van Matteo, maar hij regelde meteen dat zijn broer en moeder kwamen om alles te controleren! De moeder van Matteo stond ons ook op te wachten toen we aankwamen. Wat een lieve vrouw! We hebben heerlijk genoten in het huis en bij het zwembad! Bergamo is om de hoek en goed te doen met het openbaar vervoer of taxi. De bus stopt bijna voor de deur. Onze hond kon vrij rondlopen zonder dat we hem in de gaten hoefden te houden. Maar met 30+ graden lag hij het liefst in het koele huis ☺️. Dank je wel Matteo voor je service en dat wij mochten genieten in jou mooie huis!

Filippo responds quickly to messages. Amazing location close to train and metro stations. Elevator available for getting luggage to the apartment. Comfortable seating area and large dining table for our party of 4 was wonderful. I would highly recommend Filippoo’s apartment especially for its central location.

We had a lovely time staying at David’s apartment for five days when we visited Milan. The apartment was a great size for the four of us, each room was very spacious and the bathrooms had all the amenities we needed. The apartment was easy to find and the hosts were responsive with any questions we had about the check-in process and provided clear instructions for us. The area was very peaceful with some lovely restaurants recommended to us by David and it was easy for us to get on the Metro to travel to the centre of Milan. Overall we had a great time and David was an attentive, helpful and friendly host, we would definitely recommend!✨

Appartement incroyable : grand, spacieux et très chaleureux. On s’y sent tout de suite bien ! Le quartier est super agréable, avec un Carrefour à 8 minutes à pied et une station de métro à seulement 5 minutes. Je recommande à 100 % !

We and our children had a wonderful stay! The property was lovely - very well appointed with everything we could want. A very pretty apartment, nicely decorated and very sunny. Maria was very helpful with advice and treats for us - the fresh fruit was very appreciated. Lots of restaurants around, including the very friendly and delicious La Posteria just downstairs. A comfortable walk through the park to major sights and the tram is also nearby. We would happily stay again!

We had an amazing stay in Carlo’s Apartment in Milan. Well located and convenient to the subway with easy access to and from the airport. The neighborhood is walkable to many amenities including highly rated restaurants, the coolest local indoor permanent farmers’ market, and walking distance to the Prada Foundation Museum and the Canal District. It’s also a quick subway to the Duomo and the heart of Milan. This was a wonderful immersive experience living within a vibrant real neighborhood. Perfect to discover Milan from!

Clean, comfy spot. I found even more than expected: coffee, sweets, water, cosmetics and much more. Absolutely worth to stay. Close to nice bars, supermarket, pharmacy. Great connection to all city’s highlights by metro.

The place of Silvia is really amazing, it is very modern and renovated, very well connected via the Metro (Dateo, Porta Venezia), and the tram in front of the house, which makes it very convenient to get around in Milan. Silvia responded very quick and helped me with everything. She was flexible with the checkout, since i had to leave for a flight early. I always felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed the time in Milan.

If you saw a review that said Stefano is an angel that lost its wings, it's so true! Stefano has been checking on us always just to make sure that our stay are comfortable. The place is very nice, I believe it's also comfortable to stay up to three people. The kitchen is complete with all the utensils and they even provided oil and other stuffs. The train station is right behind the place. Although it can be bit hot during the summer, there is one super big fan and another small fan that you can use to make it cooler, I dont see a reason why it can be too hot. You can also open the window abit to let cool air in. The reason I said Stefano is an angel is because we have to arrived at the Bergamo Airport at 6:30AM but public transport not available and it will be very expensive to take taxi and uber. Stefano went out of his way to help us and use his car to bring us to the Airport at a very small price. I can never suggest others enough, but if you ever come to Milan. Book this Place!!
