Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Central Luzon

Literally kung ano ang nakapost na picture yun talaga ang nakuha naming room. And sobrang linis maganda yung place mabango may free slippers na din so no need na magdala and plus pa na free access sa pool no fee. Maganda ambiance lalo sa balcony area nakakarelax. Overnight stay lang kami pero sobrang feel at home kami. Till next time dito ulit kami magbubook next visit namin. ❤️❤️❤️

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. I especially appreciated the beautiful views and the overall sense of safety in the area—it felt like a peaceful and secure place to unwind. The only downside was that finding the location was a bit confusing, even with the provided instructions. It took some extra time to figure out how to get inside, which was a little frustrating after a long journey. Once I got settled, though, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're comfortable navigating a bit on arrival. Great spot overall!

The place is clean and amenities are complete and of high quality. Location is also perfect for our trip. There is a K-mart close to the place and restaurants are also available so you will not worry about getting hungry.

Thanks for being flexible with check in time and checkout time. This was out first trip to the Philippines, it wont be our last trip and we will use your place next time :)

Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

We had a great stay! The place is so cozy and nice. It is also not too far from Subic Yacht Club, restaurants, and Dutyfree (~8-12min ride). Host is very responsive and friendly. We would love to come back here!

The place is very private, we have 2 pools to ourselves. We have the freedom to do what we want to do, no restrictions. Ms. Catherine is very responsive and she is like a genie, she grants all our requests from bingo cards to fresh coconut juice. All in all, Ms. Catherine is a wonderful host. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we booked this house this year — first with friends then with family. We really loved how open and cozy this house is! We especially loved the sofa in the veranda and balcony and how we can relax with hot coffee and a good book while feeling the cold air of Baguio. Our host, Joy, is responsive and accommodating and house’s caretaker, Kuya Joven, is attentive and friendly. My friends and family both enjoyed our stay here.

Heidi was very responsive and friendly to meet us upon check in. The house is spacious and perfect for my family and siblings. The view on the 3rd floor is amazing and a cool spot to play pool table, cook, dine and just hang out. The swimming pool is clean and refreshing. We all loved the house in Subic!

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Super Nice! Antonio is easy to talk to. The place is very clean , complete amenities. All rooms has towels,Aircon,and mini fans. Definitely will go stay there again when we go back to Clark ☺️

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

Second time here, no problem at all. The Balcony gives you a great view, you have great access to the Venice mall, the room is spacious and looks great. We will come back again, 😁 thank you Penpen.

Absolutely no issues. The place was clean and spotless. The AC was cold and the shower’s water pressure was strong. Watching TV was an awesome experience with their Govee lights and soundbar. Our pets enjoyed their stay as well. Also appreciated how proactive and responsive the hosts were. We never had to worry about anything as they made sure to give us clear instructions about everything. 10/10

Jon was very responsive. The place was neat and organized and every corner has simple instructions. I love how it feels cool as soon as I got into the unit too. Will definitely book again next time I needed to go back to BGC for business trip.

Great location! Just a walk away from Greenbelt and Legazpi Sunday market. A number of decent restaurants around. Peaceful on the weekends. Very easy self-check in. One parking slot that’s very near to the elevator, easy to carry your baggages up to the unit. The beds were quite nice. The host was quite gracious and allowed us a late check out. For a three-bedroom unit, it was great value for price. Would very much book again.

A steal deal! What you see is what you get as posted in the photos. The unit was spotless and smelt so clean upon our entry, well equipped and all listed facilities / equipment are in good working condition. My son loved the soft beanbag. Added bonus, Melody and Ronald are super great hosts, highly responsive and helpful, includes free wifi access, mineral water, kitchen / dining utensils , and toiletries with a generous amount of fresh towels. The building’s entry formalities included filling out a few pages of forms by hand which I found quite redundant (however still a common practice here in PH with most establishments to be left back of the digital age). Exit formalities was definitely a lot more simpler! :)
