Super responsive host. The room was equiped with everything you need. Best is the location as it is right in the center of everything. Th condo was also very quiet at night and bed comfortable, which is very important to me. Overall great experience.

The place is cozy and clean, though there were tiny insects, which I think should be under the building management’s maintenance because the unit itself is clean. Thanks for the host for making the place a child friendly.

This visit was the third time at South of Market residences. Baguio Casa stands out as the best of them in terms of comfort and layout. The bed and sofa were most comfortable; appliances worked flawlessly. Plenty of spare towels provided, and ample soap/shampoo/conditioner if needed. Plenty of cleaning supplies. Great value for the money!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The house is clean, cozy, and super aesthetic, exactly what I was looking for. The big balcony and relaxing view were total highlights, perfect for unwinding. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Ms. Nancy was very responsive, and Ms. Levy was incredibly accommodating. Would 100% stay again!

I’ve stayed in various Airbnb units across Metro Manila, but Geraldine’s place stands out as one of the best. The condo unit is immaculately clean—it’s evident that the housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining the property. The queen-size bed is super comfortable, providing me with restful nights. Had a great stay! The place is super affordable, but the ocean view especially during sunset is absolutely stunning. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Not fancy, but perfect if you’re after a chill, budget-friendly beach escape.

Plenty of space for our 15-pax group. The house was spotless and had so many interesting atifacts for the kids to look at and ask about. There are four floors and the stairs are quite steep, groups with seniors be advised. The rooms were cool despite the lack of air conditioning, good strong supply of hot water. Spectacular view out of the topmost balcony. Recommended, would stay again!

Stayed at Glorious residence for more than a month and had a fantastic experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (e.g. cook, laundry, karaoke, transportation to/fro airport/places and etc) for a long-term stay. The location was convenient, with shops and public transport nearby. The host, Ms. Elvie and Sir Glorious were responsive, accommodating, supportive, and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located home away from home! Thank you, Ms Elvie and Sir Glorious for everything.

The place was even better in person than in the photos—it truly exceeded our expectations! We’ll definitely be coming back. One of the things we loved most is that it’s pet-friendly, which was a must for us. Highly recommended!

My parents, brother & my parent’s friends truly had the best time. The place is huge and it’s big enough for them w/c is 11pax, all adults and the place senior & pwd friendly. They were able to maximize the kitchen since alot of them are cooks, they dined at the patio and sala were the perfect chill out spot which the seniors truly enjoyed. The place is pristine when they arrived. Miss Michelle is really accommodating and she answers to our every queries. The place is peaceful and away from the hustle & bustle so they appreciate the place very much. They were able to bond and rest comfortably since they all came from far places. We will surely refer it to our friends and family.

Michelle is a great host - very responsive to our queries and super accommodating to our requests. Place was squeaky clean and we liked that guest kits were provided. Overall, loved our stay and would happy to come back again - might be our now go-to place in Baguio. PS. If you have an EV, it’s very convenient to stay here as they provide charging for your vehicle.

The location is great since it's just a few minutes walk to SM North Edsa, plus the bridgewalk made it more convenient for us. Their place is clean and cozy which made us feel relaxed and comfortable during our stay.. They also provide flat iron which is a major plus plus for me. Also, sir John and ma'am Reg are very responsive to queries. Thank you sir and ma'am! PLACE AND HOSTS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 🩵

Had a great 3 months here. Bi weekly cleaning. Host was extremely nice and helpful made sure I had everything I needed. Definitely best Airbnb I have stayed in for the Philippines. Of course I still think it’s overpriced for the size and location of the unit. I’d still give it a 10/10 though. Thanks for the stay .

Good location. Nearby stores and just a walk away from my family’s residence. Accommodating and responsive host. Guards and crew are nice and friendly. I am very thankful when Ms Peach accept our reservation in a short notice at the Tempus cafe at 6th floor for our family christmas dinner. Overall it’s a great place and stay. Nice view and quiet place. You can walk around the area safely even at night. I can recommend it to my friends and families. I will book again. Thank you to our hosts!!

The host was very responsive day and night. The listing was accurate. The unit is a Cozy place within easy walking distance of the mall. Also, the condominium staff was nice and helpful throughout our stay.

i loved the layout of the furniture and how owners carefully planned out how the room will turn out. it's very spacious and we got everything we need. they also provided clear instructions how to check in and out and were clear also of their house rules. my son especially loved the bed above the living room. thank you for a wonderful stay. we loved how it's across uptown and mitsukoshi malls where we planned to explore.

Our stay for two nights felt like home. Upon entering the room it was so clean even the bathroom, the air condition was on, the place smells good, there are complementary water and goodies and there are extra linens and towels too. The owner&staff are very accommodating. What you see is what you get. 👍👍👍 very nice, cozy and clean place. 👍👍 👍 we did CLAYGO (kakahiya mang iwan ng dumi sa linis ng place hehe😅)
