Tiny house holiday rentals in Central Kootenay

Had a great comfy stay at Bev and Alan’s place .Looks exactly as described in listing . We will be back for sure in future.

Maria is an excellent host! We had a couple issues but she addressed the one immediately (unfunctioning lock) and I'm sure she'll fix the other pronto too- the listing implies more beds than exist. There's one in the bedroom, one in the loft and a foldout futon. All are comfortable. The space is very clean. The views are very nice. The cabin is very nicely outfitted with appropriate but unique furniture. The kitchen is well outfitted too. The space was very private and the deck a nice place to gather. Highly recommend both the host and any of her properties!

This a truly marvellous place to stay. It is remarkable building with great inside spaces, multiple works of art, a great selection of vinyl LP's and good sound system. The whole place has a relaxed easy going and artistic feel. It is also really cosy, the log burner heats the space very effectively and the comfortable bed ensures a great night's sleep. Ymir is an interesting old gold mining town. It has a very friendly local store and a multipurpose trail along the old railway. From Ymir it is easy to access Nelson, great downhill skiing at Whitewater and cross country trails at the Nelson ski club. The Whitewater base lodge is a foodie's delight for lunch whether skiing or not. Nelson is a very relaxed town with some lovely restaurants and cafes. Ainsworth Hot Springs and Kokanee Provincial Park are worth a visit and are recommended for improving body and soul. Accommodation that will linger long in our memory and will probably not be surpassed!

We had a lovely getaway to this remote cabin. Beautiful surroundings in a remote area while still being close enough to Nelson for whatever you might need. Tim was very responsive and helpful as a host.

Yasmin and Zeb's little cabin was bright, cozy and serene. What a beautiful quiet getaway for my boyfriend and I. Yasmin and Zeb have amazing energy too! I hope to be back :)

We had a fabulous time at Bryce and Bianca’s place. It was beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing with all amenities we needed. Bryce was responsive and helpful with local recommendations, if only we could have stayed a while longer - Would definitely recommend!

Elizabeth was super kind and helpful. We had a barbecue in her beautiful backyard, and she helped us with all the organization. The cabin is also perfect if you’re looking for a natural experience in a peaceful environment 🌲🤎 We’ll definitely come back!

Great location, you just can’t beat being so close to the water! Amazing view, and plenty of space to enjoy the private beach. The beach house is cosy, and the bed is comfortable. The outside shower is so refreshing, and the covered kitchen is well stocked for cooking. A unique and cool place!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Martina and Franz’s tiny home. The place itself was beautiful and perfect for just the two of us. It was well stocked with everything you could need during your stay. And the setting was beyond beautiful. As hosts, we can only say wonderful things about Martina and Franz. They are so welcoming and instantly made us feel right at home. We loved staying here and will definitely be back!

My husband & I along with our 2 dogs very much enjoyed our stay in the tiny homes! It has everything you would need and more! It was for sure different having the kitchen & bathroom under a separate roof but we liked & enjoyed the experience. The location & surroundings are absolutely stunning! And the private beach to top it off, wow! Loved loved that there are so many opportunities to enjoy the outdoor from the deck with the hammock, screened & heated pergola & fire pit while being up high literally beside the forest while being secluded. It was overall a spectacular & grounding experience for us. Jody & Alex were amazing hosts. Kind, responsive & helpful. A thorough welcome package was sent prior to arrival that included a list of recommendations that was very much appreciated. Will definitely keep it in our favourites list and are eager to be back!

Terrific location. Hot tub listening to creek is wonderful. Cozy interior with modern decor and everything you need. Five stars.

We booked Bonnie’s Airbnb at the last minute. It worked out perfect for us. It had all the amenities you needed and an easy walk to town. Bonnie greeted us when we first arrived and the check in was super easy. Bonnie’s directions were very helpful too. Thank you Bonnie

We had the most wonderful stay at this bnb! It is so perfectly located and just a five minute walk to town. The place was the perfect size for my husband, myself, and our dog. We would 100% recommend staying here for your trip to Nelson!!

We loved this place so much that we will be staying there again for our 2026 ski trip to Revelstoke. Charlene and Logan are fantastic hosts and have done a wonderful job with their property.
