Aparthotel holiday rentals in Central Germany

The place had an amazing location, and the receptionist was kind and sweet, which truly makes a difference as most tourist places/attractions lacked of human warmth when it comes to service and hospitality. The place has literally everything you need. Pretty great. The only con were the blankets which are not large enough, but that is just a personal like I suppose. They even had coffee for you at the place! Very happy with this find :)

Quiet accommodation in the heart of Berlin. The metro station was 10 minutes walk and nearby supermarkets. The apartment was shown as in the description, it also included food and basic hygiene products. Very attentive and friendly host with us. 100% recommended.

Nothing to complain about at all, everything was absolutely right for us. Perhaps you could mention the following: Since the apartment is in the immediate vicinity of a dog boarding house, it is a little adventurous with a difficult dog. This is not a point of criticism at all, would have been desirable in the advertisement. 😊

We were received in a very friendly manner, someone was always quickly available for questions, the accommodation was sparkling clean and the complex beautiful. Especially great: The small garden house where you can borrow play equipment, books, etc. and buy drinks if needed. Beautiful nature in the vicinity, we primarily used it as a base for excursions to Potsdam and surroundings.

Everything you need is there. Clean, quiet and easily accessible. Nice landlady...

Lovey and very clean apartment very close to town center. We have really enjoyed our stay there. The outdoor terrace was really enjoyable during warm evenings which added extra special enjoyment to our stay. Will visit again in the future.

Good location, thoughtful design, lounge area. But, the best thing is the staff. Despite the online concierge system, you will receive all the necessary service. The staff is at the 5-star level. He does not interfere with you, but will always help when needed. You may not even have time to ask. In such a place, you want to stay longer.

We stayed hier on the way for one night only. It was handy as directly by the highway but you couldn’t hear any noise inside due to great isolation. Lovely apartment. Only “downside” was that it was really warm and other then opening the window we could not get the temperature down 😊

The bathroom is great, but could use a thorough cleaning. But other than that we had a really great stay with a perfect location. I can definitely recommend the stay for the price. It's a great deal.

this was my second time staying at nena and it was great as always. convenient area, spacious room, great bathroom and EXTREMELY comfortable bed. The area is fantastic with so many restaurants and bars.

We stayed for a short snowboard weekend at Petr's place and felt comfortable all around. The apartment was spotless. Clean and modern furnishings. We also loved the small "snack bar" with little things to eat and drink. The ski room with lockable cabinets per unit was optimal for drying our equipment. We will be happy to come back.

The hostel was clean, and we didn't hear back from the other guests. The staff was very friendly and jagged. We were also allowed to leave luggage there before check-in and check-out. Everything worked out very well. With tram 22 you are also relatively fast in the center! Would we do again.

Loved the convenient location close to the track and free parking close to the building. The room and common areas are clean. I was pleased to have a kitchen and a mini fridge in the room. The cost of services is much lower than the quality of the accommodation itself, so I can safely recommend these apartments for recreation.
