Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Central Europe

We had a great week in the Fichtelgebirge. The area is super nice for hiking and excursions as a family. The place was perfect. Beautifully furnished & superbly located (all excursion destinations can be reached in 15 min). In addition, Felix was a great host. Even though I'm always available, even on vacation. And his tips in advance were also great. Overall, therefore, a clear recommendation;-)

We had a great stay, all 3 of us didn't want to leave. The view was extraordinary, lots to see around the cottage & nice people in the neighborhood. Everything in the cottage was great & were even surprised how beautiful it all was. Quick response from host for tips & advice. There was nothing disappointing. 15 minutes from villages where there was also a lot to do. This was a great experience & we look forward to coming back. Thank you !

Very great, lovingly furnished house to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday without sacrificing any comfort. You feel at home from the first moment. The property invites you to linger. Whether on the rocking chair or on the rocking lounger, everyone will find their favorite spot here. The hosts are very friendly and very attentive to the well-being of their guests.

Accommodation was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The facility was great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We were on the road a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

Even better than the photos. I’ve been waiting years to find a weekend at this place and it was worth it. Glorious.

The four of us spent an extended weekend at the accommodation. The location, in the middle of nature directly on the lake, inspired us. A great place to slow down and enjoy!

Super nice house. Very cozy. Minimalist - no unnecessary bells and whistles. Everything well thought out and renovated with attention to detail. Very nice host. Good starting point for all kinds of activities in the Erzgebirge. We would definitely come back here.

We had a great stay the location is unbelievable right at the center of everything! David was a great host and made sure our check in went smoothly. The unit has a washer/dryer which is super convenient. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Highly recommend!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Erika's beautiful apartment. It is situated in a very walkable location, close to everything you could possibly need. The apartment itself is wonderfully appointed and is a lovely retreat to return too, at the end of each day. If we ever return to Lake Bled we would definitely love to stay again. Thank you Erika for the wonderful stay and for being so flexible with our check ins A++

A well-appointed apartment in a truly adorable part of Lezzano, steps away from the local pizzeria and the historic old town. Everything was great and we wished we had stayed here longer. But what really stood out was how truly kind and responsive Eros and Daniel were during our brief stay - from making us dinner reservations to clarifying where to park in the busier part of town, they responded in seconds to items big and small. And with much kindness as well.

I stayed at Daniela's apartment in Prague for 2 months. It's been a wonderful time. The location is fantastic apartment. You always have to climb the small hill to the castle, but I also liked that very much, and in the evening it was always nice and quiet. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom new, and even in winter the apartment was cuddly warm. Referring to a previous comment, yes, the floor creaks a bit, but that's how it is in such a beautiful old house with a beautiful old parquet floor. I felt like home!

We are "repeat offenders" and have now been to this beautiful apartment on the Halblech for the third time. As always, everything was wonderful - the apartment is sooo beautiful and cozy and the location is simply unique. We have undertaken several bike tours, to the Ammergebirge, to the Wieskirche, to the lakes - all from the apartment. The beautiful natural perennial garden can be used and every day Mietzi, the neighbor cat, visited us for cuddling. Simply perfect! And on top of that, the apartment and the house belong to two very nice and warm people :-)

Staying and Maria’s home was wonderful! The views are spectacular and the balcony is quite wide, providing lots of outdoor living space. The apartment is quite spacious and was kept in very good condition. Maria gave very clear instructions for check in and check out which made the process very smooth.

The stay was very nice, the accommodation very clean and equipped with everything we needed. There was a shopping opportunity with a well-stocked supermarket directly in Tesero. The view and the landscape were a dream and were only surpassed only by the free-running ponies, which grazed very unimpressed by everything on the meadow in front of the house. It was very beautiful!

The accommodation is an absolute insider tip! Beautifully furnished with great attention to detail, nestled in a huge, idyllic estate that can be shared. The various themed gardens (berry, rose and idea garden), a small pond, numerous seating and lounging options as well as the lovingly designed corners invite you to relax and linger. Despite communal use, you can enjoy a lot of privacy. The location is wonderfully quiet and perfect for slowing down. There are many beautiful excursion destinations in the area, e.g. the Schwarzenfels castle ruins, Ramholz castle or the Altengronau natural swimming pool. Veronika, the hostess, is very friendly, helpful and at the same time pleasantly reserved. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

I was really satisfied with the accommodation because it was Budapest, where I saw the night view. Thanks to the professional host, the guidance was really accurate and perfect, and they helped me check in early as soon as the accommodation was ready. The accommodation was spacious, so I had a comfortable stay.

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Best view in Buda. Easy check in. Laundry plus all kitchen ware, good for a small family, though I was just staying alone.

Thank you, Anett, for the warm welcome. The bottle of water and beer were a very nice surprise! The apartment looks exactly like on the pictures, and has everything you need. The location is also great — it's a 30-minute walk to the centre, or 20 minutes by tram or subway. The neighbourhood was also quiet and safe. Anett gave me very clear instructions. I enjoyed my stay.
