Beautiful building with lovely views both to internal patio and rooftops of classical Budapest. Very quiet and secluded on the third floor with lift. Original artwork and beautiful mid-20th century furniture combine with a stunning belle epoque interior of parquet floors and period features You will not find a more luxurious, more beautiful and better placed apartment in central Budapest. It is located in the most prestigious part of Budapest (best part of District V) a stone's throw from Parliament, and the most beautiful square Szabadsag where the American Embassy resides. It is also a short walk to Margaret Island for relaxation and exercise. The building itself with lift is in immaculate condition externally and internally adding to the experience of the apartment itself. It features a dedicated home office so is particularly good for those travelling on business or simply wish to have a dedicated space to catch up on work and emails as required. The kitchen features a five hob, three electric oven range cooker with dedicated dining area in the stylish hallway area so is wonderful for evening entertainment. The main living room has a new bluetooth enabled media and music player system along with smart TV. It is very unusual to find an apartment with A/C in Budapest due to restrictions on installation but this apartment comes with full hot cold function. It also has a back up electric hot water heating system in the event of a problem with the main boiler. Both bathrooms are en-suite with the master bathroom having both roll top bath with mixer and separate shower. Architectural features include period illumination, door fittings and artwork from Buenos Aires, designer furniture from UK providers, period bathroom fittings from Victorian Plumbing, parquet, mouldings, french style wall panelling and vitreaux. All of this luxurious space is at your disposal. Either I personally or one of my assistants will be there to greet you. I also have an airport pick-up service which depending on plane times can be arranged in advance of your arrival. I am in constant touch and have another property in Budapest also on airbnb where you can see from the reviews that I respond promptly to guest requests and provide good recommendations on where to go , cafes and dinner places. Close to all the major attractions in Budapest - parliament, St Stephens basilica, Liberty Square the grand buildings of this neighbourhood will remind you of Paris or Vienna at its best. Close to the elegant Liberte and other top restaurants. One minutes walk to parliament and 2 minutes to Kossuth Lajos metro. 5 minutes walk to St Stephens Cathedral. Arany Janos metro on line 3 is 5 minutes walk. The picturesque tram 2 is at the bottom of the street. Margaret island for nature lovers and runners is around an 8 minute walk. Basilica is 5 minutes walk away. To ensure maximum coverage it is essential this remains on the ledge by the stained glass window. Network is Internet router upc (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN), password YEGHGMJN The smart TV has Netflix account, simply switch on, select menu and then scroll for Netflix and choose account “stephen”, there are also children’s channels and youtube. There is no dedicated cable channel service. To use the hi-fi system, switch on and then using the “mode” function (second from left) press through the functions until you reach “BT” for bluetooth. The connect your streaming device such as phone or tablet and select samsung micro 12d954 There is a TP-Link internet repeater plugged into the wall. This is essential for achieving decent wi-fi coverage in the living room and main bedroom particularly for the smart TV so please do not disconnect or move socket locations. Heating and hot water The thermostat to switch the heating on and off is on the wall in the hallway next to the main bathroom. The Honeywell thermostat shows the ambient temperature, simply press the arrow buttons up or down to lower or increase the temperature. There is back up heating through the three air conditioning units located in the living room and bedrooms. To switch on ensure first the display on the remote control is showing the right mode which is the “sun” icon then simply switch on. It normally takes 3-5 minutes in standby mode before the heating comes on. The hot water is instant from the boiler located in the loft above the second bedroom. If the pressure drops there is a filling loop which feeds the boiler which should be switched on for no more than a couple of seconds and then switched off again. Both showers feature an “anti-scald” feature. This is a small button on the shower mixer which cuts supply to the hot water if there is a temporary interruption of cold. If the button is in the “high” position simply depress and simultaneously turn the mixer tap anti-clockwise The main water supply switch off is under the shelf space in the cupboard immediately to the left of the of the kitchen sink. To access take out the shelf and then using a small screwdriver insert to the valve and turn to shut off. Kitchen The electrolux reverse action tumble dryer is a condensor model so it traps the water in a plastic tank on the left hand side of the machine. Once this fills up (it wont go on if its full) you need to simply take out and drain water and then re-insert. It is also important to take out any fluff from the filter at the front of machine to ensure it operates correctly. Aeg lavanat prototex washing machine - the simplest program is the 20 minutes fast program followed by a 17 minute spin.Because of its location it is difficult to open the panel to put in the wash liquid so its easiest simply to enter directly in the machine. To start the daewoo microwave simply open the door as this triggers it switching on and select program. Electricity The apartment has 3-phase electricity. The fuse box is located in the hallway to the right hand side of the entrance door. If any part of the electricity cuts first check the lower box to see if a single phase has cut and then switch on again. If it is simply an individual item that has loss of electricity power then check the upper fuse box and see which switch has dropped and switch on again, all are labelled according to function. Miscellaneous Lowering the blinds at night helps reduce street noise and also helps heat insulation. Generally speaking no loud noise is tolerated in Hungary after the cut-off of 9pm Plastic and paper should be separated for recycling. All bins are on the ground floor rear of the building Access Access to the building is using the blue magnetic key device which should be touched or held close to the street buzzer panel. The apartment is located on the third floor. Take the lift to the third floor and on coming out turn right and the entrance door is on the corner. Guests can buzz up from the street typing in “23” and the intercom button automatically opens the front door. Primary access is from Batthory utca but it is also possible to enter the building using the blue access device from Kalman Imre street Close to all the major attractions in Budapest - parliament, St Stephens basilica, Liberty Square the grand buildings of this neighbourhood will remind you of Paris or Vienna at its best. Close to the elegant Liberty and other top restaurants.

Ideal place to stay; in the center of it all, yet nice and quiet. Spacious and newly renovated, apartment Zagreb’s Heart is situated in a PERFECT LOCATION. Right in the middle of it all, yet VERY QUIET and peaceful with garden entrance. Complete privacy! The location is one of the best ones in Zagreb as Ilica street leads you directly in easy 5 min on foot to the Main square or in 3 min to all the museums and main historical sites (2 min walk from funicular to old Upper Town). The infrastructure is excellent; there is a bank next door with 24h ATM, several grocery stores, health food stores and bakeries few steps away, lots of restaurants and shops and famous open market Dolac is several minutes by foot. This is the most famous shopping street in Zagreb. If you like to walk, run or just relax in a park, one of the biggest parks Tuškanac is 3 mins. from the apartment. The passage to Tuškanac park from Ilica street is very popular area with high end designer ateliers, bars and art movie theatre. Pedestrian zone with popular Flower Square is a short walk also. There you can find the only shopping mall in city centre. Fully furnished and equipped apartment with high ceilings that combine historical elements with modern décor can comfortably accommodate 3 guests and a child. There is one king size bed, one foldout bed and a crib. The place consists of spacious living room, kitchen and dining area, very large bedroom with king size bed and plenty of closet space and a bathroom with a shower. The place is very quiet with fresh garden air so you can leave your windows open on warm days and nights which is a rare find in city centre. It is situated on the second floor accessible by stairs, secured by separate entrance with intercom. The building itself was newly reconstructed and is very well maintained. We supply unlimited WIFI internet free of charge. There is LCD TV in the apartment with over 80 international channels including sport channels, news channels, channels for kids and more. The apartment is very warm during winter with central heating unit for individual regulation and cool during summer with AC as well. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking and serving). There is a washing machine, ironing board and an iron provided as well. Hair dryer is also provided. Fresh linen and lots of white fluffy towels are standard offer of the apartment, all proffesionaly cleaned. There is a pair of disposable slippers for every guest to feel more comfortable. You will have exclusive access to the whole apartment with all its amenities including fully equipped kitchen, LCD TV with cable - international channels, free wifi, great air condition, central heating, personalised guidebook with our local recommendations and insight tips for full Zagreb experience. Park your car in a nearby garage because you will not need it during your stay. Also, tram stop is steps away with direct connection to Central Railway or Central Bus station. Most main city attractions and sites are right here. Everything is within a walking distance, no need for a car. Many areas are pedestrian zones. Central station and bus terminal is several (direct) tram stops away. Tram stop is just a minute away. I will send you detail directions when you book. Taxi in Zagreb is not expensive, there is also Uber and Taxify service available. If you wish, I offer VIP taxi pickup from the airport at reduced price to all my guests. If you are arriving with private car, a daily ticket is available at price of 60 HRK (app. 8 EUR/day) or a weekly ticket for 200 HRK (26 EUR/week) at a fantastic nearby public garage Tuškanac. There is a charger for electric vehicles as well. You can pull over shortly at street entrance in front of the apartment to leave the luggage if you wish to do so. Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator in the building.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub im Höri-Ferienhaus! Wir waren dort mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind. Die Aufteilung und Ausstattung des Hauses ist einwandfrei. 4 Schlfzimmer mit bequemen Betten, ein toller Wohn-/Essbereich und eine Küche mit allen Geräten, die man braucht. Für einen Urlaub mit Kind absolut empfehlenswert: Kinderbett, Stuhl, Spielsachen, alles vorhanden. Es war alles sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen es auch gern weiter!

Es ist mit allem, was man benötigt, ausgestattet Das Haus ist sauber, liebevoll und 'urig' eingerichtet. Es liegt in wirklich ruhiger Lage! Michael ist ein netter und hilfsbereiter Ansprechpartner. Sarzbüttel war für uns ein guter Startpunkt für schöne Rundfahrten mit dem Fahrrad. Vor Ort sollte man unbedingt den kleinen Laden der Käserei besuchen.

Die Wohnung erfüllt alle denkbaren Erwartungen. Wir haben zuvor noch nicht in einer derartig vollständig eingerichteten, modernen Ferienwohnung gewohnt- alles ist da: Mikrowelle, 2! Kühlschränke, Spülmaschine, Kaffeevollautomat, Gläser und Geschirr für jeden Zweck in mehr als ausreichender Zahl, voll ausgestattete Küche in der auch viele Gewürze und Verbrauchsmaterial (etwa Tabs für die Spülmaschine) zu finden waren. Dazu Kleinigkeiten als besonderer Service: ein Nachtlicht, Wattestänchen und Kosmetikpads im Bad, vier große Regenschirme in der Garderobe… Alles mit Sinn der nd Verstand schön eingerichtet. Kurzum: alles bestens. Aber das Highlight war für uns im Januar: der schöne Ofen, mit dem man es sich richtig gemütlich machen konnte. Wir waren nur zu dritt, die Wohnung hat aber acht Schlafplätze. An dem Tisch in der Küche könnte es da schon mal eng werden- aber ich bin mir sicher, dass Jitka auch dafür eine gute Lösung parat hat.

It was a great stay! The apartment was spacious and had everything you need for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—right in the center, so everything was walkable and super convenient. It was also really close to the airport shuttle bus and easy to find, which made arriving super smooth. Despite being so central, the room was quiet and peaceful, which was a nice surprise. Peter was a fantastic host—really responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing place to stay for our first family holiday. We will definitely be back next year. The apartment was lovely, clean and brilliant to stay in. The host met us with the keys showed us around, checked with us via message during our stay and then again when we were leaving to make sure we were happy! 10/10 place for how close to town it is and how easy it is to drive in and out of the apartments

Ett fantastiskt boende och Mike är en toppenvärd. Lägenheten låg väldigt bra, nära till allt. Mike svarade snabbt och var alltid behjälplig på alla sätt. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!!!

Amazing place to stay in Kraków. The place was immaculately clean, well stocked with anything you would need for a long stay. The location is amazing - it's close to Galeria, Kazimierz, lots of grocery stores are nearby. It was quiet and very nice. The internet connection was good, I easily ran virtual meetings. This is the best airbnb I've been so far

Die Wohnung hat eine wirklich perfekte Lage zwischen Altstadt, dem Wawel, dem jüdischen Viertel / Ausgehviertel Kazimierz und der Weichsel. Trotz der zentralen Lage und der vielen Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung ist die Straße, in der die Wohnung liegt, ruhig. Das große Bett ist sehr gemütlich und die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt in einem stilvollen alten Gebäude. Der Zugang zur Wohnung hat einwandfrei geklappt. Kleine Nachteile sind das enge Badezimmer ohne Lüftung und aufgrund der Lage im Erdgeschoss in einem alten Haus ist die Wohnung recht dunkel und kalt. Die Sauberkeit war ingesamt einwandfrei, jedoch war der Kühlschrank und das Geschirr und Besteck nicht gut gereinigt als wir angekommen sind. Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen Besuch in der schönen Stadt Krakau.

First of all, Natalia is a great hostess and communicates perfectly. She was responsive, helpful, and gave plenty of local recommendations. Second, the apartment is clean, well appointed, and peaceful yet still walkable to the Krakow city sites. A wonderful place that I highly recommend!

Everything was truly perfect from start to finish. The place was exactly as described (if not better!), spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Martina thought of every detail to make the stay feel special and welcoming. Communication was easy and warm, and were always available if needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless Airbnb stay. Thank you, Martina ♥️

Katalin’s place is great! Its location is very good as it is right on the famous UNESCO street with opera house near by and the big church. There is a farmer’s market right on the street corner. It opened on the day we were there and we bought some very fresh and yummy local products. The studio is beautifully decorated and very large. It has everything we need for stay. We stayed for 3 nights and we loved it. Thanks Katalin!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in Gregorys Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und für 2 Personen geräumig. Gregory ist ein sehr sympathischer Vermieter, der schnell reagiert und tolle Tipps zum Radfahren auf Lager hat. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

The apartment has everything you need. I was pleased with the presence of 2 air conditioners and a large number of hygiene products. The location of the apartment is ideal for me, public transport is very close, also there are many nice cafes nearby. We had an early flight to Budapest, I asked Tamas about the possibility of an early check-in. Thanks to Tamas and his team for doing everything possible for us to check in early. Thank you! I recommend Tamas’s apartments!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist mit allem möglichen ausgestattet, es gibt viele Spiele und Bücher - auch ein Geduldspiel, das wir leider nicht lösen konnten 😅 In ca 8 min an der Bushaltestelle, wobei der Bus am Sonntag nur sehr sporadisch fährt. Zu Fuß ist man aber auch in ca 15-20 min am Paula-Modersohn-Platz und von dort mit der Stadtbahn Richtung Freiburg. Würden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung inmitten von Warschau. Die Altstadt ist innert 20 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar und direkt neben der Wohnung ist ein Wochenmarkt mit allen Lebensmitteln, die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Der check-in lief reibungslos und es gab eine Menge Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Einrichtung ist farblich aufeinander abgestimmt und in einem einheitlichen Mint bzw. Türkiston gehalten. Die großen Fenster bieten einen Blick auf die umliegenden Wolkenkratzer der Stadt. Sehr zu empfehlen.
