Gustavo was very understanding of our situation. I can only say it was a great stay, and I appreciate his working with us. The place and view were beautiful. It was an easy walk to the restaurant and the beach right there. The security guards at the gate were great and very helpful! They took care of us and ensured that if we had any questions or needed a cab, they were there to help! It was quiet and a great spot if you want to get away and relax! Thank you so much, Gustavo. We had an incredible stay here! We were a large group of four families and Elvis was so helpful and accommodating. It was perfect for our few days in Monteverde! The balcony view was beautiful.

Absolutely LOVED our stay here. Felt right at home, beautiful surroundings and views, very close market, short drive to town, and close to the must see/do activities. Would definitely recommend to anyone and stay here again. Anyone on the fence, just book it, you will not be disappointed!

Carlos’ house was, without exaggeration, the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. If you’re headed to LaFortuna, this is where you should stay. The house was immaculately clean, the location is very private, the pool was awesome, and you can’t beat waking up to the views of Arenal volcano. A short drive to all the restaurants, shops, and grocery stores downtown. Very close to all the tours and hot springs we booked. Do yourself a favor and book this house.

What a fantastic home. Absolutely beautiful and with all the amenities you might want. We had two families of four who stayed and it was extremely comfortable. Great pool. Also very close to town (could walk even) and amazingly responsive host. Absolutely will come back.

I LOVED Alejandra’s place! The place looks just like the pictures and even better in person! Everything was really clean and spacious for my big family! Alejandra would respond within minutes to any questions or concerns I had! I will definitely book with her again on my next trip back to El Salvador.

We loved our stay at this home SO much. The team at Jaco Homes were incredibly helpful and helped make our trip a huge success. They had great restaurant recommendations, were very quick to message us back if we needed anything, and the home was spotless with stellar amenities. Our stay was great! This modern house is in a great peaceful location. We saw many birds right on the property, and the views from the front porch are amazing! The space heaters made our stay comfortable on the cool nights. I made it up the lane in a Nissan Sentra, although when it rains the last few meters are a bit slippery. If you have experience on rough roads you will be on with an automobile, although a 4x4 is ideal. Koen was always responsive and super friendly and helpful! I can definitely recommend this place and hope to go back someday!

Wonderful stay! The house was clean, as pictured, and equipped with kitchen essentials. The beds were very comfortable, and the cooling units kept the space pleasant. One of the highlights was the outdoor showers—such a unique experience listening to howler monkeys while rinsing off! As is typical in many Costa Rican rentals, no conditioner was provided. That said, the shampoo, body wash, and hand soap were all high-quality and a thoughtful touch. The small pool was unfortunately too cold to use during our rainy visit. With the ongoing construction next door, we likely wouldn’t have spent much time out there anyway. The included beach club access was a major perk! On the first day, we walked along the beach at low tide, and on other days we drove—parking was easy and dedicated for guests. The staff were friendly, the pool was spotless, and access to the beach was excellent. The food was decent, and the overall experience there really elevated our stay.

Fantastic Airbnb & super gracious host. Beautiful place, tons of extra amenities and well thought out provisions. Kitchen is excellent, vaulted ceilings make the unit feel very spacious. Balcony is just lovely, with great views of Tamarindo bay and sunsets in June and better than any photo could portray. Lucio goes above and beyond as a host. Highly recommend the unit and will be back.
