Great place. Just the right size for our wedding family guests to be together. Host was very considerate in view of the wedding needs. The place was awesome. We weren't there long enough to really take advantage of all it had to offer, but it definitely gave us all we could a need and ask for. Highly recommend.

A huge thank you to the amazing hosts for welcoming us into your beautiful home! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless and smelled so fresh and inviting. The space looked exactly like the photos—if not even better in person. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Our kids felt right at home and had plenty of space to play and unwind, which made the trip even more enjoyable for all of us. It was truly a family-friendly space that met all of our needs. Communication with the hosts was seamless—they were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town, and we highly recommend this gem to anyone, especially families, looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

We had a great time. There was plenty of space to move around so that everyone was not in each other's space. The place was very clean and well-stocked with some everyday items you would normally have in your house to cook, shower and clean with. Jen was very responsive with any questions we had. Even the small children loved the house, especially the bunk beds. It was easy to get to places we needed to go to. All 11 of us enjoyed our stay and everyone said they wouldn't mind returning for another family staycation.

We're from Massachusetts and in Maryland for a family wedding in Elkton. My husband and I were able to have three other family members comfortably stay with us. We all enjoyed having the living space on the top floor to enjoy the view of the North East River every morning from inside or outside on the deck. The deck outside on the second level, where the bedrooms are, was wonderful for quiet time before turning in for the night to read or just enjoy the peaceful outdoors. While walking through the neighborhood, we met up with some of the neighbors and everyone was friendly. One time we walked to down to the water at closest to the house and people were celebrating a birthday with a cookout and games. We asked one of the people if this access to the water was private property. The answer was, "No. Would you like to join us?" This is a place I'll save on my Airbnb account to return to again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Cooper House. We rented the entire house for a family wedding and it was perfect. Especially enjoyed the large kitchen which was great for gathering and sharing a meal together. Each bedroom was comfortable and spacious and the bathrooms were modern and clean. The outdoor porches were private and provided beautiful views of the river and the sunrise and the hot tub was a bonus. We will definitely be back for another family celebration! Thank you Trey for being such a caring and accommodating host.

Had a great stay. Booked to stay at after a friends wedding and so happy we did. Hoping to come back in the future just to visit the area for a weekend. Lindsay was very friendly and responsive!

We truly enjoyed the uniqueness of the place. The host was extremely responsive and replied to questions very very quickly. The house is extremely well equipped. You could walk to the restaurants and close by and that was nice.

Had such a great time, the space was so clean and modern! A quick walk from all the shops, restaurants, and water. Kathy was very accommodating and communicated great.

Mr. Bill made accommodations when the Airbnb I had originally planned for fell through. He made the transition quick and even made sure my weekend was blocked off at the new Airbnb and not compromising our plans. Forever grateful for the last minute switch

Blake was an amazing host! we messaged him at 10 pm trying to book very last minute for that night because of an emergency and he immediately replied! He was very thoughtful and kind. The place was clean, supplied, and so cute! Perfect really! The bed (not pictured) was soooo comfortable! Also, we loved the picture of Dolly when you walk in hahaha! thanks Blake

Cannot recommend Kimberley’s place enough! Clean, convenient, spacious, decorated adorably and stocked with everything we could’ve possibly needed and then some. Truly felt right at home!! I would 110% return to this rental — don’t hesitate to book!

Stayed at 1Br for 6 weeks . Very beautiful and peaceful. Clean and cozy. Christine went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. Even during snowstorm was provided a shovel and salt . Highly recommended.

Great stay, came for a golf trip and the house was exactly what we were looking for. Lots of shops and bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Mary's place was everything we hoped it would be. It is historic, walking distance from a wide variety of stores, restaurants etc. in Havre de Grace's quaint downtown. We had a wonderful time and will schedule future getaways to HdG around the availability of this unit!

Very clean and quite apartment and Rebecca is very quick in responding me and so generous.

Marc place was a little piece of paradise looking over a wide vista of trees and distant beautiful architecture ….. street parking was no problem and it was close to everywhere it seemed! It was quiet and secluded and cosy warm ☺️

If you’re lucky enough to find Mandi’s place available during your preferred dates, don’t wait and just book it. This spot is adorable, comfy, across the green space from restaurants and shops, and walking distance to the water as well. Also be sure to make your booking for a salt water float at Mandi’s spa on the ground floor. I booked an hr for Mother’s Day and I felt like a leaf floating on the top of a pond in a tranquil cave. Even more relaxing than a massage in my book. I’m already hoping to come back as soon as I can. Thanks Mandi for being such a lovely person on top of all that!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kitty’s Place. The apartment is absolutely perfect and the hosts provided amazing hospitality. Beautifully appointed with everything that we needed and more, Travis, Gabrielle, and Kitty allowed us to enjoy our celebration of our daughter’s graduation from UD, creating memories to last a lifetime. The apartment was clean, cute, close to everything, and a peaceful place to relax between events. A terrific place for anyone visiting the area with gracious hosts who want nothing more than to ensure your comfort and happiness. A real gem!

Great location, with parking on premises 👍 Great host, very responsive and friendly. We definitely will be coming back.

Great stay at a convenient location in between Wilmington and Philadelphia

My family & I booked for three nights. Thought it was a beautiful and private little area, and just a couple steps away from the beach and a pool. Very quiet and away from noise which was a plus. The house itself was lovely and mostly clean. There were board games available and my kids had a fun time playing with them. We enjoyed barbecuing using the grill provided on the balcony which was nice as well. A plenty of towels and anything you need in the kitchen! Other than a full trash bag left over in the kitchen, finding some clothing items from other guests (I’m assuming) in drawers, and the keurig having what looked like mold inside. Pretty small things when looking at the big picture though. Will most likely come again & we enjoyed our stay!

No issues with the stay. Everything worked fine.
