Family-friendly holiday rentals in Cebu Metropolitan Area

It was away from the more busy streets, making it peaceful and quiet. Definitely worth the solace.

Roland war sehr zuvorkommend. Schon vor unserer Ankunft hat er uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben um den Verkehr von Cebu zu umgehen. Dazu hat er uns auch noch vor der regulären Check-In Zeit in die Wohnung gelassen. Als wir dann da waren hat er uns mit allen Informationen versorgt, sodass wir uns direkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Der Blick aus dem Master-Schlafzimmer war übrigens Arie Kirsche auf der Sahnhaube 🤗 Vielen Dank dafür!

We had an extremely pleasant stay. Felt very comfortable and very close to the Ocean park as well as the SM Seaside mall.

Pros: Great location. Walkable to resturants like McDonald's, Jolibee & Chowking. The building also had a place for currency exchange. Great space for family. Cons: Could not use the stove top. Even with the manual, I could not get it to turn on. A/C needs to be cleaned. Overall, for the price and the location, I would definitly book this place again in the future.

Regien was very responsive and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. We are thankful he took us in even with our very last minute booking since we had problems with our previous reservation. The place was very clean and the caretaker provided us the things we need. The place and the view outside the balcony was lovely. We will definitely come back again

Cindy picked us up from the airport and brought us back to the airport after checking out at 3am(!). She's was perfectly on time as wel. I highly recommend Cindy as a landlord! Thanks for letting us stay and and being so helpful

It would be nice to have the kitchen stocked either utensils/storage boxes, sharp knives, pots, etc. Also would have been nice to have a washing machine.

The apartment suited our needs for an extended stay. The aircon was cold. The shower was hot. The wifi worked and the TV was brandnew with many features. The beds were comfortable. The clothes washing machine worked great. The location was close to shopping for food and very safe and secure.

Great place. I was a bit concerned about the outside neighborhood but don't let it put you off. Completely safe and the community inside the condo complex is amazingly friendly. I liked the spot so much that I decided to get a long term rental there.

Die Kommunikation war mit Kathy hervorragend. Vor Ort gab es etwas Schwierigkeiten. Den Transfer haben wir mit dem Bus gemacht fuer 80 Pesos und sind knapp 3 Stunden gefahren bis balamban. Von dort aus wurden wir mit einem Motorrad gefahren. Aufpassen: pro Person zahlt man 10 Pesos. Leider haben wir das zu spät erfahren und pro Person 70 Pesos gezahlt. Touristen zahlen meistens leider viel mehr als Einheimische...

Well located apartment (everything as described and as seen in the photos). Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Communication with the host was very quick and easy. The host was very friendly and helpful. We spent 7 nights in the apartment and felt very comfortable and would like to come back.

Cozy Stay with Great Comfort – But a Car is Recommended I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The place is cozy, clean, and comes with all the essentials you’d need for a comfortable visit. The air conditioning works really well, which made the stay even more relaxing. It’s located inside a subdivision, so it’s quiet and secure, but you’ll need a car or ride to get around more easily. The good news is there are small convenience stores within the subdivision for quick needs. The playground is well-maintained and great for kids. The only downside was that the swimming pool wasn’t very clean during our stay. Still, I would definitely book this home again if we ever visit Cebu — it’s also conveniently close to the airport, which is a big plus!

Vanessa's place is very beautiful, clean and with very good amenities. We found it to be very quiet and comfortable. The Airbnb is within walking distance to a 7/11, several restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the Ayala Central Bloc mall. I would definitely recommend Vanessa's place to anyone looking for an affordable, clean and conveniently located place to stay in Cebu.

A great quiet place to relax. You can use the shared pool on a hot day and organize a dinner on the roof. The room is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable long stay and self-catering. Wi-Fi is normal. Shops and restaurants are 5-7 minutes walk away. There were no problems communicating with the owner. It was a little difficult to find the address of the accommodation, so when you enter the address in Google, indicate Hermag Village and the security guard at the entrance will guide you. Thanks to the owner for the warm welcome. If possible, I will definitely come back here again.

It's my first time in Cebu and I had the best time staying at this unit. It was clean, and located in the best location in the city. would definitely stay here again for sure. Miss Gayle and Miss Marie was very responsive to my queries from checkin to check out. Everything was in order and they made sure to accommodate to my questions. I especially love the spacious living room and the aesthetic and homey ambiance. I surely had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much 🤍🤍

Great studio style place to stay. the air con works excellent, kitchen for cooking, convenient location. only downside is parking is at a cost and not always spaces available during our stay.

Location-wise, it’s the best since it’s just near 7/11, Ayala Bloc, and Waterfront hotel. Everything is walkable so no hassle even if past midnight you need something like food or emergency supplies. Host is responsive and sends you clear instructions how to check-in and check-out. No hassle at all! Worth the penny during my stay!

This is an amazing place to stay. The security is well-managed. I made a last-minute reservation, but the host, Nin, responded quickly. I truly appreciate it. The room was very clean. The only thing that concerned me was the smell from the drain. It might be an issue for those staying long-term. However, you can use the aroma humidifier in the room, and the smell won’t be a problem. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Worth recommended! What I love about Miss Nanette place is the view outside the window. It is so relaxing everytime I see the trees all color green. Also their CR is huge and very clean. Miss Nanette is so friendly and helpful, she make sure that everything that I requested is there and she made it sure that I will be comfortable. She is pro active as well. The community are so friendly especially the guards and the utility staff.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé, le lieu est confortable et très bien situé et desservi ! L’hôte est très réactive par message. Pratique pour passer quelques jours à Cebu, la piscine est agréable aussi ! Je recommande !
