Definitely a bang for the buck. Sir John's home was very cozy— indeed, a home away from home! Even though an unexpected issue arose, he handled it very quickly and professionally. I stayed at Jane's place for three months while working in Cebu City, and it was my second time here, I didn’t think twice about coming back. Jane is a fantastic, responsive host, though I hardly needed to reach out since everything went smoothly. The building is welcoming, with great amenities: a small shop downstairs, a filtered water dispenser for easy refills, a laundromat, and a pool with a study area that was perfect for working from home. The community feel really stands out compared to other condos I have stayed in before...it's a smaller building, so over time you get to know the friendly staff and neighbors. The unit itself is well-equipped with AC, a large fridge, a kitchen you can actually cook in, and a lovely view of the hills. It’s also in a great location..less than a 10-minute walk to IT Park and close to some excellent cafes and canteen. Traffic on Salinas Dr can be heavy, but the building sits on a quiet side road, making it peaceful despite the central location.

This was our second stay, and it’s clear why we keep coming back. The space is spotless and peaceful, but it’s Philip’s thoughtful hospitality that really stands out. Every detail is carefully considered with warmth and care. It’s not just a place to stay, it’s a place to truly relax and feel at home 🥰

My husband and our 2 kids (6 and 4) enjoyed our stay. The space is a little smaller than expected however we made it work. The bedroom door wouldn't shut with the air mattress down and the swing allowed less space for our kids to move around. Overall, the beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. We used the kitchen amenities and the washing machine as well! We enjoyed all pools and beach at Tambuli and the restaurants were delicious too! Monaliza had great communication and always answered as soon as she could. We would stay here again and will recommend it to others!

place was beautiful and aesthetic, fave part was the big clean mirror, water pressure can be better, everything was provided, ac was cool, entire stay was relaxing. host was veryy accommodating and responsive. highly recommend!

A perfect place to stay in Minglanilla that’s within a few minutes away from Gaisano Grand Mall. We liked the nice decor in the unit and balcony, which look exactly like the pictures you’ll see on here. We were provided with all of the amenities. And our host Anne was immediately responsive about any inquiries we had. Anne even provided extra garbage bags very quickly when we required more. Additionally, the unit is located in a clean and guarded town square — away from the noises of the main highway. Great restaurants, such as the Americano Grille, and a laundromat are literally a few steps away from the unit in the town square.

The unit itself was fantastic, feels home when we enter the place. The guards in the building are also friendly and approachable. The bed are arranged as expected, my children felt comfortable. The place is very peaceful and we had a very relaxing time. My kids also enjoyed the pool which is very accessible.

My family and I loved the place — simple yet classy (at least for us 😉). All the appliances were working well, except for the digital door lock when entering the room. However, it worked fine from the inside, and a key was provided just in case, so it wasn’t a problem. If I may suggest, perhaps consider a slightly later checkout time — 10 AM feels a bit early. Extending it to at least 12 noon would be more convenient for guests. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the place!

I would like to commend the host for being so responsive. I was able to book the place on the same day. The place looks great with huge balcony, cozy interior, and functional kitchen. There’s a plenty of bed foams for each members of the family. Easy check in and check out.

The unit was very much worth what we paid for. We had an event at Dusit Hotel and it was very convenient to stay at Jehan's place. Jehan also communicated with us well and clear. Although the internet didn't work during our stay, we will still definitely consider booking this unit the next time we're at Mactan. Overall, we are satisfied customers.

The host herself is very accommodating, friendly and proactive. The hosts will help you throughout the trip. The place is very accessible to everything, amazing interior they have what you need from fresh linens to towels and toiletries and of course fully equipped kitchen appliances. Will definitely recommend the place to everyone and of course will book it again on our next Cebu trip

We had an extremely pleasant stay. Felt very comfortable and very close to the Ocean park as well as the SM Seaside mall.

Location and quality is worth the price

We had a fantastic stay at Victoria's Mactan Cebu condo! The place was impeccably clean and conveniently located right next to a variety of shops and restaurants, making our experience even more enjoyable. Victoria, was incredibly responsive and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! We are absolutely looking forward to our next visit to Cebu and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Jefax's place is in a great location—close to Starbucks, McDonald's, and 7/11, which made it super convenient for quick meals and coffee. The room itself was clean, but the air conditioning wasn’t as cold as we hoped, and the sink drain had a small leak. Despite these minor issues, the price was very affordable, so it was still a decent stay overall!

We stayed at Julie's place as a family of 7 and the place was perfect for our stay in Cebu. We particularly liked the shops for the convenience of being able to pop downstairs for something to eat. Having the pools was fantastic for the kids in the hot afternoons. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Julie:)

Very responsive, that's what I really appreciated. It was easy to coordinate with Andy. The place was spacious. Internet was great & place was comfortable.

Since we checked in into a neat and tidy Airbnb, we also left it neat and tidy. The unit is good as advertised. Clean and modern interior, very accessible. Parking though is not free. Overall, our stay was excellent.

Nice place to stay and highly recommended to the other guests. Host and Co Host are responsive all the time when needed and the place was describe as what on the Airbnb platform.
