Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Cayuga County

Stefinie and Walt’s place was fantastic. They made sure the whole family had everything they needed to have a comfortable place to stay. The house was spotless and had so much character! It was apparent that dogs were welcome. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was a wonderful stay! We felt right at home from the very beginning. Lauren is a super sweet host, very thoughtful. We did not want for anything! Great fenced in backyard. Spacious, clean house. Comfy beds and fluffy towels. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Airbnb the description doesn’t do it justice, there is literally nothing they don’t have! Kitchen is fully stocked with every tool utensil, etc, two fridges was so useful for a bigger group. So many games and things to do! The lake was so warm, clear and beautiful. Area was safe and neighbors all seemed friendly. Wish there was a washer and dryer for use however not a big deal. Would 100% come back, I even had two little kids and they had gates on the decks and so many activities for them as well which was great! Super responsive hosts as well. You won’t be disappointed

This location was perfect. We enjoyed the view, had easy access to the lake and kayaks were great. Fishing was enjoyed by several. Easy drive to some terrific hikes and winery’s. Michael was responsive quickly to any text with a question, we had one evening where the water heating system was beeping Mike resolved it immediately and we had hot water again. Thank you! Great Host. I would rent this house again.

Our trip to Skaneateles was made even better by staying at Christopher's property. He was very responsive and friendly. The home is perfection! Everything was thought of from coffee to ample silverware to updated appliances and super comfortable beds. Loved the treats left for us after our very late arrival. The home is spotless. I'm a fairly picky traveler and will 100% be staying at this property again next time we are in the area. Between the host, the property, the location...there isn't a better option in Skaneateles!!

We had my daughters 16th birthday sleepover party with a bunch of her friends. It worked out really well, all the girls had a great time. They were able to go out and walk down to the park and have fun by themselves. It was just spacious enough for all of them to pile in the living room and watch movies and sleep. We had a really great time and Holly was the best. We very much appreciate it. Thanks again Holly!

Enjoyed out time - sadly the weather wasn't the greatest but if you are here during the warmer weather I am sure it is fantastic. Very relaxing time and very clean home for our Easter weekend the home has a lot of space to spread out and enjoy reading etc. We had a lot of down time and everyone enjoyed the screened in area and the comfy beds sitting on the deck and the lake view. Pretty close to a few wineries and Wegman's which was great for all the meal prep as we didn't dine out much in the area but there are many places close by. A great time with our son from Syracuse Univ it was nice for him to get off campus and relax before stressful final projects and final exams and for us to meet him near SU- a little less than hour drive.

The location is great—right by the lake with stunning views. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this spot for a peaceful getaway

We found Derek's place to be exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and just the right size for 2 adults and a teenager. There is a step up into the bathroom, so we appreciated the thoughtful placement of a nightlight there. There were plenty of linens available, including towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels, and extra bedding for the futon. Extra tissues, toilet paper, trash bags, and good quality soaps were a plus! This place was conveniently located close to everything we wanted to do in the area. We met Derek by chance a couple of times as we were coming and going during our visit, and he was welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This studio was a great place for our stay. Robb and his wife are amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make our time comfortable. The apartment was clean, cosy, and filled with all the things needed for our stay. The neighbourhood itself is very walkable and the village shops are only a five minute walk down the road. We wished we could've stayed longer.

Scott was very responsive and helpful, before and during the stay. His friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable to ask questions. The place was exactly as listed with beautiful views and Scott left great recommendations for places to go nearby. While the weather wasn’t as accommodating during my stay, I would love to come back when it is so I could enjoy all the amenities offered. Overall my friends and I had a great stay!

We had a great one-night stay at Chay's place! Everything was very clean and tidy. Check-in was easy and the location was perfect for all the historical sites we came to visit. Chay was very kind to recommend some restaurants when we inquired. We felt perfectly at home there and knew that if we needed anything Chay would respond quickly. Thank you for providing us with a home away from home!

Dennis was extremely helpful in getting us checked in and responding to questions. Place was clean and well located. Check in and check out we're smooth.

John is the perfect host, I felt like a V-VIP. He made sure I was comfortable and was over and above helpful with every last detail. He has bikes for guests to get around on and would graciously pick me up when I got stuck down hill. He helped me with fires to enjoy the starry night sky, and escorted me to the cabin when I got back late after a wedding party. The cabin is delightful and serene, on the edge of his property looking into bright green trees. He’s got it set up for barbecues and has even put out sticks for marshmallow roasting. A cute outdoor shower, and an eco-toilet cabin behind the room. I enjoyed swimming in the lake, doing hikes at the National reserve & on the property, watching the cows on the pasture, star gazing, & trying out the local eatery spots. I highly recommend this elevated glamping experience with a host that will do anything in his power to make sure you’re happy.

Great spot for a family looking to take a break from the city! My kids loved the animals and the space to run around. The cabin made the cold wet weather much more enjoyable than we would have had with a tenting experience. Looking forward to coming back on a warmer weekend!

This place was perfect, just what I needed for space and amenities. It was exactly as pictured and described. The location was better than I had anticipated. I chose it because it was close by to an event I was attending. I was pleasantly surprised to see arrive to such a cute little town rich within history. I took advantage of the hosts recommendations of local places to visit. Most are within walking distance. I especially fell in love with the Colloca winery! The cabin I rented was dog friendly. This is also a great spot for dogs. There is a large grassy yard out back. I do plan to visit this area again and would definitely stay here again.

Nancy’s cottage was perfect for our little family of 4. We enjoyed card games on the back porch, meals al fresco w a beautiful lake view, and of course roasting marshmallows in the fire pit at sunset. The cottage was intimate and cozy and we hope to return on a regular basis. Thank you Nancy for being inviting and more than accommodating.

I was in for a long stay with work. This place was very peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed the scenery of the lake and nature surrounding the house. House was very clean and up kept nicely as well. Thank you for the stay and absolutely recommend!

The cabin was clean and neat. Plenty of linens, soap etc. Brendan was especially helpful when we left something behind after we checked out. He responded immediately to my call and made arrangements for us to get our property. Very satisfied with our stay. The only criticism I have is I did not like the Roku tv. Couldn't find what we wanted to watch.

This place is beautiful looks even nicer in person than on the pictures . It’s very peaceful and fairly easy to find they left little notes around the house to find extra linens toilet paper etc which was a very cute touch . has a lot of stuff to do outside and inside it is the perfect little get together cabin the host is very nice helpful and attentive with any questions you may have through the stay definitely recommend
