Clean, comfortable villa with amazing views overlooking pool and beach. After a slight hiccup with broken lock on arrival, nearby property manager quickly responded and got things squared away with a new lock. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return to this beautiful villa! Ernie’s instructions on surrounding area were spot on. We shopped at the market in Savannah on the way in from the airport and enjoyed dinners at Over the edge and Tukka. Pro tip – use the shopping carts under the stairwell when arriving with groceries and bring everything up via elevator. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nigel's property was an outstanding experience. The home was beautiful, comfortable & inviting. The beach & water behind the home were the perfect setting to relax at . While these items DID NOT hinder our experience at all, they would be helpful for future guests. 1. when using the lock /unlock feature on the front door, apply a slight amount of pressure to the door above the lock. 2. When using the back screen door, the lock sticks just slightly so you must pull the door slightly harder than you would anticipate. The interior of the home was pristine. The A/C was perfect, the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and the Lanai was everything 1 could hope for on a tropical vacation. There is even 2nd floor access from the bedrooms that allow for straight out of bed access Nigel was communicative, helpful and friendly from start to finish Final recommendation for this property, GET A RENTAL CAR. Rum Point is a distance away from most points of the island. 5***** stay Thank you Nigel!

Deniss was a great host. He responded to all our questions and requests in a timely manner. The location was great - close to groceries, liquor store and the beach. The property was at a quieter portion of Seven Mile Beach with lots of space on the beach. The property was well maintained and spacious. Would go back anytime and cannot recommend it strongly enough.

We absolutely loved Kim’s place. It checked all of our boxes: fantastic view, low-key area away from the resorts, and good snorkeling right from the beach. It is close to the grocery store and multiple good restaurants in the West Bay Area. The condo itself was great for a family of four with plenty of space, was clean, had a full kitchen, and one of the best beach balcony views I’ve ever seen. The guest book was very informative, and answered all of our questions. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We rented a car at the airport, which I highly recommend. Driving around was a lot easier than I had expected coming from the US. We’re already planning our next trip.

We have been to Cayman several times, and the condominium was in great shape. It was just as advertised, newly renovated with very comfortable beds and all the amenities. As a host, Katherine was incredibly responsive with her cohosts. We had a minor issue come up and they had a handyman on site within an hour, which was Phenomenal service. I would highly recommend both the location, the condominium, and our hosts were superb. This is a very quiet location in West Bay right next to cemetery beach which is one of my favorite very quiet local beaches. It’s just a little bit north of the more commercial area of Grand Cayman so you get away from the heavy traffic but it’s a five minute drive to anything you could want such as Camana Bay.

Lovely, quiet spot at the north end of West Bay, a 5 minute walk from the Turtle Center. House binder has tons of great info and recommendations. Property manager lives on-site and is very responsive and helpful. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. There’s a pool looking out on the ironstone shore with the loveliest view of the sunsets.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is close to groceries, liquor store, and the beach. All walkable. House was very clean and very comfortable. Dennis responds quickly and was very helpful at check-in. Thanks for having us!

This villa is top notch. Of all the airbnbs i've stayed at, this was the only one I wish I owned! Its stunning & exactly as the pictures show. The beach felt so private and it was like our own paradise. Kayaks & paddle board were provided & the kids had a blast. Lousie is very kind & helpful. With that said, I will give a few additional notes. For the price we paid & with all the additional fees, I certainly did not enjoy having to clean up before we left, taking all trash out to the entrance of property, stripping all the beds, starting loads of laundry & dishes. Kinda kills the vacation vibe. As well, all of the AirBNBs Ive ever stayed at provided coffee at least. This airbnb had no coffee or kcups. Not a ton of cooking equipment either, for those that really like to cook. There was a huge ugly gas barge just north, in sight the entire stay. The restaurant down the street was a short walk & the best of any places we ate at on the island. Highly recommend. Would stay again for sure

We had a lovely stay at Adrienne’s place. The townhome was centrally located with restaurants , grocery stores, high end shopping , gorgeous beach close by. We have been on the island many times before and Adrienne was the kindest, sweetest and most responsive host. She cared for us like a family member. We are truly touched. Thank you again Adrienne. Great location - safe and quiet. One beach two hundred yards away, another ( the nicest on the island) 800 yards away. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Very happy.

Sumeeta’s Townhouse was a welcome breathe of fresh air. Clean, spacious and relatively quiet, we enjoyed our time there. She was very communicative and access arrangements were simple. We only wish we could finish our vacation there. Overall, a really nice experience and we would definitely stay there again. Pros: Clean Spacious A number of accessible amenities Responsive host Central location to either side of the island [especially given the amount of cars on island these days] Relatively quiet neighbourhood Cons: To no fault of the host’s own, the neighbours dog routinely barks at 8 in the morning until 9:00am so you get a wake up call whether you want it or not. The AC in the bedroom doesn’t circulate as well as the AC around the rest of the house. We had to keep the door open and fan on to keep it cool at night.

It's cozy and stunning, beautifully decorated with hardwood floors and hardwood ceilings, luxury bathroom fittings, the most comfortable bed i've ever slept on. the only issue is if you are bringing a laptop to manage your business from afar there is no desk to work at. but there are beach chairs provided, plus beach towels and a cooler and the price is very reasonable for Cayman.

I had an incredible stay at this property in Grand Cayman! The place itself is absolutely spacious, well maintained, and right on the water. The highlight was definitely the diving; the access from the property made it so convenient, and the underwater scenery was breathtaking. The host was fantastic—very helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to offer great recommendations for things to do around the island. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy both relaxation and adventure in Grand Cayman!
