A house that exceeded our expectations. I traveled with my family and the truth is that we were delighted with the house. It's much bigger than it looks in the photos, super comfortable, with spacious and well thought out spaces for large groups. The location is the best: a few blocks from the Yanahuara viewpoint and close to great restaurants. We walked almost the entire time. The house has a warm atmosphere, everything is very clean and well cared for. It is clear that it is designed to make you feel comfortable. We felt right at home since we arrived. Undoubtedly, one of the best stays we've had as a family. I totally recommend it, especially if you're going as a group.

Loved our visit, Beatriz is the best, warm and kind. You have a whole floor to yourself, its a great space, make sure to go see the sunset from the-rooftop. <3

I made the reservation for my mother's stay with some friends (all of them older adults). Optimal and polite communication was maintained for the arrival at the location with clear directions. Regarding the environment, it was quite spacious and clean, according to the specifications detailed in the description. The location is quite close to the main square, which makes it easy to get around. Very grateful for the attention received and would definitely stay there again.

Anita’s apartment was super well equipped with everything you could need. She was super welcoming and always very responsive with any requests we had. She went above and beyond to accommodate extra guests for us and make sure we were happy. The beds were super comfortable and the en suites were great. We even received a little souvenir. Would highly recommend this apartment to a big group looking for a nice space to relax a short distance from the city.

My family and I stayed here 4 days ago when we arrived from Spain and we were really delighted. Victor Hugo's service was 10/10, super friendly, a person you can talk to and have a great time with! The accommodation is super clean, with everything you need for your stay, very good location! If we return to Arequipa, I would definitely contact Victor Hugo

Lilian and her husband were wonderful and kind people to us. From arrival they gave us the flexibility to check in from before and be able to leave our bags. They were friendly and gave us recommendations from the place. The beautiful house,just as it looks in the photos, everything organized and clean. The area was quiet. My friends and I enjoyed it a lot. I RECOMMEND ♡

Much better than I expect We recommend it 100%. Maximum the name of the apartment: Estilo y Confort. A very modern style accompanied by comfort throughout the apartment next to tranquility and a breathtaking view.

It is the best place to be in Arequipa, it is central, it is comfortable, it is cozy ,very close to Mr. de la Caña and shopping centers, it is as described in photos, and of course we would stay again!!, 100% recommended!!!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the location is quiet but you can still reach the center very quickly. The accommodation has everything you need and the communication with Rosa was super warm. We were even able to check in earlier, for which we were very grateful.

What really caught my attention was their flexibility for check-in and check-out. They were very understanding and empathetic with us. They also responded very quickly to any need. In general, we really liked their apartment because of the layout, the modern finishes and that the apartments are almost new. We hope to return another time, thank you!

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The place was clean, communication with the host was always clear and quick, and the location was ideal: quiet and perfect for resting. In addition, everything was as shown in the ad. I would definitely recommend it and would not hesitate to return next year.

The apartment was very nice, everything in perfect condition, it had a TV in all the rooms, hot water, filter, elevator access, in general the apartment and equipment 10 out of 10, and Mr. Percy was very kind, he allowed us to leave our things very early in his apartment and he took them to the apartment where we stayed, he gave us clear instructions, he gave us recommendations for the city and he was always very attentive to any questions, my family and I felt at home, I hope to return soon and stay in his apartment again.

This is an excellent BNB. It is very spacious, uncluttered and comfortable. The wi-fi is excellent. The location is great, just down the street from the short bridge that leads to the Playa de Armas. There was hot water for great showers and a combo washer/dryer unit that was easy to figure out and that worked really well. There's alot to see in and out of Arquipa.

Ilse was an extraordinary host, very friendly, always quick to respond, proactive and kind. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, easy access, we felt at home. We would definitely return without hesitation!

very central, you just can walk to the main square lovely streets made with the volcano stones, feel safe all the time walking around, the place very clean spotless, it definitely felt at home. if you wanna have a great time in Arequipa this is your spot, Thank you guys ❤️❤️❤️

10/10 stay. The view is amazing. Day and night. Short walk into town or $1.50 ubers. Much quieter and peaceful and very cozy apartment. Good water pressure. Laundry machine was helpful. So many cute cats outside of building. Would stay here again

Best place to stay when visiting Arequipa. It’s located right off the main strip which has tons of food and shopping. The place is quite and clean and the host is great! I always stay here when I’m visiting!

We stayed here for 10 days and the apartment was great 👍 the hosts were really responsive and helpful, helping us to book the gym and sauna and giving recommendations for visiting the colca canyon. During the day it's easy to walk into the center of Arequipa from the apartment and takes about 25 minutes. There are also places to eat and shop nearby. Thanks!
