Beautiful place, a nice location on the ground floor, and just off a nice courtyard with a roof garden easily reached. close to the river and downtown. Very close to a large market and other things. The host was responsive yet the entry from the street required a key which of course one does not have at check-in. This was solved with the host coming on-site yet this was probably an inconvenience for her. There was an attendant yet reaching him was not clear and we had to wait until the host contacted them directly. However, everything was very nice and the Host Gigi made a special trip on our behave. The apartment is very large and clean. One of the best showers in all of Peru!! Great place and in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked yet we could not learn how to turn on the electric stove and maybe an instruction sheet would be a good addition. Good place for a central quiet stay for a couple.

An amazing place to stay, a large space for the number of people who went. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a good stay. It has shops nearby, 24/7 security, easy access and the area is very nice The apartment is A1, everything is super clean, furnished, we all really loved it. My stay at Roxana and Yasmin’s place was very comfortable and I would highly recommend it! Yasmin was very helpful with local recommendations and communicated very well from the outset. The studio was sunny, very comfortable and well-equipped with appliances such as a washing machine, which came in handy as I needed to do laundry after the Colca Canyon trek. The location is convenient as well, just a 10-12 minute walk to Centro. I would stay here again without hesitation!

It was the first time I visited Arequipa and I couldn't be happier to have stayed in Yomar's apartment. From days before my trip, Yomar and her husband were attentive to me and my requests, they were always ready to help me, they provided useful directions and recommendations. The apartment is as shown in the photos, very clean, comfortable, safe and quiet. One of the things I liked the most and most strange, without a doubt, were the views from inside the apartment and the roof. I highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely return. The apartment is a dream! Everything you need is there (to cook, relax and feel good) You can walk to the city center in 5 minutes and yet the apartment is nice and quiet. The owners live in the neighboring house and have a pottery shop. You can also see this on Airbnb. Everything is full of art. It's beautiful. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Our stay was good. The location was perfect as it was close to the places we had to go, just 10 minutes from everything. Our Host was very friendly and always attentive. He would respond super quickly and helped us with check-in and checkout.

This was an amazing place to stay, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and communicative. One of the bedrooms had a stunning view of Volcán Misti, especially beautiful at sunset, while the others also offered great views of the surrounding mountains. I stayed here with my family, and the home had everything we needed. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and made for a relaxing stay. It was easy to catch a taxi just outside, or we could walk about five minutes to the main road. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, the hosts responded quickly and kindly accommodated us for an extra night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Great apartment, amazing views all around. Host was responsive. Beds comfy. Nice breeze from all the windows cooled down the house at night. Only thing I wish there was more of was kitchens utensils, pots and crockery as this was limited and made cooking a bit harder during our stay.
