Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Cayce

Lovely place, very helpful/responsive hosts (Chris/Chrisi and Kim)beautiful and serene surroundings with easy 10 minutes access or less to Lexington and all its restaurants/shops. The home is older but key areas have been updated (kitchen and master bathroom). Our kids loved the double full bunk beds downstairs and the fire-pit was great for family time/smores. The dock was perfect for turtle/bird watching. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at a few of Martin’s properties and as always everything was perfect. The house is close to everything we needed to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from University of South Carolina. I would definitely recommend staying here or any of his properties.

We've stayed here in the past and love the location. Easy and enjoyable walk to Devine Street and great restaurants. Also easy drive to Five Points and USC campus. The apartment was super easy to get into and we really enjoyed the space, including the screen porch which made for a relaxing spot. Beds were great and Russell was super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculate and Gamecock decor fun. Wish it had not rained so much and could have spent more time outside. The backyard is so inviting!! Hope to book again in the future!

This lake house view was an amazing. Loved the upstairs balcony. Gated community. Ty and Dane were extremely nice and helpful. We had an unfortunate situation happen where the water went out due to neighbors doing construction next-door. Ty immediately jumped in and took control. He sent us plenty of water and made sure the problem was resolved as soon as possible. I wish this home was a long term rental. I plan on renting here from Ty and Dane again. Highly recommended.

Nathan, the host, was very quick to respond with any questions we had which was nice. The house is at the most perfect location. A very chill and relaxing area, almost no boat traffic in the area (at least when we stayed).It’s also not that far away from grocery stores, restaurants and some fishing stores. The house has almost every accommodation you could need and was spotless when we got there. The highlight of this house was the personal boat ramp and kayaks. The mini golf set up was super cute and the corn hole boards were nice to have for some outdoor fun. Also the hot tub and fire pit was a 10/10 after jumping in the cold lake. They provide so many activities for you to do. I loved that they had extra blankets and a whole basket of beach towels for guests. The only thing I think I would change is I wish there were more outdoor lights by the dock or firepit so you could see at night when fishing. This place was perfect for our family coming into town and we made lots of memories!

Carolyn was warm and friendly. I was displaced from my home because of Hurricane Helene, Carolyn and the surrounding community in the neighborhood made me feel welcomed and like I belonged.

Jeff and Elizabeth are great hosts! They made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we walked through the door. They made fresh bread and had it waiting for us, along with an invite to a community event. Elizabeth and Jeff are lovely people and made us feel right at home. My teenage son told me to definitely book with them again next time I’m in town.

We put on a lot of miles every day taking in the area while staying at your lake home. When we returned everyday OMGosh! So relaxing and comfortable. We didn't want to leave. We will miss our 3 new buddies too. And well decorated. Perfect y'all. Jeff & Nancy

The condo was quite impressive! Made us all feel at home. Bed extremely comfortable and everything was pristine clean! We came for the Army Graduation and this particular condo was so close to activities. Hostess was personable and quick to answer any question. Thank you Courtney!

Excellent stay and hosts were very accommodating to our needs. We were in town for USC graduation and it was such a great place to escape for a few hours of rest in between events. Beautiful surroundings, my husband and kids used the kayaks and really enjoyed the time in the lake.

We were in Chapin visiting family (my husband, me and our adult son) so we didn't spend much time at the cabin. We did love our two mornings and evenings at the cabin. The setting is peaceful and we loved sitting on the front porch and enjoying the views. The music system was a real treat, too. We wished we'd had more time to use the kayaks but, in any case, we view these as a big plus. The cabin has great character and has been renovated beautifully. We felt very fortunate to find this special place. We were not able to meet Tom and Laura but they provided clear instructions and we had everything we needed. The place may have been a bit tight if our adult daughter had joined us but we would have found a way to make it work. Highly recommend.

Absolute gem. Accommodations were even better then the photos. My kids really enjoyed the little beach area out front and the sunsets were to die for. Nice large living room and plenty of space to cook meals with everything stocked one might need. Would love to stay again next time I am in town!

We had a blast swimming, fishing, and just relaxing! We caught a bunch of bass and crappies!!! It was a great way to decompress and celebrate my birthday! We definitely plan on coming back!

Very cute house, very small but was good for what we needed it for. We were only there for a bass tournament so the boat dock was most appealing to us. Hosts were very nice and helpful!

We absolutely loved this home. Teresa and her hubby did a great job with the decor. They are a special couple. I had mentioned that we were celebrating or 40th wedding anniversary and they sent us a gift. We are very appreciative they shared their beautiful home with us. Thank you both for a wonderful time.

Charming cottage just off the beaten path. Bocce court, zip line, swing, and hammock were a hit with the kids. Cozy fire pit and hot tub made for great places to visit. Alvin was beyond responsive and even replied right away when I accidentally messaged him late at night. Anyone should consider this lovely home away from home.
