The apartment is perfect and was impeccable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Tamia was very attentive to anything you might need.

Carlos’s place is perfect for few days stay as a solo travelled or a couple. It’s in a nice neighborhood close to a mall and a big park. There are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood and there are things in the house to cook food if you decide to do it yourself too. Carlos himself was very responsive and got back to me with any questions I had pretty quickly. Would recommend this place if you plan to visit Quito

We had a wonderful time in this stunning loft. It almost looks better than the pictures, is very comfortable and has all it needs. The location is also ideal - very central but away from the noise. Many thanks to the owners who were incredibly kind and flexible. Lastly, we booked Mila’s brother as a driver for taking us to Mindo and to the airport. He’s a great guy and we highly recommend his services!

Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

Miryam is such a sweet host, we felt like home! So kind and helpful she even baked bread and made us jam! Her dogs are the cutest and share so much love and kindness! The house cute and the garden Is amazing! So grateful for this experience and can’t wait to come back!!

Andrés was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Being able to use the washing machine and kitchen was great, and the big grocery store (Mega Maxi) in walking distance was a huge plus. He was very helpful and responsive to our requests. Thanks for a great stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It is spacious and comes with everything you need for an extended stay. It is very conveniently located, close to shops, public transportation stops, in a good area of Quito. The only thing I found uncomfortable was the electric shower, which does not work consistently. It is necessary to constantly adjust the water flow to prevent it from becoming boiling water or, on the contrary, water that is too cold. Also, I would personally be more comfortable if the bedroom had thicker, darker curtains.

Myri was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for me, and was amazing in communication. The apartment is fantastic, and have some nice areas and nice views. Can absolutely recommend it!

I will recommend Daniela and Nelson they were very helpful at all time and very friendly and great in communication. It was my first time in Quito with my father in law, husband and my aunt. We had a great time but my father in law got sick with his pressure being high due of the highs of Quito but it was because he is an elderly person and not use to the altitude, we are young and we was good. So just remember this but everything else was great Quito is beautiful place to visit and staying at Nelson and Daniela you won’t regret. Thank you until next time. Blessing always
