We love the place, clean, organized! It had everything we needed, very good beds for sleeping, bedding and smelling towels, lots of space in the wardrobe to store things, a place for washing and extending clothes. The kitchen is also well equipped and organized! We'll definitely be back more often 🙏

Very good, everything we needed had on site. Everything was in accordance. The only problem was the neighbours of the back who made a lot of noise and loud conversations during the night.

Comfortable space and very kind and helpful host. The space is close to the central areas and allowed easy displacement.

Her beautiful, quiet, very well-kept house, with every detail well thought out, whether it's the cleanliness of the organization, as well as the attention and affection really with her guests. Spectacular house, cleanliness, comfort and service and sympathy of Mr. Jacob is something surreal. I was in 5 people and 3 4-legged puppies. The space and security for my three Yorkies was what attracted me. Returning to Canela, I won't even look for another place. I will certainly return to Mr. Jacob's house.

Everything we needed to have a quiet stay we found, not only in terms of materiality and comfort, but the quiet is indiscreet. We sought a lot, moments of peace, and the place provides all the conditions for a serene stay, surrounded by nature, chirping with birds and a dizzying sunset. Super recommend.

Unfortunately, I arrived in a very cold time (it reached 0°) and as I am from the Northeast, I felt very cold inside the apartment even with the heaters on. But apart from that point, which is beyond control, I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is cozy, close to a market, a pharmacy and a laundry, and exceeded my expectations. The hosts respond quickly and are very friendly. I highly recommend the site.

My wife, daughter and son and I stayed at the house and had a great experience! The house is very large and spacious, perfect for families or larger groups. On the upper floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with a single bed), plus a kitchen, living room and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the lower floor, there are three more bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed), a second indoor kitchen, a bathroom and an excellent outdoor area with a barbecue, swimming pool and another support bathroom. The owners were very attentive, making sure everything was in order. On Saturday morning, they even cleaned the pool, which had some leaves due to the rain the night before. The environment is very peaceful and quiet, except for the sound of BR-116 passing by, but nothing that would disrupt our stay. Another positive point is the bakery right in front, with very tasty products and fair prices. We liked it so much that we intend to return on another

The space of Júlio served us very well. We were in town for a seminar at UCS and we were able to walk every day. The apartment is very pleasant, comfortable beds with good bedding, blankets and towels. We use the kitchen only to make coffee and heat some food, but it seems to me that for those who need to cook it will serve very well. Service area also complete. Pleasant room with food table, sofa and TV. The bathrooms are gas-heated and just open well and wait for the water to get hot. Building with 24hs concierge, playground, quiet area, etc. In the surrounding area you can easily access to pharmacies and supermarkets. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in Caxias do Sul, especially if you go to work and/or need to access the university. As a suggestion, only the provision of a dish rack in the kitchen is available.

They were wonderful days, we were able to really disconnect and be at peace! The house is beautiful and cozy! Whenever we need something Guilherme and Carina they responded super fast and Marcelo also always kindly supporting us! We were surprised when we arrived with eggs from the free hens ❤️ and more than that Marcelo offered us items from the garden every day! It's really been a wonderful day! Beautiful place, excellent option to rest. Entre Nova Pádua and Flores da Cunha, well serving the logistics between these two cities. Excellent outdoor area (barbecue grill). I'll come back more often!

Amazing experience! I and my boyfriend loved the time we were on Koya! Breathtaking landscapes, the house and the surrounding spaces very well planned and decorated, it's all very beautiful and comfortable! The only negative point is that the water from the taps ends very quickly and it takes a little bit to get back, but we were already informed about this possibility. Communication with the host note 10, very dear and accessible. Everything was great and extrapolated our expectations!
