The bed is very comfortable, the shower is warm, the room is dark and there is also a fireplace in the house, which is something we love. The whole house is an adventure - practically in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, but with impeccable structure: pool, game room, two barbecues, wood oven, fire pit. We passed the Carnival and enjoyed every minute!

Our stay was wonderful! Very good, large house, perfectly accommodated our group of 11 people, super comfortable beds, towels, bedding and covered smells, home delivers everything as described. We miss a large table in the front area to mainly take the coffee looking at the landscape that is very beautiful and listening to the noise of the stream and geese that has more in front. The only thing you need to improve so you can say it was "everything perfect" are the showers that have little water flow.

Hostess Carine is always very solicitous, friendly and responded to everything quickly and promptly. Her beautiful, quiet, very well-kept house, with every detail well thought out, whether it's the cleanliness of the organization, as well as the attention and affection really with her guests. We love the place, excellent for enjoying and relaxing.

Spectacular house, cleanliness, comfort and service and sympathy of Mr. Jacob is something surreal. I was in 5 people and 3 4-legged puppies. The space and security for my three Yorkies was what attracted me. Returning to Canela, I won't even look for another place. I will certainly return to Mr. Jacob's house.

Perfect house for those seeking tranquility and peace, but with comfort. Beds are great, super-equipped kitchen, quality furniture, but the main one was the location. The house is on a huge plot with beautiful garden in the front and native forest behind, with the right walk to a creek. It is about 10min from the center of Gramado by car, it is not for those who seek the agitation of the activities of the city center. I spoke twice with Alexandre, who responded quickly and was super gentle in the explanations. I thank you for the great endi we had there🙏🌻.

The stay was very good, the apartment is large and very well equipped, air-conditioned, clean. The communication was great, there were no problems during our stay. We love it. I recommend it!

Apartment with great space and everything new! Air-conditioning in every room, which was great, although the one in the room was not warming. The TVs only work for apps — which was not a problem — but the smaller room had the unstable internet signal for two days, which affected the usage. The bathroom faucet of that same room was also a little difficult to regulate the temperature of the water, for both the hot and the cold. I informed this to the person responsible for the survey on the last day of the stay. I emphasize that this is not a criticism, only information that I believe has not yet been reported by other guests. In addition, it is well worth it! All super new, well taken care of and we all adore the stay too much.

What really caught my attention was the cleanliness! I'm very picky about that! And you can see that everything is prepared with care to welcome you: towels, bed linens... everything is of great quality and clean! In addition to the space being extremely cozy, close “but far” from the mess and noise of the center !! It's worth checking out

The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the center of Canela and with easy access to Gramado, as well as being a quiet place and having surroundings with an unparalleled nature, great for hiking. Still, the apartment is large and well equipped, we spent great days there.
