One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, in a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with fireplace and large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. From Perlaflat you will have direct access to the trails to experience intense days in a fantastic panorama in the renowned San Pellegrino area. It enjoys a strategic position where Falcade is 15 minutes away and Moena and the splendid Val di Fassa are 20 minutes away. In summer, a myriad of trails await you to admire the unique panorama of the Dolomites. A studio completely renovated in 2023, equipped with a splendid view of the most beautiful mountains in the world.

Tabiá sui Prá - Apartment Anna

Located in a village a couple of kilometers from Falcade, my apartment is in Valt, a small village made up of old houses and old barns and surrounded by the peace of the woods. The recently renovated apartment is on the ground floor and in front of the windows only meadows, woods and mountains. The ANNA apartment is a cozy studio flat that can accommodate up to 4 people. Larger groups can rent the adjacent MARCO two-room apartment which sleeps 4.

Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

Quiet apartment in the heart of the Dolomites

Ground floor apartment in the heart of the Agordo Dolomites. The parking space is private and always available. The entrance is private, 2 bedrooms are available, the first with a double bed, the second with 2 single beds, the two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, the main one also with a bathtub. From the house in 15 minutes you are at the Alleghe or Falcade ski lifts. There is also a rock gym in the municipality: "Vertik Area Dolomiti".

Room in the Tower of Roncade Castle

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
