My experience at the flat was extremely fun! The atmosphere was welcoming, the company was excellent, and each moment was marked by laughter, lightness and good memories. Definitely a place where I felt at ease and made the most of every moment.

Gelton met us in person, left a lovely note and a bottle of wine. I had just had surgery, and he even took my bags for me. He cares and takes care of his guests. Great spot.

Very convenient accommodation for a arrival at the airport because it can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and even at night (we arrived around 3am) because there is a caretaker. Accommodation quite functional but very simple and sufficient to spend a night..the pool is a more pleasant one. A little customization and extra equipment would be appreciated to make it warmer but it was very good for the use we had because we only spent 2 nights there

The apartment is great, excellent location, close to the Arraial do Povo party, you could go on foot. Communication with Celia was great, very proactive. It was definitely worth it

The apartment is very good and well located. I was just over 20 reais from Uber from several tourist spots in the city and also from UFS, in São Cristóvão. The host met my needs quickly, was very attentive and helpful. Everything was as advertised, including a very powerful floor fan that saved me from the heat. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. I recommend it and when I need it, I intend to return.

The apartment is very organized, equipped and extremely clean and fragrant. Well sanitized towels and bedding. Nice and comfortable space. The main bathroom shower is simply wonderful. The condominium is very beautiful, very large swimming pool, has a restaurant near the pool and on the door there is a spike/hamburgueria and açaí. Aline always very caring and attentive, the pampering gives an even more special touch of her care. My family loved it and we're already looking to get back.

The apartment is not so close to the waterfront, but everything in Aracaju is easy and quick to get to. The apartment is very large. It has a bedroom with air conditioning, while the others have fans. The apartment's kitchen is very well equipped (sandwich maker, pots, including couscous maker, refrigerator, etc. - it just doesn't have an air fryer). Clean bathroom. Electric shower in the suite. Room with TV, sofa, dining table. Sérgio let us arrive before check-in and we agreed on a price so that we could leave after checkout. Sérgio handed over the keys to the apartment and the entrance, and gave a lot of support. I walked to my place of competition. Quiet neighborhood. Convenience store with great value on the corner of the street. Pharmacy nearby and accessible. I recommend it.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has many kitchen utensils ( more even than in the photos), cozy bed and sofa, with a good quilt... Everything is very cozy, the location is great, there are many options of markets nearby, in addition to the vendors' stands in the vicinity, it is 10 mins walk from the waterfront where there are many options of good restaurants tb. The building is excellent, friendly staff, a great gym, children's space, game room and pool. Rafael is a very attentive host, worried about his guests, always responded with attention to any questions we had, he received us full of pampering, with regional sweets... I felt at home...
