The house was very clean and cozy! City has met all the expectations of my family. The very good beach and the very clean condominium pool! I like it too much and with ctz I recommend!!!!

Wonderful accommodation! Cute house, ventilated, with a lovely garden and a wonderful location. Very quiet street. We don't miss anything. Priscila was an excellent host. Very friendly, kind and attentive, as well as her father. I intend to come back!

We liked the house very much, everything as the host described. The house served us very well, very spacious, very good pool, very good location, and organized condo, beautiful and very quiet. Some unforeseen events occurred during the hosting, but even though it was not the host's fault, he promptly resolved, always replying to my messages, and going to the house to answer us quickly. The host is very attentive and helpful. Anyway, recommend it, and I will return at the next opportunity.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Dione was an amazing host, super responsive and helpful. Very kind and helped us with every ask. The property is everything we'd hoped for, spacious (plenty of room for everyone), private (behind secure fencing and tucked away), 5 minute walk to the beach, and has all the ameneties (hot water, A/C, etc). We spent the week enjoying the pool and hammock, made churrasco, and even played some billiards. We loved this property and when we go back to Aracaju, this property will be the first one we book!

The stay was excellent. Elias proved to be an excellent host. We received at the checkin, gave us instructions from the house and let us at ease, giving tips whenever necessary. The house is wide and complete, we are very comfortable. Clean house, clean bed and bath linens and with availability of pool towels. Mr. Cosme was supposed to maintain the outdoor area and swimming pool. Home in a safe place, we took walks in the surroundings. I highly recommend it, everyone liked it and were very comfortable. We hope to return soon.

Wonderful, cozy and totally familiar environment! Mrs. Sônia, a thoughtful host, responds to messages and calls quickly. It is possible to walk to the waterfront, especially in June, which has Vila do Forró, a neighbor to the residence, which has a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, etc. I loved it a lot and I will definitely return with my family.

excellent location, close to tourist spots, restaurants, shops, bakery, at the end of the street there is a distributor and a coconut ice cream stand. When we needed to use Uber, the price was cheap because we were close to practically the entire tourist area. I highly recommend, a kind, polite and very available host when contacted. When I return to Aracaju, it will definitely be the first option for my stay!

The house is according to the images, Dona Marilene was very attentive and receptive, gave all the necessary instructions so that we could enjoy the accommodations and welcomed us very well.

The house is even more beautiful in person. Everyone loved it and it was hard to leave. We had wonderful days and we intend to return, because a week is too little in this paradise. Our whole experience was wonderful: the house is captivating, very well maintained, with beautiful decor and a very complete kitchen with all the utensils you need for everyday life, the beach at the door is very clean and with its warm waters, Lopes and Fábio (caretaker) are always helpful and concerned about our well-being and the city with kind, attentive and polite people. I want to drop everything here in Mato Grosso and go live there!!kkkk. Walking through the little streets around the house, going to have an açaí at the kiosks on the central street... I miss it... Anyway, if you want a quiet place, with a lot of privacy (the house has no neighbors on both sides), safe, familiar and cozy, you won't regret staying at Lopes' house.

Very nice stay, the area is quiet, my car did not fit in the garage but she offered me a spot at her father's house next door, but it is a quiet area I left my car on the street without problems… I took my dogs to the area, it has a lot of space, they loved it, I recommend it to everyone.
