The home is absolutely beautiful. It was more beautiful than the pics. Restaurants and activities are all within walking distance. The host and owner were so helpful and responsive to all our needs. We loved our time there and felt right at home. ❤️

happy to be in this accommodation!, without a doubt we will return first God, the only thing that fails and I did not want to enter the topic anymore, I read that the three rooms had tv, and in one there, outside of that the place is excellent, everything is quiet, I highly recommend this accommodation, I had some doubts and I responded and I recommend where to go and buy!.

One of the best houses we’ve stayed in. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and parks. An hour drive to the beach, cenotes & ruins. It was perfect for a 4 night stay - wish we’d have had more time.

Everything was excellent

Adam’s place was an excellent place to stay in Mérida. To begin he was an excellent and responsive host. He quickly answered any of our questions. The place itself was very clean and spacious. The pool was wonderful and definitely a necessity in Mérida in May. It was very clean and well maintained. Adam even came by during our stay to clean it again. The AC in the bedroom worked really well and we were able to sleep very comfortably. There are quite a few ants by the pool but it was nothing too bothersome to stop us from enjoying the space. We had a friendly gecko join us in the bedroom area but it just stayed away from us and helped keep any other insects to a minimum. The place has everything you may need including both pool towels and beach towels and laundry detergent. There is also easy access to street parking out front. Would definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Merida. We definitely found ourselves relaxing and enjoying the space in the hot afternoons.

Staying at Greg’s home was an absolute delight. The property beautifully marries traditional Yucatecan architecture with modern comforts, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The high ceilings and colorful tilework reflect the region’s rich heritage, while the thoughtfully curated furnishings add a touch of contemporary elegance.  One of the standout features is the lush courtyard, which offers a tranquil escape from the bustling city. The pool area, surrounded by vibrant greenery, became our favorite spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Inside, the rooms are spacious and airy, with ample natural light filtering through the large windows. Greg was an exceptional host—attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready with recommendations to enhance our stay. The home’s location on Calle 75 is ideal, placing us within walking distance of Mérida’s historic centro, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat.

This is one of the most beautiful AirBnb's that we have stayed at. You are transported to a calm and serene and colonial world as soon as you step in. Mario was super responsive and we felt that it was such a seamless stay. If you can find availability, I would recommend definitely staying here for a few days.

What a stunning stay, close to local restaurants and other businesses. Beautiful space and the pool was always the perfect temperature. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is as shown in the photos, the pool and the cleanliness of everything is very good, Stephanie helped me at all times and was always aware of the things we requested. It's a great option for family vacations.

Pleasant stay, Alejandra is a super host, always attentive to what we needed and resolved it instantly! The beds are super comfortable and the house is just like the photos and the kitchen is super equipped :)

We were very comfortable, the orientation and support for ordering food at home was great, I loved the pool, we slept very well and rested, maybe an air conditioner was missing in the room but the fans help a lot, the house is cool but some mosquito nets on the doors would be great to be able to open the door and let the air in, the parking lot is a good size for a small car, the beds are very comfortable and the pillows are delicious, thank you, thank you, thank you for your attention and for resolving the small details quickly.

Our stay at Fili's house was excellent, it's even nicer than in the photos It is in a very nice area and surrounded by all kinds of shops and restaurants Everything was very clean, there was everything in the kitchen to be able to cook Fili was always looking out for us I would gladly return to this accommodation

The house is beautiful, it matches perfectly with the images that are published. Everything was wonderful, except that we had two cars and one had to stay outside because the garage was occupied by the owner's car, and the house was very far from everything. But the house is wonderful

The accommodation is perfect if you want to be quiet and have a good time, but it is somewhat far from the center of Mérida, and the pool is larger than what you see in the photos

Fernanda is an excellent host, nice and attentive, and the photos don't do justice to how wonderful the house is. It is very well located, where you feel you will find peace. It is beautiful, and the location is excellent. My daughter enjoys it very much. It's worth the cost, and Fer's attention. The house is new and every detail was very well thought out. It gives peace and tranquility and above all security. I would definitely stay there again, and I would recommend it 100%

It is a very pleasant, spacious and beautiful property, located in a quiet place and with access to main roads to travel anywhere in the state. Its large garden and pool stand out. The host was always very kind, attentive and receptive to make our stay impeccable. Highly recommended.

Great place for our visit

Super well located, close to restaurants. Very comfortable and clean. A few leaves fall into the pool, but it's a great advantage that it has shade.

What an incredible stay! Stayed 5 nights and wish it could have been more. The place is fabulous looks even better in person, feels like a mini oasis with the wonderfully designed pool and outdoor space. No complaints and will def be staying here again.

This spot is beautiful and modern. The location is great because it’s in or near the historic or art district so it feels safe and there’s lots to do. The restaurants were phenomenal. When we go back we will plan on never cooking a meal because the food there is so good. We did lose power but it was only for a few hours and the host immediately jumped in to action reporting the power loss and helped us make plans with what we could do if the power didn’t come back on quickly. They were so helpful and I would absolutely stay with them in any of their locations again.
