Tiny house holiday rentals in Caucasus Mountains

We loved every minute of it; from the very beginning to the very last goodbye, we experienced and savored Georgian hospitality, mixed with its stunning nature, beautiful surroundings, awesome food and much, much more. Guest House Genacvale in Bandza number one!!

Alejandro and his wife are warm and courteous, they told us their check-in notes when we arrived, we do like their tree house with hot tub which let us to relax after hiking. Their breakfast was good and local staff will send the meals on time to our tree house. Actually during this trip, the favorite is their white-colored kitty, she's not enough one year old, she listened our conversation and have breakfast and dinner together, unexpectedly on the day of check-out, she ran out to chase us seems she already realized we ready to leave. The days with her, we remember in the heart and give her name "Gulamimi" :) Hope she grow up happy and healthy.

The best airbnb I have been to. The house is built with careful consideration for your needs, like hot water, heater for the room, aircondition, good wifi, washing machine, all so you can enjoy nature in comfort. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly in a natural way, which made a big difference for us, since we felt we were around friends. The animals are a nice experience as well, and the village is charming. We hope to come back one day :)

it was a great stay, spacious room and the location is perfectly awesome, there is many cafes, convenience store and restaurants just outside the compound. freedom Square is walkable just 5 minutes away..sir Nodar himself is very accomodating helpful and kind..🙏

A hidden gem😍, amazing place and clean, and an even more amazing host but place is hard to get to specially in night or during fog.

The most beautiful view from the windows I have ever had. Had to cry because I didn’t want to go back 😹😹 very peaceful and down to earth place with friendly owners and great common area. Really loved it!!!

Honestly, the cottage is very beautiful, Elias, and his wife, Fatima, khalqin, and we turned all the details of the cottage until we guarded on a spring of water close to the cottage. I recommend the cabin because it has very high privacy and has everything you need .

The place is great, location is amazing and calm. The surrounding view of the sky and mountains are fabulous. The host is really friendly and his brother helped us a lot and asked us if we need anything. Also, we appreciate that they brought us a free breakfast which was really nice and delicious👌🏻. Note: be careful with the hammock, it’s not fixed well. Anyway, we had lovely nights, I really recommend them!

Such a peaceful and cozy getaway tucked in the woods. The A-frame accommodation was quiet and private, but there were still plenty of opportunities to socialize with the host and with other guests. The beds and pillows were also very plush and comfortable!

Mr. Ali greeted us at check-in and offered flexibility for the check-in time. She advised us of local facilities in the area and met all our needs. It's such a beautiful place that I wish we had the chance to stay longer, the road was a little rough, but there are wonderful waterfalls on your doorstep and you can put your feet up and find peace. The breakfast was also delicious and filling. Thanks for everything.

We had amazing time in this house! The house is in a peaceful, middle of nature place. Host was incredible, welcoming, warming people. Kitchen has everything you need in order to create perfect food. The host food also amazing. We would definitely come back

Beautiful, clean cottage and the landlord is a friendly man

Very well maintained cottage in a beautiful well maintained green environment. Everything for the home is available and during the high season there’s a grocery nearby. Hosts are communicative and helpful. The only caveat is the spatial layout is compact and not especially ergonomic, but hopefully you’ll be outside most of the time where there’s a generous amount of seating and shaded areas for eating or relaxing including a hammock. The pool is fresh. The place is made with love.

Truly a marvellous place to stay to relax and recharge your batteries! The nature is unique, surrounded by the mountains and by the river bank, which helps you to come in peace with a nature. Ela and Tengo are wonderful people which are more than happy to assist you at your request: serve you a georgian national cuisine, home made wine and chacha, barbeque or prepare a sauna. There is also a beach and space to chill out by the river. The house was tidy and freshly furnitured. I definitely recommend Ela's place if you seek for a remarkable experience.

And in the evening I personally appreciated the softest bathrobe that was provided :) We would definitely come again with the whole family for a peaceful weekend with barbecue and ping pong! 🏓

Nice place, warm hosts and very close to the sea. There is a spring with good drinking water near the house. I recommend it!
