Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Caucasus Mountains

Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3

Perfect place in the center of Tbilisi!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Gabala! The place was exactly as shown in the photos – clean, modern, and very well-maintained. The heated plunge pool with lights was a highlight, especially in the evenings – super clean and relaxing. The sauna room was a wonderful bonus, adding a real spa-like touch to our stay. Every room was spotless and fresh, making it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for comfort and a bit of luxury in Gabala!

I swear to God, the owner of the cottage is good and tries to give you the best experience. It is the best thing I have ever tried. Turkey, honestly, entering the cottage is difficult, but it is worth the experience.

A wonderful cottage with a direct and breathtaking view of the river, ideal for those looking for privacy and tranquility in a charming natural atmosphere. The area is safe and its people are very friendly and welcoming, and there is a restaurant nearby, 5 minutes walk, and a mosque and supermarket within 7 minutes. The cottage is very clean, the interior decoration is elegant and harmonious in a way that is comfortable – indeed, the owner of the place is creative in choosing the details, and every corner of it radiates taste and interest. One of the most beautiful surprises is that a free breakfast is served daily, simple and delicious, and adds a touch of generosity and attention that is highly appreciated. Although there is no oven, microwave or cooking utensils, the comfort of the place, its view, and its beautiful atmosphere compensate for that and more. The host is very responsive and cooperative, and the brother Bakil, who is in charge of the huts, is very polite and magnanimous, always present and meets any request with open arms. The location is only half an hour away from Ayder Heights, and the road to it is easy and full of restaurants and cafes, and there is a gas station nearby. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the gracious host and to Bakil for their warm welcome and hospitality. It was a relaxing and distinctive experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for tranquility and beauty in one place

Anri has a beautiful garden to dine outside in the evening. Too bad we didn't have more time to spend in Kutaisi.

Everything was great! Thank you so much to the host for our wonderful stay. The heated pool was just the perfect option in cooler weather. You can make a grill, a large house, very cozy. Clean and comfortable beds. The only thing is, there were a lot of ants in the house, our advice to work on it. And so, all is fine!

To my dear host, thank you Muhammed for an incredible stay at the nicest house in Trabzon. Your hospitality, kindness and attention to detail made this stay memorable for all of our loved ones. Although it was only for a few days, we will plan future stays with the wider family, especially to enjoy the beautiful scenery from every window of the house. I’m rating this as a 5 and must stay at when in Trabzon for anyone looking for a peaceful stay located strategically in a nice area with services close by.

We have been using Airbnb for many years and we have experienced some amazing homes and hosts. This was hands down the most amazing place and the hosts are incredible. They helped us on so many occasions and the breakfast delivery on the balcony was so dreamy. The actual space was lovely and open, the shower was great and the bed was super comfy. I wish we stayed for longer. Ardsen was about 10mins away and all the river activities at Firtina creek are just a close taxi ride. We stayed at 6 different hotels/Airbnb on this trip in Turkey and this was by far our favourite place. Big thank you to Aylin and her family for such a memorable stay :)

the business owner greeted us with his wife in a friendly way. They were very friendly. The business owner was very helpful with places to visit. The location of the creek house was almost like a center of peace with the sound of the black sea, greenery and storm stream. The freedom area of the creek house was very much in front compared to the surrounding accommodation, the private barbecue area for the barbecue, the private winter garden for the barbecue, and the summer garden, most importantly, the heated swimming pool and many details that I could not count. We had a very nice time with my wife. From here, we thank Mr. Turan and his wife Özlem very much for their sincere attitude to the business owners. We recommend it to everyone, and we can't wait to come back here for our last vacation. Thanks again for everything..

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The location is beautiful, right in between the mountains. The pool, hot tub & barbeque amenities were great! We will definitely come back :) Vazha is an amazing host, very helpful & responsive - we felt at home during our stay. Thank you

We spent 3 days at this house with friends, and honestly, it was amazing. 🥰 The place is beautiful: crazy views, fresh mountain air, and you can hear the river all the time. It was super clean and had everything we needed: fireplace, cards, backgammon, plus homemade cottage cheese, eggs, and sour cream (and that cottage cheese was seriously good). Even a blender for protein shakes 😅 One thing I really loved was the hot tub in the backyard. Sitting in warm water, watching the sunset with those views… honestly unforgettable. Beso was awesome. He helped us organize the trip, found the right people for stuff, handled all the arrangements, gave us tips on places and hiking trails, and was always there when we needed him. He even made sure the hot tub was heated every day!! We were really lucky to have him help us as it made exploring Racha way more comfortable. Big thanks to Beso! This place is definitely one I wanna come back. 10/10

This home is lovely. We hope to go back with friends as the hang-out spaces, both indoor and outdoor, are large and beautiful. There are several wineries, with restaurants, in walking distance. The kitchen is also huge and has everything needed for home cooking. The yard and vineyards are expansive, with beautiful views of the mountains. We really can't wait to stay here again.

We can stay in the Black Sea, a reliable, clean and friendly family environment, the hosts are very good, they felt like we were in our own home, and we would like to thank you very much for the nice treats they offered us, pleasant conversations and help with everyone. If we go to the Black Sea again, it is a place where we will stay without thinking...

We had a really relaxed time at this beautiful villa. It was quite hot, but Irakli was kind enough to get ventilators for the rooms so we could still sleep. If airco is installed the place would be even more comfortable. The pool was excellent and communication with the host was great. The only downside we experienced besides the heat is that the water and electricity stopped working for a night, but this was remedied the next morning.

In stay you will experience the ultimate stay, I've to. Many destinations around the world and many units and sleep in but this unit is uniquely positioned. The host is super fast responsive, knowledgeable and helpful, while it gave you all what you need for an amazing stay. I've sat for two quite days, away from city noise and literally in the forest that surrounds you, it was cold during my stay and fire place saved the day, logs available for a month tho, we cooked our food since kitchen has what needed. I became a full timer rancher for two days, cut logs that a bit big instead of using small ones, cocks steak on the grill, sat on porch rest of day, while running fireplace while it is dark for warming. It is one of the best experiences we had me and wife ❤️

absolutely wonderful experience. me and my partner got there by our own car but its incredibly sweet of the host to offet transfer from and to batumi. the views are breathtaking, bed is big and comfortable. sleeping under stars and moonlight was amazing. friendly puppy, cats and goats wondering around definetely help create an atmosphere of a peaceful runaway place. surprisingly big menu with all kinds of very reasonably priced meals. no need to worry about having something nice to eat while you're there. 14/14 recommend

We had the pleasure of staying for one night in a beautiful and charming cabin, hosted by one of the most wonderful hosts. The host was incredibly responsive, making our experience seamless and comfortable. The cabin itself was brand new, exceptionally clean, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is truly a hidden gem, surrounded by breathtaking mountains and stunning natural scenery. It was an unforgettable stay, and we can’t wait to return!
