Holiday rentals with a pool in Caucasus Mountains

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

Fantastic place to stay. The villa is huge, beautiful, clean, grand and kept in a great condition. We were a group of 8 and could possibly fit 8 more people. The pool is a highlight and such a relief after a long day out. Very conveniently located to Tbilisi. FYI, follow host’s directions to get to the house. Maia and Vano, that live on premises are the most warm and hospitable people. If we needed anything, they would go above an beyond. There may be water issues during your stay, but if you communicate these, the issue will be resolved in no time. Good kitchen and spectacular dining room. Backyard and its residents (doggies, turkeys (?)) are picturesque. Oh and the wine!!

Шикарноя место, для тех кто любит спокойный отдых, а не борьбу за лежак и рекламу чучхелы и пива. Берег удобный , даже для детей. Хозяин все рассказал, и объяснил. Приятное общение и помощь в решении вопросов.

Георгий отличный хозяин. Организовал супер раннее заселение и несколько трансферов в аэропорт за моими гостями, которых я пригласил к нему на виллу. Помог с заказом экскурсии и доставкой вкуснейшей грузинской еды из ближайшего хорошего кафе. В общем, Георгий сделал для нас намного больше, чем просто гостеприимный хозяин, спасибо! :-)

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

Thank you for the early check in. House is luxurious and the crockery, has a beauty and the beast, vibe. Amazing view. Extremely clean. One washroom has a toilet + wash area, the other has, just a toilet. Huge space, looks smaller in the pictures. Nana was very responsive and replied immediately. There are 24 hrs small outlets for food, just at the entrance of the lane. Supermarkets, metro, bus stops are close by. The same building has a tennis court, a hotel, another hotel at the side, so there is always someone near the entrance, making it a safe place. We were 2 women and felt safe. Even got a grab at 2am to the airport .The lockbox is at the road level, right side to the steps, do not climb the stairs for that, It's the middle box, black and white in color and yellow once opened. The place had coffee, tea, towels, bath wash, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, spices, sugar, iron. Will definitely book this place again. Was a good location, good host and an amazing house.

It was a perfect stay at Nika's place. The great place for relaxing holidays out of Tbilisi , with access to swimming pool and recreational area . The apartments have all necessary things for comfortable living and thanks to Mariam for her attentiveness through all days

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and in a great location. One of the absolute highlights was the stunning view. Mayya was very welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. She also helped us out with a umbrella and seight seeing suggestions for the rainy days. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Gita and her colleagues extremely responsive. Helped us with any issues we had. The hob did not work, so handyman came straight away and sorted everything. Place is a dream stay, my gf loved it so much;) balcony is good for small sunny breakfast. Also, they are very attentive and give extra for the money, which is always appreciated.

Не могу не написать отзыв о нашей остановке в отеле: Lazare family!Мы в восторге от хозяина Гочи и его отеля! Отель совершенно новый и красивый! Гоча проектировал и строил его сам! Все сделано с большой душой, очень удобно, красиво, стильно! Расположен отель , в старом мандариновом саду, много зелени, красивый вид! В 10 мин. ходьбы находятся маркеты, кафе, аптеки и остановка автобуса, для поездки в центр Батуми! Хозяин Гоча и его жена Руссико, сами встречают гостей, окружают их заботой, готовы помочь в любом вопросе, создают атмосферу безопасности, комфорта и доброты! Очень рекомендую этот отель, мы обязательно сюда вернёмся! Ой , чуть не забыла , мы приехали с маленькой собачкой и нашему питомцу все были очень рады!

Дуже рекомендую цю квартиру для всіх. Єдине немає кондиціонеру в спальнях, але це не так заважало в травні. Рівень житла супер!
