Farmstay holiday rentals in Caucasus Mountains

We (five people) were met at the airport. It was brought to the place. The house is beautiful both outside and inside. The photos don't do it justice. The area near the house is well-maintained. The house is clean, cozy and everything is provided for living and relaxing. The hosts are hospitable, thoughtful, and always available. The vacation was great. Many thanks to Temuri and his family. A lot of experience and pleasure from the trip. Recommended. There is a mountain river nearby. Swimming in it is unforgettable.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Their house is very central in Zaqatala, and Eltajs instructions and responsiveness made it very easy to find. They were very flexible and let me check in early in the morning since I arrived by train. It's a basic appartment, but equipped with everything you might want. I was even provided with Cake, Tea and something to eat for dinner. I would love to come back!

Great apartment with amazing terrace and stunning view, the apartment is big and fully furnished and equipped with all what you need for a short or long stay, Sedat is always available to support. Supermarkets are very closed but it’s more convenient to have a car as it’s a mountain area. Highly recommended.

Large apartment in a private house near the sea, clean and comfortable. With friendly and caring hosts who are not lazy to create pleasant moments for customers almost as for friends: meeting and transfer from the station, a friendly dinner with wine of their own making on the evening of arrival, unobtrusive care during the stay. The garden plot near the house is pleasing to the eye: a flat manicured vineyard, tangerine trees, there is even a tea plantation – the owners of real enthusiasts, a glorious working family. I wish them a successful expansion of their business – they will make good hoteliers

Lana’s Airbnb was perfect, set aback in the valley with terrific views of the mountains and rolling hills. Lana was super friendly and kind to us. Our only regret is we stayed only one night - wishing we could have stayed longer as there is plenty to do in and around Ozurgeti. Lana’s tea plantation and her explanation of the tea manufacturing process was the highlight of the trip! Would highly recommend this stay for those who are interested in tea production. Thank you Lana. Hope to see you again soon!

Antonina was very helpful and responsive, we didnt get to meet her, but we had contact with her on Airbnb. Georgi was the one who picked us up from Mestia and drove us in his small suzuki to his place up in the wild. Georgi was the best host we had in Georgia! Even though there was a language barrier, we had wonderful conversations and exchanges via google translate. Georgi made us tea, coffee, breakfast and dinner (he is a very good cook!!) Georgi is one of the kindest souls you could have as a host. The whole place where he lives is just one of a kind, you can see the snowy mountains and the chalaadi glacier. If you are coming to Mestia and want to have a peaceful stay with great views and natural ingredients (from a garden) in your food and have hiking trails at your doorstep, this is the place!

Fazenda house was our first place to stay in Armenia. We found it quickly with Google. The recording was very friendly with a tea and small conversation and performance, as well as possible with translation app. We had a good night sleep there. Breakfast was always very good and tasty traditional. Unfortunately, personal contact with the family was very limited in time because they were at work. Always on site was the loving mother/grandmother, who also prepared breakfast. However, a private vehicle is necessary to do house from Fazenda. We circled the lake, visited the peninsula with monastery, drove into the mountains at Diljian, everything easily accessible from there. And we visited the Norashen Reserve, a nature conservation peninsula right there, for 3000 AMD entrance we were able to explore this area, even by car, very beautiful nature.

I'm so grateful to Amiran and his family that they share their amazing space and land and food and wine. Great hospitality and soul warming experience to be there surrounded by clouds, forests and mountains. House is very cosy and with a stunning view. Little hut for dinners overlooking gorgeous valley and river with Maya's food was the best restaurant experience during the trip. 2 weeks in paradise will stay in my heart forever. Wish to come back again and explore more beautiful nature around and drink Amiran's wine and local produce filled with love and purity of air. Thank you so much, Gvantsa, to help us make it all work! Great cottage in peaceful and beautiful surroundings, very clean and well organized. I came with my family and kids were happy to use swings at night after watching a stunning susnset from the balcony! Highly recommend!

Very special place, highly recommended if you are looking for a peaceful retreat in the middle of nowhere. The hosts were very caring and helpful. We opted for the catering service, and the food was very nice and varied from day to day. This was nice because the nearest proper grocery store is about 1 hour drive away. Keep in mind also that the driveway to the cottage is very rocky. We rented a Wrangler and it was a nice off-road experience; maybe with a standard SUV it would also be ok, but I definitely wouldn’t take a sedan here.

One of the beautiful places that I will return to again. Gokan's father and mother are among the best people, respectful and friendly, as if you are a member of the family. The place is beautiful, far from the noise, and surrounded by nature. It is a beautiful place in the sense of the word. It is worth trying and returning to it. ❤️

We spent here one of the best time in Georgia. Gela and his family were super friendly with nice hospitality. You can experience here not only great Khahetian wine or chacha tasting, but also Khinkali and khachapri cooking experience with grandmothers, or Shashlik grilled on coal. Also they served for us a table full of Georgian traditional dishes. And especially it was convenient to go to the bed directly after many glasses of wines. Highly recommend!

Marine was an amazing help to us as we navigated a multi day trek across the mountains.

I was so excited to explore Georgia's Tea Trail, and Komli was a perfect place to do it. On our way from Batumi to Mestia, we decided to pitstop here. A warm welcome, the best sleep in the wine barrel, friendly animals, beautiful surroundings. The next morning we had and amazing breakfast spread and learned so much from Lika at the tea degustation and tour. The main house is beautifully built too, and the surroundings are always full of people and children working or playing at the farm. The main house has one common bathroom to share with the guests and the family members which is something to consider if you have any issues with such. But it worked out alright for us. We took home some tea and great memories.

Amazing place and the most generous and delicious breakfast that I've ever had in Georgian guest houses. After such breakfast I had enough food for the whole day. Quiet place, with only sound of crickets outside the window and a nice view to the night sky to stargaze.

This is probably my best Airbnb choice on my travels in Georgia. Really warm, outstanding experience. I stayed initially for one night but then changed the plans due to a broken car, had to stay in zugdidi one night longer, but found out quite late. Alex was very responsive and his parents very welcoming even during the night. Definitely coming back one day. Thank you Alex, Eka and Eldar once again!

a lovely large yard with a hammock, a large equipped kitchen, a convenient place to stay in terms of logistics (7-8 min drive to Mestia), good logins, the entire living space is located on the second floor with a beautiful view.

It is considered the best location in Barshimba. I live there for the second time. The ground floor consists of halls, councils and a kitchen. The first floor consists of 3 small rooms. Each room has 2 single beds. The house is very clean, which is why I always choose it. Breakfast can be ordered if the number is small.
