House of writers at Sevan Lake is an architectural heritage from the first half of XXth century. It is an great example of bauhaus and constructivist type of architecture. Alone this is the reason to stay here. This house is located directly at Sevan Lake, which gives you unbelievable view directly from the balcony. Argam is making sure everything to grant you very warm welcome and comfortable time at his hotel. You should use opportunity and visit the café near the hotel. Food offered here is very delicious!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Roza’s Guesthouse immensely. Driving through the pass to Mestia delayed us (construction projects and various parts of the road which suffered from landslides) but Roza had waited for us until we did arrive. The Airbnb is actually a cute hotel but sits on one of the most scenic spots in all of Mestia (Mountains and their snow caps all over!) while overlooking the old towers that sit in valley. The Airbnb itself was lovely. If you let Roza know in advance, she is able to prepare breakfast and dinner for you at a reasonable charge. Our room was spot on which had its own balcony where we could see Mestia and the mountains surrounding it. Last but not least, Roza and her husband were super accommodating and very kind to us. We will definitely be back when visiting Mestia again. Thank you Roza.

Great location to relaxed. Walk to the beach in 30 seconds. Cozy restaurant attached with great choice of healthy diner & nice breakfast. Friendly staff as well.

beautiful view of the valley and the church near by. you can hear the water in the river from the yard and balconies. very peaceful

It was a nice house, but it's alittle bit far from Batumi center, It's great for families. There are many families that you can contacts with them. There is bus from house to Batumi, we paid about 2$ for taxi each time. Ramaz is a good guy. We have a good conversations with him )

Everything you expect from a Chateau and much beyond. Service, amenities, landscaping, food, comfort… View is gorgeous! They make you feel like the medieval nobility with all the comforts of 21st century. This is definitely a destination me and my travel companions would want to return to!

the place is all around pines trees, with a great terrase were you can have a breakfast with a great view, interior is cozy and clean, although i would suggest mountains view side rooms to avoid noise from the road

After a small issue with the room I was immediately upgraded. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the breakfast is delightful. Location is very central, Freedom Square is only a few meters away. The roof terrace is a welcome addition to the facilities, an amazing view of the city and its landmarks can be seen from here. Marianna is the most wonderful host, warm kind and compassionate, my only regrer is that I did not stay longer.

Maia’s place was gorgeously decorated and cozy. It’s in a beautiful street filled with traditional houses and surrounded by nice restaurants all within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay, highly recommend staying at Maia’s!

Nice place, all good, there is an aircon, and a good mirror near the bed to look at. Balcony is huge, the views are amazing. That was a good night of our vacation.

A great place and the cutest hosts! Really happy we stayed at Mariami’s place in Kutaisi!! The location is great…very walkable. Would definitely recommend a stay there :).

Wonderful stay in peaceful, beautiful surroundings. Everything clean and exactly as in photos. Host and her lovely family was very attentive and also assisted me with foreign currency issues on my apps.

Гела реально суперхозяин! Предлагал встретить у метро и помочь добраться. Дом находится в трёх минутах ходьбы от метро и двух станциях от центра! Квартира находится в новом доме, современный ремонт, все очень чисто Нам досталась комната с ванной (не душ) У каждой комнаты небольшая терраса и незабываемый вид на Тбилиси!!! Очень рекомендую и мы обязательно ещё вернёмся. Гела, до встречи!

메스티아 파노라마 호텔은 뷰가 최고였습니다 숙소 주변은 아무것도 없지만 도보 10분만 걸어가면 다운타운이고 마켓이 있어 생활하는 데 전혀 불편함이 없었고 메스티아 마을 전경를 볼 수 있어서 평화로운 시간이었어요! 다시 가도 재숙박 의사 200프로입니다! 방은 캐리어 펴놓고 생활할 수 있는 크기였고 공용주방과 거실은 넓고 쾌적해서 잘 이용했어요! 호스트가 늘 청결하게 관리하더라고요! 세탁기는 없으니 그 점은 주의하시면 될 것 같아요 체크인 할 때 호스트가 저를 데리러와주었고 편안하게 도착했고 늘 친절하고 빠르게 소통해주었어요! 메스티아에 있는 동안 너무 행복했습니다♥️♥️

Очень понравилось! В самом центре старого города 😍 Атмосферное жилье. В квартире есть душ, туалет, Шампунь, фен, холодильник, всё необходимое. С удовольствием ещё раз приеду

We absolutely loved staying at the Hub, and we were just so happy to meet our hosts in person :) Artur and Doc are amazing cheerful and friendly people, and we loved staying at their place. The staff at The Hub are great too! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and it made our stay a very pleasant experience :) The place itself is great, it's very homey and cozy, with lots of sunshine. And the neighbourhood is very nice, too! There are lots of shops nearby, and a nice bakery with delicious cakes just across the road. And it's just a short walk to the park and the sea!
