If it went to score 6, I would. The house gives the feeling of coziness, peace, home with the way of home. Really a home. Everything flawless. In addition to Host Fábio, he is a super requested, attentive, thoughtful, helpful, and flexible person. I'll come back more often.

We would like to thank Lars and the homemakers, everything was clean and organized. Our stay was perfect, the ad faithfully described everything the house had available. Concerteza we will return in the future!

House is exactly as it is in the photos, and the pool is very good for bathing. Beatriz was super accessible and allowed flexible check-in. The only observation I make is that the cleaning of the house needs to be improved, as it was quite dusty on the ceiling, with bugs and cobwebs.

Very receptive host. Local was well organized and clean, no problem. Only the access streets were not the best, but this is independent of the host, as the City Hall does not take care of the streets.

The stay was excellent! Glaiseane gave us the instructions in advance and we had no difficulty checking in. Comfortable apartment, condominium with incredible space, good restaurants in the area. To top it off, a wonderful sunset on the beach in front of the condominium. We loved everything!

The house is exactly as advertised. I traveled with young children and the available structure served me super well. From the kitchen structure, washer and TV with streaming. The various pools (shallow as a water mirror), in front of all the houses, make it very easy to care for children. For those who like quiet is very worth it. After all, there is no trade or beach tent in the vicinity. Factor which can be a limiting as well. But there are solutions, such as markets, pharmacies and food apps that deliver. An important point is communication with the host, which in addition to responding quickly, sought to meet all the demands I have given to them.

The apartment is very cosy and the location is good. It’s a bit further from the city center but this was not a problem for us. We were on the ground floor and we liked it a lot since we had a lot of space and view on the garden. The condominium is very nice, the pool, the fitness, spa area, restaurant etc. The employees were friendly and always willing to help. Yeda is also very friendly and responsive. I would for sure recommend this place and would love to come back.

The place has a great location, being a quiet environment with an impeccable view. The fact of having air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms was a differential, as the environment became hot in a few hours of the day. In addition, the apartment is close to several restaurants and the busiest part of the city. Roseane was attentive and kind, giving guidance on hosting.

Apartment with beautiful view of the pool, beach and sea. And very close to the center with bars and restaurant and at the same time and quiet. We don't need a car. Si one wants to take a tour, has the bugeiros directly behind the building I'll come back again

It was all great. Perfect accommodation. Only the shower of the social bathroom (from the service area) was not working, it did not have the shower installed. Another note that should be made: condominium employees collect our things if we are not at the tables near the pool and take them to the guardhouse. I went twice to bathe in the sea and collected my belongings that were on the table. I found this boring and constragedor, as I was with the elderly and children, I had to look for another place to accommodate them.

An excellent stay worthy of being part of a vacation period. The property corresponds exactly to the photos, the host is super proactive and the location is impeccable (being a few meters from the beach and 5 minutes from the center of Cumbuco on foot. The spacious balcony with a hammock and sea view is a differential. I recommend it.

Kitchen with all the utensils, I thought it was very good. 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 adults in the living room (sofa bed) . Facing the beach , I found a maximum. Giant Pool, Good Gym, Children's Leisure Area. super safe place.

It was the third time we stayed in the apartment of Simplicia. As always, the stay was very pleasant. Apto offers all amenities and is well equipped. An advantage is that the location accepts pet, so this greatly facilitates our trips with our dog. VG has a very family atmosphere, is safe and has a restaurant with good prices inside (which delivers in the apartment!). We will return more often.

I had a good experience in the period that I stayed at the site, although I was most of the time out and went back at night to sleep in the apartment. The apartment had some small details for repairs but nothing that made me go insatified of the stays and met my needs. The host although not meeting us in person was very kind and considerate. It would return again without a doubt.
