Very good house, the accommodation matches the listing, very well equipped. There are two points (simple things) that can be improved: the lamps outside the house do not light up very well, in fact everything is very dark, including the barbecue area (We had to use the cell phone flashlight to make the barbecue); the second point is that the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not cooling well. These are simple things that can be solved with timely maintenance. That said, I do recommend the house. I intend to return.

I was very well taken care of by Oliveira, the house met my needs very well. A very spacious, airy house, rooms with air-conditioning and is located in a super quiet condominium, 5 min drive from cumbuco and CT STORZ. I recommend it!

Mrs. Lucia is beautiful, very nice and wide. It was a wonderful weekend. We intend to go back!

The accommodation is as described, spacious and each room has privacy. The Balcony has an excellent view, the pool is perfect. In general the facilities of the house are good (kitchen, bathrooms, balcony, grill, etc..) The caretaker is very available to help. The house is special for a group trip.

What you see is what you get!! Beautiful house, arrived on a rainy day and yet the garden and pool area were splendid. The host Marylene is very helpful. Highly recommended!

Everything ok, it was a great Carnival. The property is close to the beach and in a region with good restaurants and bars nearby.

I recommend it. The location is great, standing in the sand and next to a restaurant (waiters left orders directly at the house). Casa Grande (we rent it exactly for this reason… it is difficult to find a house with 7 air-conditioned rooms) and, although it is a little old, it is well cared for and leaves nothing to be desired. Extremely helpful host, responds quickly and requests. The Employees who were appointed by the same were also excellent. Home with security at night.

We are in the habit of traveling to the coast of Ceará as a family, and this house was one of the best we have ever rented! The house has beautiful architecture, with a well-ventilated garden! It comfortably accommodates a large family! The caretaker and the owner were very helpful, they made our checkout time more flexible! 10/10 stay, I recommend it!
