Holiday rentals with a patio in Catoosa County

Robbie was an excellent host! he even helped with changing out my headlight in my car, which means a lot because i got a ticket for it being out. the place was very comfortable, peaceful as well, had everything my children and i needed for our stay. we really enjoyed our stay, also check in is very flexible, Robbie accepted our short notice request stay with no problems and it was around 11pm when we arrived from traveling all day. i would definitely stay again if we pass by the area again.

The property was as described, hosts were very communicative and the on site caretakers were very kind. Was very cool to watch the hangliders so close to the property

The place was perfect. It was so clean and comfortable. Sarah was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us. We ran into so much traffic and the road we were on to their house was unexpectedly closed due to a fallen tree. Anyway it was 10:30 and she was messaging us trying to help. We couldn’t find the house because it was pitch black out, so she came outside at that time to help us. She even had the pullout bed ready for us because she knew we were going to be arriving later. Which meant a lot to me because we had been in the car for 15 hours with 2 young kids

Very comfortable

Sam is a very attentive and helpful host. The location of Sam's place is great - near grocery store, eateries and local attractions. Yet it is also in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The inside is very tastefully decorated and well appointed. The back yard is very nice, even though we did not have enough time to fully enjoy it. We had a great time staying here. We will definitely consider staying here if we come to visit Chattanooga again.

Had a great stay at Emily’s suite! Easy check in and the suite was clean and cozy. Our stay was peaceful and quiet. Appreciated her accommodating our 10 month old with a play pen as well! She was a very nice and responsive host.

Such a lovely home. Gorgeous views from entire first floor. Beautiful old historic home with all of the southern details. The neighboring horses, goats, chickens and emu were so fun for the kids to see. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! This place really felt like a home away from home. It had everything described in the listing and is close to so many restaurants and activities. We will definitely keep this place in mind when planning another trip to the area.

James' home was beautiful! Exactly what we needed since it'd had been so long since our family got to see each other I'm the same place! The creek was a selling point for us and there was also a fire pit we used for s'mores. Thr kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking easy with a few more mixing bowls as I left ours there 😅. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

A beautiful home nestled into the country was the perfect spot for our Team! We were in town on business and this location provided the rest and peace we needed after a long day. The hone had all the comforts of home, which allowed us to enjoy home cooked meals. The commute into Chattanooga was easy. We enjoyed the scenery.

This is a beautifully maintained residence. Anyone would enjoy their stay at this location. The kitchen was spacious more than accommodating for use. There were ample bedrooms for everyone to sleep in. Everyone had a comfortable stay. Additionally, Kerry was very communicative. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

We loved our stay at Cinthya's! Due to a very sudden change in plans, we booked just hours before arriving and were not disappointed. The location was great and a short drive to everything Chattanooga has to offer. The home had a great front and back porch, spacious and clean rooms, and amazing bedding! The kitchen was also fully stocked. Cinthya gave clear check in and out instructions, and was responsive whenever we reached out. I will be booking her home for my next visit, and encourage everyone to do the same!

Carrie was great and helpful! The townhouse was clean, very organized and neat. Very new homes and less than a 3-5 minute drive from the downtown scene and restaurants on our to do list. Traffic was always a breeze as well. There are lots of stairs, so be prepared. Yes, the trains are close and frequent. They are also easy to drown out and by mid-day on day 2, we knew what the noise was and it was much less of a bother. Plus, we were celebrating my daughter's graduation and she LOVES trains. It was a plus for her. Overall a great stay! I would book again.

Our stay was great! The condo was bright, clean, and modern. It had all the appliances and pots/pans needed to eat in. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets were all provided as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers. The only issue we had was outside noise around 2:00 to 3:00 am when people were going home from a night out and shouting, yelling, and revving their engines 3 of the 4 nights we stayed. (I think there is a bar a few blocks away) - Obviously Davey has no control over that, so I would suggest bringing a noise machine to mask any outside sounds. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.

This doll of a host was so gracious and gave us immediate access when we arrived at an odd time. Their home is gorgeous with just the loveliest surroundings. Make sure to take a few minutes to watch her bird feeder! Cardinals, bluebirds and finches 🥰

Rained all week so indoor activities and restaurants were important. Host came through with great recommendations. Chattanooga is close to home, so I will be back!

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend at Jeremy’s place. It was very clean and had lots of linens and cleaning supplies. Location was great and very walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. A brewery next door that had amazing breakfast tacos and maybe 5 min walk to the Chatt Choo Choo. I would recommend staying here !

I had the pleasure of staying at Ashley’s condo this past week. The location was fantastic - super walkable and somehow not noisy. Both beds are very comfortable. The condo was clean and spacious with tall ceilings. I would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was close to everything we wanted to do and a short 10-15 minute drive to the caves, aquarium and other attractions in the area. Davey was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Decided to take a last minute trip & were lucky to find this gem! Jennifer was very communicative from the time we booked until we checked out. We even decided to extend our stay. This place was comfy and peaceful. It has pretty views of the city & mountains. It had everything we needed. The place is a little hidden but Jennifer sent clear directions beforehand. She was also understanding of the last minute booking and late arrival time. She checked in while we were there and reached out when we extended our stay. Will definitely stay here again if it is available!!
