Holiday rentals with a patio in Catmon

We had an amazing experience at MAnny's Place! The space was clean, cozy, and just as described. We cooked a lot of our meals in the kitchen, which was well-equipped with everything we needed — made it feel just like home. The layout was comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bed was super comfortable and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants, Tao'ist Temple and public transportations. In our case we brought our Ford Ranger pickup, and it fit perfectly in the garage — a big plus for us, especially since parking can be tricky in some places. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet it was still close to great spots for dining and exploring. Our contact perosn Kuya Buddywas incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The host has been very responsive even prior to check in and makes sure you have a comfortable stay. She also has a great caretaker, when we need something they assist promptly. I highly recommend the place especially for those who have travel plans to go to the north and south of Cebu.

The host was good. The place was clean and nice. Internet was fast! Good restaurants and Convenience Stores surrounding the place. However, there were few instructions/rules by the establishment that we had to comply (swimming pool pass and ids for check-in even for my child) and we were not told by the host. Maybe these were new rules. But it wasn't a hassle, we just did what we ask for then everything went smoothly.

Elmer’s place was great. He really knows how to make the most of the space and had an impressive range of amenities. It’s also in a lovely area with a nice community of people. He clearly understands what Airbnb guests need and delivers it really well. Would definitely recommend!

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

The listing was as shown in the photos. The cleaning was good, and the bedding smelled good, so it helped me sleep well. I had a good time watching movies with my family on the big screen. The pool wasn't big, but it was secluded and nice for the family. The response to the message was quick, and I was able to stay well without any inconvenience with Tatto, which is suitable for help. It is a happy accommodation that I want to come back to on my next trip. Best,

We celebrated my beat friend’s intimate bridal at Maam Lala’s place. The place is so huge, clean, and well maintained, plus stunning view. What you see is what you get, everything is fine, except that the area is quite deep in the neighborhood... Or maybe it was not really the area's problem, it was just those taxi drivers who choose to drive the easier way. Everytime I get a taxi, they would always say "nah sudlonon mana diha ma'am." too annoying! And always pa jud mg pa dugang bayad. The place is nice and comfortable. Even with a kid. So if you can rent a car, just rent so it would be much convenient to go anywhere from this area. The host is super nice too.

The room was very spacious, bright, and comfortable. The location is central, but getting anywhere requires more than just walking distance, which has to take a taxi. it’s definitely great value, and I would stay here again next time.

Great host great condo perfect for those flying in late or leaving early as it's close to the airport and self checkin.

Nice stay in Cebu for one night right by the airport, comfy mattress, easy check in and out. Recommend if you are looking for a nice place.

We absolutely loved the place! My niece and nephews loved the pool and we absolutely loved everything else too! There are a lot of restaurants in the area to choose from so it’s a great place all around. The host was super sweet and extremely helpful with my 1 million questions LOL. For me it was a 10/10! Will definitely come back again soon!!!
