Beachfront holiday rentals in Catmon

We, 2 families, 4 adults and 3 boys, spent 8 days within this spacious villas. Though the location is not close to downtown Cebu and no WiFi there, we had a great and fun experience, relaxing, fantastic sea view, nice swimming pool and etc. Margie and Vivian are very helpful and warm hearted. This is a good place for holidays, and I have recommended it to some of my friends.

Sir Rob's place was brilliant, great value for money and great location, Flat was clean and welcoming, beds were comfy and the shower was great, all in all the flat was a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent host, great service, perfect place for family gathering with well maintained landscape, open area concept, air conditioned rooms, modern kitchen, clean and spacious bathrooms, close to town center and can accommodate lots of guests. Will definitely be coming back.

Good place to relax and unwind away from the city. Although CR is not so good. I think their water pipe is very dirty already since the water coming out of the faucet is a little bit brownish. Bed room is okay, there is a noticeable smell on the linen. Overall, place is okay. Very peaceful.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless – the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The amenities provided were top-notch and added a lot of convenience throughout my visit. The location is also ideal, situated right beside the national highway, making it easy to travel and explore the area. Despite its proximity to the road, the property remained peaceful and quiet inside. What really stood out was the staff – they were incredibly nice and accommodating, always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located place with great service. I’d definitely stay here again!

I have a good stay

The place was lovely, the view was relaxing seeing the pool area and glass house from the living room. Although we encountered a little hiccup regarding the malfunctioning microwave, which our host let me know on the day of the check in. I would have appreciated it if I was told beforehand because we brought microwave popcorn. Although, the caretaker Ms. Neria was clear with her instructions and tour of the Airbnb. She even offered to let us borrow her rice cooker as the previous guests misused the old rice cooker and left it discolored. The glass house was cozy, and offered a really nice view of the sea and sunrise. My family members however complained regarding the water pressure in their bathrooms. Hope this can be fixed as well. Other than that, we loved the karaoke and the pool! We are also able to use the grill for barbecue and the ref and freezer were functional, which was fortunate since my family brought a lot of food. Beautiful unit Accommodating Responsive Clean place Child Friendly place

Nice place to stay. With complete things like you're just at home. There are nearby convenience store, ATM, supermarket, restaurants, food street..etc. Lapulapu shrine is also a walk away like a nice way to have a walk exercise. Also favorable for jogging around the open area near mactan newtown beach entrance. Just like the other reviews, the only issue here is the smell of the bathroom that suddenly comes out. What we did is just cover the drains and close the toilet bowl cover. Overall it still was a great stay. Thanks Myrlin for being responsive to all my questions.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in La Mactan, Cebu. The place was clean, well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and had a stunning view. The pool was a highlight, and the location is perfect—within walking distance to shops and restaurants. They also offered custom tour packages at much better rates than other providers, which made our island hopping experience even more enjoyable. We also rented a scooter through them, which was both affordable and reliable. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. While the bed was a bit firm and slightly short for tall Europeans, it didn’t impact our overall experience. It truly felt like a vacation, and we’d happily stay here again!

From the moment our family were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautifully maintained space. The location was peaceful and walkable. The accomodation itself was spacious and squeaky clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. Thomas was very helpful and responsive. He was very considerate of our plight (with our change of plans due to typhoon Kristin). Good House is a well secured gated community. Nice e trike shuttle service in the area. Friendly and responsive personal. Very good: The kitchen and especially the air frier.

Clean, spacious place! We enjoyed the place, netflix and internet provided. Pool is okay but beach is not that accessible coz you have to go through Vistamar with an P850 per person to use the beach area. Overall the place and pool is worth it!

Flexible check-in and check-out is great as we arrived very early in Cebu and our flight back to Manila was late. We ran to some issues but Ms. Darl was very helpful to resolve the issues. The room is pretty spacious and was able to accommodate the 3 of us comfortably.

Very spacious and fully equipped, it is located in a very quiet and modern area in Mactan. Definitely recommended.

Hanna's place was as described in excellent shape and very clean. Aircons were both quiet. LTC Smart TV with Netflix and Bluetooth. This unit has a great sunrise view and is on a high floor! Internet\WiFi was stable and fast. Some live plants purified the inside air. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Hanna and the staff were helpful and quickly resolved any issues we had. They were very kind and attentive without being intrusive. Hanna covered our (two-person) resort access fees. Many other listings for Tambuli don't do this, so read up before you make your pick. Finding a place that feels like a true retreat is rare, and this one exceeded all expectations—highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and stress-free getaway!

This place is the best choice if you’re staying longer than a week. It’s in the main part of Toledo. Food choices all around you and just a short walk or tricycle ride away. The public market is right next door. It has everything that you can possibly need. It’s on a busy street, great to watch the people coming and going through town on the balcony. I felt really safe inside with the locking gate at the bottom of the stairwell. They had a garage to store our motorcycle which was really nice .The place really made us feel at home and we treated it as such. This is definitely something we’d consider renting again. Might and Hazel were extremely helpful and polite which is why I give them 5 Stars!!!

This AirBnB condo is FANTASTIC because of the stunning views of the Hilutungan Channel with nearby Olango island visible from its balcony. I was so mesmerized with Olango island that I convinced a Filipino friend of mine to come on over from Cebu city to join me for a day on Olango - it was great. The problem with other AirBnBs condos that are available here in Mactan Newton is that if they have a balcony with a seaview - 9 times out of 10 they are Magellan Sea facing and consequently the view can be depressing to see 6 big ships that are marooned (stuck) as a result of the December 2021 super typhoon Odette. Whereas, the balcony view in this condo does not have any ugly broken down ships in its view. Furthermore, this condo has a great view of the airport, Cebu city and its skyscrapers, and the mountains behind. In closing, Mrs. H. has furnished this condo in such a way that it is a wonderful joy to stay here, as she thought of all of the little things to make your stay pleasant.
