ロケーションが良い。周辺にはリゾート向けのレストランや施設だけでなく、ローカルが集まるお店もあり楽しめる。バスセンターがありセブ本島へも便利。部屋は清潔でプールは快適。有料だが宿泊者ならプライベートビーチが利用できる点も良い。入室時タオル類が無かったのとセーフティボックスが動作しなかったが、連絡したらすぐに対応してくれました。

8 Newton hotel is a great place to stay! It was a cozy room for four. Clean bathroom, kitchen, living room, beautiful balcony, and nice bedroom. There was just a bit of noise from the Pasigarbo festival parade but not that distracting. Overall, the place is pleasantly nice and clean, the concierge is accommodating, instructions are timely, and the host is helpful and responsive. Thank you!

Everything was great! Only thing that was disappointing was that I was not able to use the gym which I was looking forward to as many of the small hotels I visited traveling around Southern Cebu did not have a gym. There was a photo of the gym in the listing although it was not listed as an amenity I assumed (my fault) that it was available. It is only available to long term guests and residents. Regardless, it was a nice stay and really appreciated the washer that had a dryer function!

I would like to commend the host for being so responsive. I was able to book the place on the same day. The place looks great with huge balcony, cozy interior, and functional kitchen. There’s a plenty of bed foams for each members of the family. Easy check in and check out.

결론을 먼저 이야기하면 재방문의사 100%입니다. 우선 숙소 보안이 너무 좋아요. 정문에 가드가 지키고 있고 건물 1층에도 별도의 가드가 있어서 안심이 됩니다. 그리고 숙소에 세탁기가 있어서 수영복이나 옷 빨래하기가 좋아요. 근처 마트에서 세제 작은거 사서 사용했어요. 세탁기 있는 숙소 최고였습니다. 식기들이 있어서 이거저것 시켜먹고 해먹을때 편했어요. 그리고 생수통이 별도 있어서 물에 대한 부담이 없었어요. 넷플릭스 볼수있고 에어컨도 시원하고, 숙소 위치며, 그랩 접근도 또한 좋았습니다. 나무랄곳없는 숙소입니다. 편히 잘 쉬고 왔고 다음에 세부 방문하면 여기로 올것같아요. 호스트분도 소통 너무 잘 되고 많이 신경써 주십니다.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

Excellent host, great service, perfect place for family gathering with well maintained landscape, open area concept, air conditioned rooms, modern kitchen, clean and spacious bathrooms, close to town center and can accommodate lots of guests. Will definitely be coming back.

Steve's place was exactly what I needed to get away from the city and enjoy a peaceful weekend. My favorite thing about the location was the road you enter on was full of local people who were all very kind and friendly. There is lots of great food and small stores all up and down the road. I did not cook anything because it was just to easy and a pleasure to walk and get a great meal. Thanks for everything Steve.

The place was lovely, the view was relaxing seeing the pool area and glass house from the living room. Although we encountered a little hiccup regarding the malfunctioning microwave, which our host let me know on the day of the check in. I would have appreciated it if I was told beforehand because we brought microwave popcorn. Although, the caretaker Ms. Neria was clear with her instructions and tour of the Airbnb. She even offered to let us borrow her rice cooker as the previous guests misused the old rice cooker and left it discolored. The glass house was cozy, and offered a really nice view of the sea and sunrise. My family members however complained regarding the water pressure in their bathrooms. Hope this can be fixed as well. Other than that, we loved the karaoke and the pool! We are also able to use the grill for barbecue and the ref and freezer were functional, which was fortunate since my family brought a lot of food. Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

It’s our third time staying at Jane’s home. We must say that it keeps getting better each time. She listens to her guests’ and takes suggestions to heart. It truly reflects on how well-maintained her home is. It is very straight forward, no unnecessary item or furniture that eats up space. Everything you find inside has a purpose. Jane’s welcome note and welcome treat are consistent, which we find very thoughtful.

This was my second trip to cebu , and Queno place is perfect if you want to be near everything. You can walk right across the street and you have everything from coffee cafes , Japanese food, chicken & beer , night club , dunkin donuts , breakfast lounge with a full bar and food menu, and at night it's a hookah lounge upstairs.

Juvie’s property was truly worth what you’ve paid for. The listing is what was advertised and in platform, amenities listed are present at the property. The Host was very accommodating and even gave us courtesy with our requests. Highly recommended property and Host!

An amazing place in a fantastic location! It truly felt like staying in a hotel. I especially loved the keyless entry with coded locks, so convenient! There were some power interruptions, likely due to building maintenance, but overall, a great experience.

Easy 5 star. Had a comfortable stay and appreciated the snacks and water upon arrival. Everything functioned as expected, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Patrick checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we got everything we needed.

We absolutely loved the place! My niece and nephews loved the pool and we absolutely loved everything else too! There are a lot of restaurants in the area to choose from so it’s a great place all around. The host was super sweet and extremely helpful with my 1 million questions LOL. For me it was a 10/10! Will definitely come back again soon!!!

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.
