Holiday rentals with beach access in Cataño

This was a nice place well located in old San Juan. We had an excellent stay. The only thing I’d mention is that the only windows are facing the internal courtyard and parking is tough, but there are garages close by that allow you to pay advanced daily fees. This ends up being 12$ for me vs the hourly adding up to 30-40 per day. Overall great stay.

Rolando and team were super helpful and responsive, we went to a bunch of the restaurants recommended and they were all hits! Super helpful when there are so many potential coffee shops and restaurants to try. The space came with everything we needed, including ear plugs which was a nice touch!

It is a true one bed one bath apartment. but with the ammendities that come along with the unit (beach & pool access), assigned parking. the views. Also the walkability to nearby restaurants, bars. stores made it an enjoyable stay.

My stay at this Airbnb was a solid 10/10. From the moment I arrived everything exceeded my expectations. The check in process was smooth with no issues. The apartment was super clean comfortable and very well styled. The kitchen was fully equipped with all you need to chef it up. The living room was cozy with a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the weather. The bedroom was favorite by far the bed literally felt like you were sleeping on a cloud I need the name of the mattress topper it’s a must have. The bathroom was super clean great pressure with hot and cold water and came with many extra toiletries that one might forget when traveling. The location was great just a block away from the beach many local restaurants a food mart cvs even a Burger King lol. The building was very quiet safe and secure with security on the premises. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Puerto Rico. Thank you for a great experience.

Such a great set up packed with thoughtful amenities. There are beach chairs, towels, sunblock, bug spray, lotion, and so much more. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. could not have asked for more for a quick one night stay. would definitely return!

We loved our stay in Old San Juan. The condo was in a great location to access everything in the city, but also up the hill in the residential area. They had a water filtration pitcher in the fridge which was great tasting water to fill our bottles. We read and followed the guide book for restaurants and had some very amazing meals. Bed was comfortable. Ac cooled the rooms very well. Patio was peaceful.

The accommodation is exactly as described. Its comfortable, spacious, and super quiet place. Marcó was very friendly and answered all our questions. He was always on the lookout for our stay to be five stars. ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The only observation I have to make and not related to the pleasant stay we had is that there is a musty smell in the hallways of the very strong building. Fortunately that smell doesn't happen in the apartment and it didn't affect us at all. We would definitely stay again as it is super central.

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience at Nelida’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The pool made it even more special. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick, friendly, and helpful throughout. They even kept in touch throughout to make sure we had gotten there safe and that everything was ok. The location was perfect for the relaxing getaway for our friend group, with easy access to our planned event. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The house is closed to everything. Literally in the middle of old San Juan. Allison and Steven were very attentive. The AC, hot water, the smell of the house and all was 10/10.

Amazing place to stay and fantastic host!! She was so responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The place was clean and the perfect location. The area is safe and walkable. It’s close to the beach and next to so many great restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend!!!

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Coral’s place was as pictured on the listing and more. The place is spacious enough for two people and the amenities were as described on the listing. The view overlooking Isla Verde and beach was amazingly beautiful. The host was very responsive and available if needed. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Yvette’s was very responsive and proactive with checking in on our stay. My husband and I stayed at Yvette’s studio for a quick get away for the weekend. The location was perfect for a relaxing get away. The beach was literally 250ft from the studio. Yvette accommodation comes with beach chairs and a cooler to bring on the beach. I can’t leave out that there is a stand on the beach where you can get Pina coladas to enjoy as you lounge in the chairs. Lastly the location is close to many restaurants and is very relaxing. I would stay at Yvette’s location again if I visited the area.
