The space is exactly as described, clean and organized. As it is a space for couples, I would like to ask you to pay attention to the kitchen, as items were missing, such as bowls and breakfast utensils. Unless the structure includes on-site meals

The stay was great! The property was exactly as advertised: clean, organized and well located. Communication with the host was fast and efficient at all times. The only observation is that the air conditioning could be cooling a little better. Still, it was a very positive experience. I recommend it!

My experience in João Paulo's apartment was excellent! The location is great, in a safe, quiet area with easy access to everything — supermarkets, transportation, restaurants, etc. The apartment itself is beautiful, very spacious and impeccably clean. Everything was organized with great taste and attention to detail, which made my stay even more comfortable. It's the kind of place where you feel at home as soon as you walk in. João Paulo was an incredible host — super friendly, polite and always available to help with anything. From the first contact to the end of the stay, he was very attentive, things that made all the difference. I definitely recommend it, and whenever possible I will stay there again.
