Holiday rentals with breakfast in Castlemaine

A beautiful autumn long weekend at Andrew’s farm. Our toddler loved riding his bike along the dirt roads through the paddocks to visit the baby lambs. The house was very cosy with great light and a warm fire.

We loved our stay here. The house is gorgeous and was perfect for an autumn getaway in the country. Elizabeth has thought of everything; from the decorations and styling of the house to the thoughtful breakfast provided. We loved sitting by the fire playing board games and seeing the cows and sheep roaming past. The beds were so comfy and well equipped for a cold night. We would love to come back here and would recommend it to everyone. Elizabeth was easy to communicate with and very accomodating and kind.

A fantastic house with an even better location, we loved staying here. It was very warm, comfortable and the hosts left a beautiful selection of breakfast foods for us. It wouldn't be the best if you had to work from there, as the wifi is very old school. The fact that it's pet friendly is absolutely amazing. Thank you for having us.

EVR was the perfect location to explore Daylesford and the surrounding areas, close to town and easy to find. Plenty of firewood to keep us warm for our stay, having the heater turned on prior to our late arrival was a very welcome added bonus! Harry provided lots of local info on attractions and restaurants making planning our trip much easier.

Loved Ambers place and admiring her art on the wall! Great location to town. Her breakfast supplies are fab! Amber was quick to respond when i needed to know if there was a little ice supply for an injury. Great quality linen! Would definitely stay again! In fact , i think i will. ☺️

I would highly recommend Cath’s place for anyone looking for a cozy stay in the area. The property was delightful, the cottage completely charming and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need! This was one of the most well kept and thoughtfully designed Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. On top of this, Cath is so friendly, helpful and very welcoming!

My experience with the hosts was excellent and the property was even more beautiful than the photos. The house was huge and everything you could possibly need and want was provided. We arrived to a roaring fire, a fridge stocked with generous breakfast provisions and a freshly baked cake which was a lovely touch. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and a phone charger provided which was great as I’d forgotten mine! I would highly recommend the property and will definitely be back. Lovely, cosy place. Generous amounts of beautiful, big bath towels and loads of lovely blankets. The unit was warm and cosy when we arrived. The delightful homey touches made this place very welcoming. very easy walk to the city centre and local pubs. highly recommended.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt at home and relaxed. Everything we could possibly need was provided and the chocolates on arrival was a sweet touch! Narelle was friendly and replied to us promptly. Our first impression when we walked through this place was clean, bright and beautiful as shown in the pics! Tilaka's place is centrally located and is a separate bungalow at the rear of the main house ensuring a peaceful stay. It is well equipped and has a lot of useful amenities packed into the space. Tilaka is very pleasant and friendly and although I didn't see her a lot she is available when needed and is great to chat to.

The apartment is in a great location for visiting the gallery and centre of town. It is ideally suited for two couples. It has a lovely balcony looking onto grand old buildings opposite.

We had a lovely two-night stay at Kurt and Nanette’s place in Golden Point, Ballarat. Kurt greeted us on arrival and was warm and welcoming, which set the tone for a great stay. The heater had been turned on beforehand, making the space feel cozy and comfortable on a chilly Ballarat afternoon. The bed was very comfortable, and we truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches. There was a generous selection of treats provided, everything we needed for a relaxed and enjoyable visit. The space was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and perfect for a short getaway. We would highly recommend it and would be very happy to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. A sweet and comfortable cottage with lovely views. We appreciated the breakfast offerings and the delicious chocolate brownie, yum! A great place to explore the region from, or to simply come and relax in. Thank you Cally and Steve

Enjoyed 2 nights in the Studio Apartment. In the heart of Daylesford, easy to walk to town. The apartment was super clean & had everything we needed. The only very slight con is the bathroom is quite small and the water from the shower gets everywhere. But everything was very clean and we would stay here again!

Always love staying here when we’re in the area. Can’t recommend enough post as amazing at their houses incredible.

We loved it, brought our small dog. Fantastic place to stay, Valerie was very helpful and the house was well stocked with some food and drink staples which was much appreciated. The neighbours were very friendly.

We were after a quiet little place with lots of character and a fire place! We found it with this little gem! Whilst there is not much to Glenlyon, it’s very close to Daylesford. Home comforts abounded and her breakfast of muesli, yogurt and homemade toast and jam was so nice. One thing to be aware of, it is close to the road and you will hear road noise early in the morning. However, during the night it is silent!

Super location for walking to Trentham -4 minutes. Comfy bed and good linen. Breakfast provided was very handy. Loved the wildlife just outside of the accommodation .

Great place, central to the main street. Nice and warm on an extremely cold weekend. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Was a fantastic stay and one we wish was longer.. so peaceful and serene views. The hospitality was fantastic and so generous in supplies for hot drinks and breakfast. Split systems in each room kept us all cozy and the views were beautiful.

Villa Nova was the perfect little getaway for my partner and I, and we were sad to have to check out and say goodbye to it! Everything from the welcome antipasto platter, breakfast basket and other goods in the fridge, to the thoughtful firewood provided for the fireplace, extra blankets for the cold and Kathy's warm welcome just made our weekend unforgettable. The conversion from church to B&B is impeccable, the bathroom and kitchen were pristine, the place had everthing we needed and was amazingly clean and comfortable. Kathy was the most thoughtful, friendly and communicative host - she made us feel right at home from the time we booked. The gated yard was perfect for our dog as well, and we can't wait to visit this peaceful sanctuary again, sometime soon. Thank you so much for the lovely stay, Kathy and Rob!
