Holiday rentals with a patio in Castione della Presolana

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit vor Ort, in der Unterkunft war mehr als wir erwartet hatten, man hatte alles was man braucht und innerhalb von ein paar Minuten kann man sehr gut zu den ersten Restaurants/Cafés laufen. Ansonsten kann man auch mit dem Auto sehr schnell nach Iseo oder Sulzano fahren und von Sulzano aus gibt es eine Fähre direkt zur Insel im See! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das einzig negative war vielleicht die Metall Leiter und die niedrige Decke zum/beim Schlafplatz, da diese uns persönlich sich etwas unangenehm an den Füßen angefühlt hat, da sehr hart und kleine Sprossen. Ansonsten war die Kommunikation mit Alessandro sehr schnell und reibungslos und vor Ort gibt es einen netten Herren der einem auch weiterhelfen kann, falls man irgendwelche Fragen/Probleme hat. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!! Danke dass wir da sein durften!

My partner and I had an amazing time and throughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is situated in a well connected area of Brescia with plenty to do and if we were struggling we had the host’s information booklet to help us. The flat was spacious, with its own amazing private outdoor courtyard, which was quiet and intimate, we loved the design and art pieces within the apartment. It was also highly clean and had personalised touches which we greatly appreciated. The hosts were informative and responsive and had so many recommendations for delicious local food which was great. I can say we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this apartment. Thanks again.

“Soggiorno perfetto a Brescia!” Ho soggiornato in questo B&B con un’amica in occasione di un congresso, e l’esperienza è stata eccellente. L’host si è dimostrato sempre estremamente disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La casa è accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli e decorata con oggetti molto particolari, che conferiscono un’atmosfera davvero unica. Un dettaglio che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato è stato il mix di erbe lasciato dall’host per preparare tisane: un tocco speciale che ci ha fatto sentire coccolate. La posizione è strategica: a pochi minuti a piedi si trova la metro che collega comodamente al centro città. Inoltre, è possibile raggiungere l’università in soli 10-15 minuti scarsi, perfetto per chi, come noi, aveva impegni accademici. Anche il quartiere merita una menzione: tranquillo e dotato di tutto il necessario. Consiglio vivamente questo B&B per chi cerca una sistemazione comoda e accogliente!

Questo alloggio gestito da Francesco è un monolocale abbastanza ampio con tutti i comfort necessari. Va bene per una coppia con bimbi piccoli, in modo da essere tutti nella stessa stanza. La cucina aveva a disposizione tutti gli accessori e le stoviglie necessarie, comprese le capsule per la macchina del caffè nespresso e lo zucchero. Tutte le dotazioni rispettavano quanto indicato sul sito: lenzuola, cuscini, coperte aggiuntive, asciugamani, sapone e bagnoschiuma, prodotti per la pulizia, sale, olio, aceto. In pratica si era come in una stanza di hotel, con in più la possibilità di fruire della cucina. Ho dovuto provvedere solamente ai tovaglioli per la cucina e ad una bottiglia dove mettere l’acqua del rubinetto (essendo potabile). La casa è dotata anche di aria condizionata e di un giardino privato

Laura è stata una host impeccabile. Ancora prima di arrivare ci ha mandato le indicazioni fotografiche per raggiungere la casa. È stata disponibile per assecondare i nostri bisogni e le nostre richieste anche le più banali come fornirci la legna per accendere il camino. Casa spaziosa e funzionale con una terrazza che domina la valle. Zona tranquilla e fresca per chi cerca pace e contatto con la natura.

Elisa é un'host gentilissima e davvero coridale. La sua casa é impeccabile e fornita di tutto il necessario. Cercino é un paesino perfetto per chi vuole staccare dalla cittá e concedersi dei giorni di puro relax. Consigliatissimo

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Robbie. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Seine Mutter war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles erklärt. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, wurde uns direkt geantwortet. Außerdem war die Wohnung blitzsauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

A lovely apartment with a brilliant location. Comfy bed, great shower, lots of space for two and immaculately clean. Communication with Kinga was first rate and the directions for accessing the apartment were very good indeed. Would heartily recommend.

A casa onde ficámos hospedados tem ótimas condições, é super completa, num lugar calmo. O Mattia foi sempre super amável, respondia super rápido a todas as nossas questões. tínhamos 2 bebes, deixou 2 cadeiras de refeição e 2 berços para nós. deu-nos recomendações de pastelarias e restaurantes. nós atrasamo-nos e chegamos super tarde para fazer o check in, e ele nao colocou problemas nenhum. sempre muito simpático. aconselhamos a casa a toda a gente, assim como o host :) obrigada por tudo Mattia!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles war makellos sauber. Die Einrichtung und die gesamte Ausstattung ist liebevoll und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Kommunikation von Beginn an schnell und sehr informativ. Wir kommen wieder!

Beautiful and clean apartment, located in a nice village close to Sondrio. It feels really cosy and has everything you need, including basic things for cooking. The hosts even provide some tasty biscuits and jam, which feels so nice! Communication with Stefano was fast and easy. Strongly recommended!

Mooi ruim, schoon en gloednieuw appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien en mooi gelegen met gedeektelijk uitzicht op het meer. Zeer royaal balkon, ruime badkamer. Host reageert snel op vragen en verzoeken tijdens het verblijf. Privé parkeerplaats op afgesloten terrein beschikbaar bij het appartement. Er zijn 8 appartementen verdeeld over 2 verdiepingen. De appartementen zijn gelegen in een haarspeldbocht, waardoor paserende motoren in het weekend wel van zich laten horen, maar daar heb je binnen geen last van. Ondanks dat we hier maar 3 nachten verbleven i.v.m. een tussenstop hebben we het goednaarde zin gehad.

Allereerst: een betere host dan Roberto kun je bij Airbnb niet tegenkomen. Zeer behulpzaam, altijd bereikbaar, geeft een uitstekende uitleg over de ins- en outs van het huis en is in zijn gastvrijheid excellent. Hij ontving ons onderaan de berg om ons naar het huis te begeleiden. Er was een uitgebreid assortiment aan ontbijt spullen, koekjes ect. We mochten gebruik maken van kruiden en fruit uit de tuin. Bovendien verraste hij ons op een avond met heerlijke pizza. Het huis en de tuin zijn echt perfect. Authentiek, romantisch, goed uitgerust en qua design heel stijlvol. Meerdere terrassen en ‘‘s avonds een romantisch verlichtte tuin. En een magnifiek uitzicht! Het is wel een uitdaging om bij het het huis te komen. Stijle smalle bergweg. Maar als je dan ‘heel’ bent aangekomen wacht je een geweldige verassing. Samengevat: we hebben genoten en we missen Roberto’s plekje nu al!

Host super gentile e disponibile. È stata sempre gentilissima, ci ha dato consigli e ogni volta che avessimo bisogno ci ha sempre risposto in maniera educata e veloce. Struttura più bella che nelle foto, spazi luminosi e grandi. Giardini curatissimi, una delle esperienze più belle mai fatte su aribnb soprattutto per via della host e della casa. Consiglio a tutto!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche bei Silvia in Capo di Ponte. Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen mit Kind und Hund eine hervorragende Option. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia war sehr gut. In capo di Ponte ist nicht viel los, im Umkreis gibt es viele Möglichkeiten was zu unternehmen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Ruhe tat gut. Vielen Dank nochmal!

Anna has put a lot of heart into preparing the venue. The children's corner- wonderful! Cookies, nutella, jam, honey, coffee, tea.... Spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar.... Dishwasher, washing machine (washing liquid is there too).... Napkins, paper towel, cups, glasses, glasses, pots.... All this makes Anna has created your home in Brescia for you. I would also add that you live in the old town next to the Roman ruins. Brescia itself as well as this flat invites you to come back - and that's what we intend to do :)

Alessio una persona sempre disponibile e cordiale, all'arrivo abbiamo trovato un appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli appena entrati ci siamo sentiti a casa

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per due notti e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Tutto era curato : l’ambiente pulitissimo, ordinato e profumato, e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa. La zona era tranquilla e comoda per i nostri spostamenti,il check-in è stato semplice e l’host molto disponibile . Un soggiorno senza intoppi, e funzionale.

Christina’s apartment was in a wonderful location at a key access point into Bergamo’s alta city. It was located in the centre of things whilst also able to be accessed by car with a little walk It was very spacious - you could easily live there👍 and Christina was very generous with facilities / products provided as well as special gifts on top👏🫶 Christina was extremely proactive and responsive in her communications - providing answers to anything we asked - and although not meeting us directly on checkin - which we normally prefer - provided everything we needed to know - including some great local restaurant recommendations Christina’s place (and Bergamo) is in the top 3 of all the places we stayed on our 2 month tour of france and italy and we would love to return to both in the future

Bruno und Marco sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den See ist traumhaft schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Le logement proposé par Mariana est conforme à l'annonce. Il est placé dans un quartier résidentiel calme et agréable a 20mn environ du centre de Bergame. Nous n'avons pas eu de souci pour nous garer dans les rues adjacentes. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et très propre. Mariana est attentive au bien être de ces locataires. Logement à recommander 😁

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit unglaublich toller Aussicht. Wir hatten zu zweit ein tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft.

Logement très bien équipé avec une magnifique vue sur le lac. Situé dans une résidence sur les hauteurs, vous serez dépaysé avec cette jolie piscine. Petit bémol, tout est à 30min de voiture.
