Holiday rentals with a patio in Castione della Presolana

We had a nice time on site, the accommodation was more than we expected, you had everything you need and within a few minutes you can walk very well to the first restaurants/cafés. Otherwise, you can also drive very quickly to Iseo or Sulzano and from Sulzano there is a ferry directly to the island in the lake! The accommodation was very clean, the only negative was perhaps the metal ladder and the low ceiling to/at the sleeping area, as this felt a little unpleasant to us personally on the feet, as very hard and small rungs. Otherwise, communication with Alessandro was very fast and smooth and on site there is a nice gentleman who can also help you if you have any questions/problems. We would definitely recommend the place!! Thank you for having us!

My partner and I had an amazing time and throughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is situated in a well connected area of Brescia with plenty to do and if we were struggling we had the host’s information booklet to help us. The flat was spacious, with its own amazing private outdoor courtyard, which was quiet and intimate, we loved the design and art pieces within the apartment. It was also highly clean and had personalised touches which we greatly appreciated. The hosts were informative and responsive and had so many recommendations for delicious local food which was great. I can say we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this apartment. Thanks again.

“Perfect stay in Brescia!” I stayed at this B&B with a friend for a conference, and the experience was excellent. The host was always extremely helpful and attentive to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The house is cozy, with attention to detail and decorated with very special objects, which give a truly unique atmosphere. One detail we particularly appreciated was the mix of herbs left by the host to prepare herbal teas: a special touch that made us feel pampered. The location is strategic: a few minutes' walk away is the metro that conveniently connects to the city center. In addition, you can reach the university in just 10-15 minutes, perfect for those of us who had academic commitments. The neighborhood also deserves a mention: quiet and equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this B&B for those looking for a comfortable and cozy place to stay!

This place managed by Francesco is a fairly spacious studio with all the necessary comforts. It's good for a couple with small children, so they're all in the same room. The kitchen had all the necessary accessories and dishes, including the capsules for the nespresso machine and sugar. All amenities were as indicated on the site: sheets, pillows, extra blankets, towels, soap, and body soap, cleaning products, salt, oil, vinegar. Basically it was like in a hotel room, with the possibility of enjoying the kitchen. I only had to provide napkins for the kitchen and a bottle to put the tap water (being drinkable). The house is also equipped with air conditioning and a private garden

Laura was an impeccable host. Even before we arrived, he sent us the photographic directions to reach the house. She was available to meet our needs and requests, even the most trivial ones, such as providing us with wood to light the fireplace. Spacious and functional house with a terrace overlooking the valley. Quiet and cool area for those seeking peace and contact with nature.

Elisa is a very kind and really friendly host. His house is impeccable and equipped with everything you need. Cercino is a perfect village for those who want to get away from the city and indulge in days of pure relaxation. Highly recommended

We had a very nice stay at Robbie's apartment. Check-in went smoothly. His mother was very friendly and explained everything to us. If we had questions, we were answered directly. In addition, the apartment was sparkling clean and well equipped with everything you need. We are very satisfied!

The house where we stayed has great conditions, it is super complete, in a quiet place. Mattia was always super kind, he responded super quickly to all our questions. We had 2 babies, he left 2 high chairs and 2 cribs for us. He gave us recommendations for pastries and restaurants. we were late and arrived super late to check in, and he didn't put up any problems. always very friendly. We recommend the house to everyone, as well as the host :) Thank you for everything, Mattia!

What an amazing stay! Everything was so perfect, the property is beautiful and being right on the water is so nice! The walk to the ferry is less than 10 minutes and the ferries are super easy to figure out! We absolutely loved it and would stay again!

Beautiful and clean apartment, located in a nice village close to Sondrio. It feels really cosy and has everything you need, including basic things for cooking. The hosts even provide some tasty biscuits and jam, which feels so nice! Communication with Stefano was fast and easy. Strongly recommended!

Beautiful spacious, clean and brand new apartment. Fully equipped and beautifully located with a covered view of the lake. Very generous balcony, spacious bathroom. Host responds quickly to questions and requests during the stay. Private parking space on enclosed grounds available at the apartment. There are 8 apartments spread over 2 floors. The apartments are located in a hairpin bend, so passing motorcycles can be heard on the weekend, but you will not be bothered by that inside. Despite the fact that we only stayed here for 3 nights due to a stopover, we had a good time.

We had a great time here. The appartment, right next to the forest, has a fantastic outside space and is also spatious inside. Everything you need is there (airco, well equipped kitchen, etc). Multiple lounge chairs in the garden and we could even pick tomatoes and blackberries. Roberto is incredibly nice and we felt very well taken care of. He was very responsive and super flexible with our late arrival. There was also a lot of food and he even gave us fresh breads multiple times and homemade focaccia. Yes, the road to the cottage is a bit of a challenge (steep, unpaved and crosses a small river) but Roberto shows you exactly how to drive it so it is definitely doable. Some days we just parked down the road and walked up which also worked fine. The only downsides we could think of were the barking dogs in the neighbourhood and the slightly slow wifi. But that was definitely worth it for this amazing stay!

Super friendly and helpful host. She was always very kind, she gave us advice and whenever we needed she always responded politely and quickly. More beautiful than in the photos, bright and large spaces. Very well-kept gardens, one of the most beautiful experiences ever made on aribnb especially because of the host and the house. I recommend everything!

We had a very nice week at Silvia's in Capo di Ponte. The accommodation is an excellent option for two people with a child and a dog. Communication with Silvia was very good. In capo di Ponte there is not much going on, in the vicinity there are many possibilities to do something. We liked it very much, the peace was good. Thank you again!

Anna has put a lot of heart into preparing the venue. The children's corner- wonderful! Cookies, nutella, jam, honey, coffee, tea.... Spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar.... Dishwasher, washing machine (washing liquid is there too).... Napkins, paper towel, cups, glasses, glasses, pots.... All this makes Anna has created your home in Brescia for you. I would also add that you live in the old town next to the Roman ruins. Brescia itself as well as this flat invites you to come back - and that's what we intend to do :)

Everything was taken care of: the environment was very clean, tidy and fragrant, and equipped with all the necessary comforts to feel at home. The area was quiet and convenient for our travels, check-in was simple and the host was very helpful. A smooth and functional stay.

Christina’s apartment was in a wonderful location at a key access point into Bergamo’s alta city. It was located in the centre of things whilst also able to be accessed by car with a little walk It was very spacious - you could easily live there👍 and Christina was very generous with facilities / products provided as well as special gifts on top👏🫶 Christina was extremely proactive and responsive in her communications - providing answers to anything we asked - and although not meeting us directly on checkin - which we normally prefer - provided everything we needed to know - including some great local restaurant recommendations Christina’s place (and Bergamo) is in the top 3 of all the places we stayed on our 2 month tour of france and italy and we would love to return to both in the future

Bruno and Marco are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is very tastefully furnished. The bed is very comfortable. The view from the balcony to the lake is fantastically beautiful. We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation offered by Mariana is consistent with the listing. It is located in a quiet and pleasant residential area about 20 minutes from the center of Bergamo. We had no trouble parking in the adjacent streets. The apartment is very functional and very clean. Mariana is attentive to the well-being of these tenants. Accommodation to recommend 😁
