Family-friendly holiday rentals in Castillon-la-Bataille

Myself and 7 friends spend 3 nights here and we had the most incredible stay. It is rare to book a unit where there are no bad bedrooms, but all 5 bedrooms in this unit were perfection! Comfortable beds, strong air conditioning, and full private bathrooms in each bedroom. The kitchen and living room spaces were equally as great, and the hot tub was the cherry on top! We also loved the location right next to the park and walking distance from all the city's main attractions.

Valerie is a thoughtful host, everything was perfect the house, the outdoor spaces, and even the neighbors😁. In short, a very pleasant stay in a pretty area. Thanks again to Valerie. David & Virginia

Great beautiful house, very clean and very cozy furnished. For us, the 2 nd time we were there. Very nice, wonderful to relax. Delicious outdoor space where you can eat and enjoy the jacuzzi. Very friendly owners. We will definitely go back. Enjoy.

The house was in a perfect location, it was quiet but close to everything. It was clean and well equipped. Marine was super responsive and easy to work with.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Clos Castaing. Kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing on the Dordogne. Cycling and visiting local vineyards and St Emilion. The house is full of character, spacious and a perfect, tranquil base.

The space is perfectly organized, and well appointed. The amenities are great. Everything has been thought out to welcome a big family and be comfortable. Thanks to Mathias for her availability.

nice surprise!!! We are a deaf family, we spent 6 days in this beautiful chalet with modern decor, the place is green, private, ideal for resting and relaxing with the jacuzzi ;) Fabienne and Jean-Noël are kind and pleasant, they are very attentive to us, we highly recommend it without a second thought!!!

We had a lovely ten days, with three generations of the family coming together in this beautiful location. It made a great base for us to explore the surrounding sights and a quiet place to relax when needed.

We had a great stay at the Maison des Tilleuls. Cécile is very welcoming and we immediately felt at home. The house is nice with a large living room, which is nice because we were 3 couples. The garden is huge and very pretty. It's a haven of peace. It is fenced, which is appreciable with dogs. Several places with tables and garden furniture. Gourmet basket on arrival. Very good place for a relaxing holiday, guaranteed to be quiet, with good places to eat nearby.

We had a great time. Dominique and François are discreet, smiling, cordial, always available hosts, not to mention Django the dog who came to greet us in a friendly way. The garden is beautiful, wooded and very well maintained, a true haven of peace on the edge of the Lot. During these hot days, it allowed us to cool off and relax. The cottage is comfortable, nothing is missing, everything is planned. Shops are close by. Very beautiful region with many tourist sites (castles, bastides, museums, producers, etc.). Thank you both (even the three of you) for your welcome, kindness. Without any hesitation, go for it!!

I highly recommend Pascale's accommodation, everything is perfect, the location, the equipment, the environment (the countryside in the city!), the shops nearby not to mention the welcome which is great! For sure we will come back!

Very good stay at Myriam's, quiet and relaxing place, close to shops and places to visit. Air-conditioned house is nice especially on very hot days. Our Bernese Bouvier dog was happy to be able to frolic. Myriam is very nice. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Château de Monciaux. We were 12 adults, 5 infants and 3 children and there was plenty of space for all of us. They were even able to accommodate our request for 5 high chairs and 5 cots, which came in very handy. Agnès was incredibly helpful during our stay and responded quickly to our enquiries, even dropping by in person one day to help sort something out. I would definitely recommend this place to any large groups!

Our stay at the venue was absolutely perfect! The location was peaceful and serene, and the amenities were spot-on. We couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone visiting Saint-Émilion. Pascal and Mathieu were incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The donkeys were adorable too — we think one of them should definitely be named Pedro!

Philippe is a very welcoming and very pleasant host. The house is particularly beautiful and well maintained. The setting is superb! The views are breathtaking. The accommodation is very well arranged and very clean. Nothing is missing, generosity is felt. Comfort and quality are waiting for you. The presence of Kiwi is a real pleasure for cat lovers. 😉

The house was wonderfully spacious, the view beautiful. We could walk into the vineyards and orchard from the garden with our dog for a beautiful walk. When it rained, we could sit in the spacious sitting room. The swimming pool was also well worthwhile. We even got a bike to borrow from Alex, Lucien's son.

Well equipped and good location. We had a great month by the fire, quiet, surrounded by nature. Close to small towns with activities, supermarkets and 20min from Perigueux About 2 hours from Sarlat and other beautiful sites in the Dordogne. Even though a lot of things are closed in January, we didn't get bored! Easy and pleasant communication with Jacques and his daughter Claire-Helene. Friendly hosts, we recharged ourselves. This is one of the best AirBnBs we have ever stayed in. The views from the terrace are absolutely amazing, and the garden/ pool area is perfect for children of all ages. There are lots of lovely vineyards, markets and villages to visit within a 30 minute drive. Lovely cycling, walking and running right on the door step. The house itself is better than photographed, it is very spacious, clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen for cooking for large groups. Hosts were responsive throughout to any questions.

Perfect house for a large extended family group. Cannot say enough about how amazing this house is. Beautiful outdoor and indoor space including tables large enough for big groups to dine. Kitchen very well equipped. Utility room with pool towels, washing machine etc. We had some excellent weather and spent lots of time around the pool. Outdoor space including pool area truly excellent with inflatables, sun chairs, patio, gardens etc. Enough bedrooms for many guests, quiet, good Aircon if needed, versatile accomodation. The games room was a big hit on a rainy day! Food: All Monsegur- Salle a Manger excellent dinner for large groups. Chocolatine - local amazing bakery Local market (Friday AM) for local quality produce Activities - The Naked Vingeron; wine tasting and tour of the vineyard (English) Amanda and David were excellent hosts. Also Des-chênes-toi Aventure Adventure Park which is 5 mins drive and absolutely incredible! Overall such a special stay, thank you!
