Hay varias estaciones de metro a unos 15 min andando; los autobuses a 2 minutos andando enfrente de la casa. Hay supermercados, Bancos, peluquerias, farmacia, tintoreria/lavanderia cercana y yo ofrezco un servicio de lavado y secado (no planchado) por un pequeño importe. También hay buena comunicación con el aeropuerto.

Situated in an attractive late 19th Century building in the heart of Madrid. The studio -one room flat with kitchen and bathroom- is part of a house divided in two completely independent. Offering all modern amenities including air conditioner, equiped kitchen, full bathroom and confortable double bed. Wifi, TV, hair dryer, iron, kettle, coffe maker, bed sheets and towels. In summer time there is no laundry service available. Filltered water and all cleaning products used are ecological.

Noviciado, lines 2, 3, and 10. Renfe Cercanías connection, from the airport to Sol. IMPORTANT: Third floor, no elevator.

Grandpa's Dovecote

This accommodation is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It's in the city center, at the foot of the old town. It is the old Palomar del abuelo, fully restored, it is on the 4th floor of a 1900 building, it does not have an elevator. It is totally independent of our home although we live right below, it has a different entrance. The best part is the terrace with possibly the best views of the city. Possibility of a garage for 8 euros/day.

Spacious suite on the ground floor, cozy and warm, very bright; with separate bathroom (shower tray, shampoo, gel and towels), bedroom with space for 2 or 3 people, desk, closet and bedding and living room with microwave and table for small meals. Located in a quiet village that is very well connected, with all services near Madrid, Toledo, Aranjuez, Escorial.

The suite has independent access, so you will have total independence. It is a small but comfortable attic, bright, quiet, ideal for teleworking, with privileged views over the rooftops, churches and the particular Madrid sunset. It has air conditioning.
