My wife and I were on a weekend for an event we were going to in Avila and although we didn't have too much time, the whole process was excellent from booking to our departure. Communication and directions were excellent at all times, the apartment as described and Luis' treatment perfect upon our arrival. The apartment is ideal to enjoy Avila where you can walk anywhere. Parking is available in the area in total freedom. I recommend this apartment for its location and peace and for the deal with the owners who were very kind

Luis is charming. The accommodation was impeccable, very cozy, and with all the amenities, including breakfast. We loved it, and if we come back to Cuenca, we will definitely stay again. Thank you very much!!

Great place to spend the night, if you're walking the Camino. Yolanda is a very friendly host, and the room is located on the outskirts of town, close to the Camino and supermarket. Feels like having your own apartment and very private. Full kitchen. Highly recommended ✌️😇

Great place to rest on vacation 😊 for us, a couple and a child, it was great. The amenities are exactly as described, the check-in was flexible, which was great for us as we had a long trip, and the friendliness and promptness of the response was an excellent point as well. We recommend it. The space is in a very nice neighborhood, great feeling of security and everything quiet and silent at night, which we value a lot.

It was my husband and I with our 1 year old daughter and our dogs , we all enjoyed very much , the dogs had a lot of space to run and our girl was delighted , she really liked the swings , and a super aspect to highlight for us was the huge piece of jacuzzi. The only thing to improve is that there was no iron or washing machine , there was no oil or sugar or saccharin to have a coffee ( of which we had ) also put in the listing that there is breakfast and there was no. The rest is wonderful, we will be back very soon with more family . Thank you for letting us enjoy your surroundings and the spectacular gastronomy. The BBQ is also a 10!👏👏

Great host and her kids. Very friendly and helpful. Lovely dogs . The place was great, clean and loved the view. The location was close to Madrid and other areas of interest. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Fanny was very attentive to us, we booked her the same day as it was something improvised to stay 2 nights in Madrid and there was no problem. The house is very nice, it has it very clean and tidy, it has everything in a small space, it is very well used. We had problems with the light when having 2 appliances plugged in, but we know that it is something that they already have to fix it, because of this they provided us with a gas stove to plug in less appliances. I 100% recommend Fanny's casita. We will definitely be back!!

Ivan welcomed us and was always attentive to us. He told us about a restaurant nearby and things to do. We liked the pool and terrace a lot and we have no complaints. We will definitely repeat

We had a great time with the hospitable Enriqueta. Always available, not intrusive. The somewhat greater distance from the city was easy to bridge with the Cercanias. The nice apartment, the spacious outdoor space and access to the pool made everything good.

Blanca's apartment is much better than the pictures show. Very comfortable with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Very well located within Boadilla del Monte. Blanca was very kind to check in time and was always on the lookout for everything we needed. Highly recommend this place.

Great stay The chulo y site was not an issue with Cristina. It didn't bother us at all and we also tried not to bother her since it's her house garage. We would repeat.
