The apartment is very well located and was very clean. Enrique was attentive to what we needed the whole time and communication was very easy.

The apt was plenty spacious for our group of 5 + kids, and was in a great area of town for walking/exploring. Having an entrance right on the street was lovely as well. Would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do the same!

This was a very good place to stay on the first night of arrival from the US. it is very close to a nice shopping center with many restaurants and shops. It is a very clean and beautiful apartment.

Diana is a friendly and great host who provided more than I needed for an enjoyable stay. Unlike many hosts, she provided tons of cookware, appliances, and cooking utensils, so I had everything I needed to prepare meals easily. She also provided food items, coffee, olive oil, condiments, etc. There is a Dia grocery store in the same building which is fully stocked. The location is unbeatable being right next to Mercado de San Miguel. The major tourist sites are within walking distance. The metro is a short walk away although I did not need to use it. The location was super convenient and made my stay in Madrid much more enjoyable than if I had stayed outside the city center. The building concierge is friendly and he accepted a FedEx delivery for me, so I was very pleased with the service in the building.

Very complete and well located apartment in the heart of Malasaña. The host was extremely friendly, attentive and quick to answer our questions.

It was a great stay, even if it was only one day, everything phenomenal with Marco super attentive to us and accommodated our arrival schedule, Piso is beautiful and super clean, I would definitely repeat

My partner, two friends and I stayed at Alexandra's apartment and loved it. The decoration is exquisite, everything was super clean and in place, the service was wonderful, and 5 minutes away is the "Ciudad Lineal" metro station, which is served by line 5, which takes you to the heart of Gran Vía in 20 minutes. We'll be back for sure!!!

we enjoyed the apartment and Madrid. It is in the center and everything is close. You can't really sit outside at the apartment, but there are plenty of terraces nearby and beautiful parks. Alfredo responded quickly and adequately. Also with the major power outage!😉. Repeatable

I highly recommend this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything you might need, whether you’re exploring the city or just want convenient access to shops and restaurants. The apartment is incredibly roomy and comfortable, which made a huge difference during our stay. It felt more like a home than a rental. Everything we needed was provided — from kitchen essentials to extra towels. If you’re looking for a place that’s well-located, spacious, and fully equipped, this is the one. AAA + Place for vacations

This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, conveniently located near public transportation, and easy to access surrounding in madrid by car, because close to the highway. Communication regarding specific house facilities could be better. The sun curtains were stuck, and we had to open the window and pull them by hand, which was a bit dangerous from the 8th floor. Additionally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, so the apartment was very hot. It would have been nice if the landlord had prepared a comfortable temperature in the studio beforehand.

An experience of 10. The place is beautiful, comfortable and very charming. Everything was taken care of in detail. But the best, without a doubt, the hosts: super friendly, attentive and always willing to help. We would repeat without hesitation!

It was great. A secluded place full of privacy in the middle of nature. A nice swimming pool, spacious rooms and everything looked super neat. Very nice place to stay. Emmanuelle responds quickly and is very friendly. We will definitely come back!

All good. Comfortable shirts. The only thing we missed was trash bags, but otherwise great.

If there was a rating above 5, we would have given it! The perfect apartment! Private pool and building pool, gym, parking, 2 beautiful terraces all very well equipped, finally a real quality Airbnb! Ramon gave us excellent addresses for lunch while waiting for the arrival time, was accommodating to let us leave a little later! We look forward to coming back soon

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

We arrived a little before check-in time and the host made it easy for us to settle in. The house is perfect for a large group to have everything you need. It was very important to us that each family unit had a full bathroom. We were all able to park in the garage of the house, which was appreciated because although there is parking in the surrounding area, it was much more convenient to unload luggage and so on. The house is very spacious and that has allowed us to share the space both outside and inside with all the comfort. It was a very pleasant stay for the group.

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

We met a very nice and very nice couple when we arrived, they left us a delicious homemade tiramisu in the fridge and also fresh eggs and a bottle of wine They gave us blackberries and showed us the animals The pool is very nice The house was very clean and very tidy And they recommended places to shop and visit We recommend it 100% for families who want peace and quiet and love animals In addition, Mari Angeles and Jose Antonio were very nice and very pleasant
