Absolutely beautiful apartment right in the centre of Lucca. Lucia was a wonderful host, and provided excellent recommendations for wineries and shopping! The kitchen has everything you need. We like to cook a couple of meals in and the kitchen was beautifully equipped with very nice pots and pans etc. It was also fantastic that she had olive oil, salt and pepper and other spices. Super comfy bed and bedding. This has been our favourite Airbnb to stay in, we were so comfortable and felt right at home. Thank you Lucia for your fabulous hospitality!! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Sara’s place, she welcomed us in with some eggs from the hens that they keep in the garden. There’s lots of attractions for kids, like chickens, 2 donkeys and some furry friends, a playground that my daughter really enjoyed playing in and balls and toys. The apartment is beautiful, the grounds are so peaceful and the view is spectacular. There’s quite a bit to do within 30 minutes drive. I wish we could stay longer. I’d like to visit again in the summer 😍

Absolutely fabulous stay in Volegno! Mariangela was a superb host who met us at the bottom of the village to transport our luggage to the apartment. The pictures do not do it justice; everything was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for self catering, a great gas hob, lovely coffee pods for the espresso machine, and the most beautiful terrace overlooking the mountains! We can’t fault our holiday, it was truly special!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casale I Girasoli. From the first moment, it felt like we were at home. Leo and the rest of the family are extremely hospitable and do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment is equipped with every comfort — everything you need is present. In addition, the beautiful garden is a wonderful place to relax, and the pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days. The atmosphere is quiet and cozy; ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Thank you for a great time. We will definitely be happy to come back! Cheers Maureen and Elco

The apartment looks like new, everything was clean, kitchen very well equipped. The building is nice and quiet. Supermarket very close, train station close, La Spezia port in a walking distance. Mara is a very good host, she answered very fast to all our messages. Thank you. Conclusion: if you need accommodation in La Spezia and you find this apartment free, don't hesitate and book it, you'll not regret.

Marco’s place had absolutely beautiful views and was in the perfect location. All the major attractions were within walking distance and there was an elevator to bring up luggage which was a nice surprise. The balcony is the show stopper and we really enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brian’s place. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning, felt very luxurious. We were greeted with some lovely welcome gifts and a friendly tour. The flat had everything we needed, and Brian responded to every message promptly, including helping us find a taxi driver. The walk up the hill is hard work as other previous guests have said. This didn’t bother us as we knew about it, but worth mentioning it is a steep hill with a lot of steps. But the view from the balcony is worth it. We really enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely perfect stay! This place is pure magic and Lola was so sweet meeting us to check in, giving us great local recommendations, assisting with a taxi service, and even a bottle of Prosecco upon our arrival. 10/10 would recommend for a relaxing getaway. By far our favorite spot during our 3 week trip and we can’t wait to visit again one day!

Our stay was incredible! This place is a gem. It’s peaceful, quiet and the atmosphere is so friendly. We brought our little girls with us and they were so sad to leave. The restaurant is fabulous- you have to go to pizza night! The pool was perfect. We had great communication with Sabrina. We hope to be back in the future:)

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Wow what a perfect place to stay! The balcony is a dream. Everything in the apartment was lovely, elegant yet comfortable, and it made our time in Florence very special. It was a perfect location for walking everywhere in the city. Staying in June, when we would come back to the apartment in the hot afternoons, it was very cool and relaxing.

Francesca and Emilio are two people of rare kindness and radiance. They welcomed us with care and thought of everything we could need and more. The house is beautiful, kept with the care of those who care about a special place. The view is breathtaking. The location is perfect, quiet and sheltered from the center, in an elegant area surrounded by nature with a convenient shady parking lot a few steps from the house. Excellent advice on local restaurants, boat trips, trekking and many other activities. I am pleased to report an incredibly comfortable bed. We had a divine time and will be back. Hopefully soon.

I wish I could rate this as six stars. Everything about the location, apartment and host was spectacular. The view of the hills and mountains in the distance were worth the drive. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we could want was provided. Mathieu is warm, friendly, and very helpful with his suggestions which were spot on.

We had the most amazing stay here in Fezzano. Sabrina was a wonderful host! She went above and beyond to ensure that we had a perfect stay and the place was immaculate! She had the best recommendations & even gave us a ride into La Spezia twice. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone making a trip to Italy!

Absolutely fantastic. Amazing host! They were so kind and generous to our family. Firstly the met us when we arrived. Next we went into the apartment and they had thoughtfully left snacks and drinks for our kids. It was a surprise ! The apartment itself was enormous and gave us plenty of space to spread out. The location was a very short walk to the train station as well as excellent proximity to restaurants and shops. This was by far the nicest Airbnb we stayed at during our 2 week trip to France / Italy. Could not say enough things about an our hosts or the apartment.

Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

Emily's apartment is the perfect location to explore Lucca. She was extremely helpful when communicating and very prompt when replying to any queries.

The apartment is kind of "cool" for couples to stay. There is so space for two that you would never think you can find in an city apartment in Italy. Two toilets and two showers, what a treat. There was only one issue, which you can fix with earplugs. The extra noise is not coming from the street or neighbours, but through the roof. The apartment is in top floor and there are pigeons and seagulls on the roof. They walk around the roof and communicate with each other very early in the morning, you can hear that very well. This happened on three mornings out of four we stayed there. Maybe it was nesting season or something. But as said, use earplugs if this happens during your stay. The apartment itself is 100%.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
