We just spent three weeks at Marizo’s place, and it was fantastic. From the moment we reached out to book, he was super responsive and helpful. Since this was a workation, we needed two workspaces, and that was no issue at all—there was a desk in the bedroom and a dining table in the lounge. The one-bedroom flat was perfect; it had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, plus some nice extras like beach mats and an air fryer. They even had a bunch of condiments that made cooking easier. The online streaming was great too, so we could keep up with our shows while we were away. The whole apartment was well-designed, with plenty of hanging and storage space in the bedroom. They even had a smart shoe rack and drawer organizers. The blackout blinds were a lifesaver since it gets really bright this time of year. We had a lovely stay at Palazzotto2Leoni. The flat had lovely views & is very well done - the flat keeps the original Sardinian style whilst being very neat & modern inside. It’s close to everything that you need, has all the amenities needed for your stay & is very well secure. Costanza is an amazing host - she’s extremely pleasant, communicates clearly and is very responsive & thoughtful. If you are visiting Cagliari I highly recommend staying here!

A beautiful place with wonderfully accommodating hosts! We had a delightful stay in Cagliari. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and peaceful at night. Its central location made it easy to explore everything on foot, with restaurants, shops, and sights all just a walk away.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

We had such a great time at this apartment. Very well equipped, way more than what we expected! Everything you need for a beach holiday, great beach equipment and all amenities were new! One of the best Airbnb’s we have been so far! Definitely recommend! 5min walk to the beach and to the bus station. Great communication with Taty, it was even possible to Check-in early and Check-out late as we had a late flight back. We will definitely come back!

We felt comfortable and well taken care of from the beginning. Andrea's recommendations were all great and we ate wonderfully. The beach is not a minute away and incredibly beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and we can only recommend drinking a coffee on the terrace in the morning and watching the sunrise. We will be happy to come back! :)

We felt very comfortable with Sylvia and Roberto. The apartment is very clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and the quiet location very much and also that the beach was within a few minutes' walk. An ideal place to relax and go on excursions.

We had very nice vacation there. Very friendly host that welcomed us personally and explained everything. The Veranda had a nice shade in the afternoon, so we could relax after the beach.

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. We chose this location for its position and tranquility in the pine forest with a balcony overlooking the sea. Everything confirmed on arrival, June 2025. Andrea, very kind, gave us ample flexibility on the arrival time and also waited for us outside the residence to guide us in person. He's checking in right now. We had a pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean, Erika was always available and asked if we were doing well and if anything was missing. There was beer and water and juices available as a welcome. There was also milk, yogurts, croissants, etc. for breakfast. You can reach Cagliari and its surroundings within 15 to 20 minutes by car. The morning and evening stay on the terrace was very pleasant. Everything was very cozy.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful walkable place that fit our entire family. So many great places to eat right outside the door and my 5 year old really enjoyed being so close to the pick up for the train.

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.

Giulio has always been there for you throughout the stay to solve any problem. Beautiful and clean room, great and central area, perfect for walking.

Amazing stay, the apartment was big, bright and with a massive terrace with a view of the whole city. The check in was flawless and the support from Edoardo was exceptional. Location was super prime. Highly recommended!
